My new ring, Disney Enchanted Snow Whites' Evil Queen ring. Can't wait to wear it!!!!
    Lea C.

Off the back, Tracey (asst manager) and Sophia were soooo helpful. I was trying to exchange a Disney inspired ring (to be used as a wedding ring for our upcoming nuptials in November {exchanged from the Mulan live action Disney enchanted ring to Snow Whites' Evil Queen}. The problem is, my Fiance is overseas in the military and not present with credit card to do an exchange. So Sophia and Tracey recommended that I just return the ring and buy the one I want with a gift card. What a great idea! The Evil Queen ring was on sale (cheaper than Mulan) and I even got to pick out something else to break even on the amount my Fiance spent. Thanks Tracey and Sophia for being sooo patient and understanding in the somewhat difficult transaction; which wasn't too bad. Thanks Frank (manager) for being so nice on the phone. You have definitely a wonderful team under your wing, there at Galleria at Sunset Zales location.

Zales make repairs and custom designs. The options in rings is great and the promotion prices very good. Love the collections of Vera Wang and Kleinfield

Heleina is AMAZING!! Because of her help, knowledge, fantastic customer service and passion, my fiancé was able to surprise me with the most gorgeous engagement ring on vacation! Because of it being a surprise, when we got back in town, they were able to assist me with getting it sized PERFECTLY! Each time I've called or stopped in with questions, every employee has been friendly, outgoing & a pleasure to do business with! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Much more beautiful in person but had to share the joy. My fiance loves his ring also (he just needs to get it resized)

Diamonds are a girls best friend! Located in the Galleria Mall, it's near the red robin entrance. I realize shopping for jewelry is like going car shopping. Over eager sales people that tell you what you want to hear. Luckily for us, we received good service from Michelle. We weren't pounced on the second we started browsing. She was very courteous and without being pushy. As an anniversary gift, my husband wanted to shop for jewelry. Unfortunately he isn't great at it. Fortunately for me, I picked out what I wanted. I'm one lucky girl! We walked out happy with our purchase without any frustration. I'd happily come back to shop but my husband probably wouldn't want it to be too frequent.

    Ring choices!!

When I did a charge back on my credit card it brought action when the dealer belittled me like I had done something wrong. I had my watch within ten days like I was initially promised. The watch loses 10 minutes a day after being in their hands. Gears might have been taken... After ample waiting time, the dealer then put the wrong crystal on my watch. He saw it through pictures and realized their "watch man" (Outsourced) had made the ridiculous mistake. It was a $600 repair that was 100% wrong. In previous post the dealer keeps stating that he has another watch man and would fix it free of charge. I was also told they serviced Rolex's in house. I would take my watch back for proper repair but the bottom line is I don't trust this store at all. I guess I'll remain angry about this issue for a long time to come. I never did business like this. I am so happy for all the many many customers that have rated this business five stars. I have a hard time believing we are rating the same business

I've cherished each and every piece and really wanted to be able to wear them. So when I needed to have a stone reset in a ring I had bought, I had done some research on Yelp and after reading some great reviews of D&R Diamonds, I made an appointment! They are located in the business tower in downtown Summerlin. I made my appointment at 10am when they open, an appointment is necessary. I was greeted and shown to the office of Cesar, the very talented jewelry designer. He looked first at the emerald ring that needed the stone reset. He inspected it and provided me with a quote for the repair. I had reviewed several sites for a similar repair and the quoted price was right in the ball park. After that project was scheduled for repair, I brought out a ring I had brought with me. It was too small to wear on my hand and the setting was really out dated so I was hoping Cesar could make a few suggestions that might bring it up to date. He opened up his computer and flipped a few programs opened and while talking to me about life, family and other friendly subjects he was able to gather enough of my likes and dislikes to begin drawing out on scratch paper a possible design or two. The ring had a trio of pearls surrounded by rubies. As a ring setting it had a bulkiness to it that would make wearing it impossible for me not to bang it on any and everything. I liked the idea of splitting it into earrings and a pendant. So with some simple sketches, Cesar came up with some beautiful settings for earrings and with matching pendant. He then began working some of the ideas into the design programs he had opened up and with some approval by me he was able to make some gorgeous pieces. I loved the end results. I also loved how easy the process was to go from an outdated piece to something very beautiful and with a reasonable price. Cesar kept me up to date while the process was on going , It took a couple of weeks which seemed to fly by. When Cesar called to tell me the pieces were available for pick up, again making an appointment, i went right at opening time. If you've shopped at Downtown Summerlin then you know parking on the street can be a challenge even at an early morning time. I inspected the designed pieces and the setting on the emerald ring. Everything was very sparkly, shiny and beautiful, they looked like new pieces. I was very happy with the finished results. If you want jewelry repair or jewelry design I would recommend D&R House of Diamonds. They are terrific with both. Prices are reasonable because they have an office instead of a showroom, overhead is lower thus allowing them to have great prices.

At that point, we were excited to continue working with Ben Bridge for our wedding bands. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. When we returned to order our wedding bands--simple, classic gold bands--we learned Erin was no longer working there. From then on, the service became inconsistent. We were shuffled between different staff members due to scheduling issues, and no one seemed to take ownership of our experience. About 10 days ago, I visited the store intending to order and pay for our bands. I was told they needed to contact a third-party vendor for updated pricing and would call me Monday. I was also told they couldn't take payment over the phone, even though I made it clear I wouldn't be able to return until the weekend due to my work schedule. No one called. So I returned that Saturday, only to be quoted $3,500--up from $2,700 just two weeks prior. That's a 22% increase, and when I asked why, the sales associate, Angela, rolled her eyes and started being disrespectful and condescending giving me the excuse that "the cost of gold goes up." Except--it actually hasn't. In fact, gold prices per oz has declined by about 2.6% over the past two weeks. Her condescending tone made it feel like she assumed we were too ignorant to know better. This kind of treatment was shocking, especially after spending $5,000 with Ben Bridge and returning to spend another $4,000. We ended up walking across the hallway to two other jewelers, received clear, fair quotes in MINUTES --without the attitude or hassles --and made our purchase elsewhere. My advice: avoid Ben Bridge. The customer service is dismissive and unprofessional. We will never return.

I can never understand why some businesses as yours cannot take any responsibility for your failures, then you twist and distort the truth to make you look innocent, as you place the blame on me, the consumer, making me look bad. So when a customer has a problem with your business, you automatically throw them under the bus? Unbelievable and disgusting of you. It must be a defense mechanism or just a sleazy Vegas thing. Goodbye. *** Been thinking about this review and felt it needed to be said. I came in with a new $2,500 musical pocket watch with a defective front lid that I wanted fixed; it didn't open to a 90-degree angle and the music kept playing after the lid was shut (which should turn off). The watch repair person (Alfonso) wasn't available but is only there for the first two hours in the morning. Not convenient for customers. One of the girls, Angie, told me to leave the watch there and he'd look at it. I wanted to talk with him personally so she took some photos of the watch and told me she'd talk with Alfonso in the morning. The next morning I called but he wasn't there or couldn't talk on the phone, or didn't want to. Angie got passive-aggressive with me and said I should've left the watch -- totally overlooking that she told me that she'd talk with him. I was told to bring it in. Two days later, I brought it in, talked with Eric (Alfonso's assistant) who was super nice, then Alfonso came out to talk with me. My first impression of him was a big sigh and a look of frustration on his face while looking at my watch. He told me to leave it with him to see if he could fix the lid -- no charge if he couldn't. I accepted and left the watch there. I asked Eric how long it would take and I was told two weeks. Seemed like a long time to troubleshoot a lid but fine. Two weeks went by without a word. I called and asked about my watch and was told to call Alfonso the next morning. The next morning I called and he asked me if I could wait the following Monday. That was fine. Monday came and they were closed. I called and left a voicemail. Never got a call back. I called Tuesday morning and talked with Alfonso. He then told me to come in on Thursday morning. As I was trying to ask him questions about the repair status, he kept putting me off and wanted to get off the phone. It was frustrating trying to get some simple information about my watch but it was like pulling teeth to keep Alfonso on the phone for 60 seconds. The next day (Wednesday) Alfonso called me (first time anyone called me). He asked me to come in now. I live in Boulder City and couldn't just drop everything, jump in the car, and make that ridiculous drive up to Green Valley. I still couldn't get solid information from him. Thursday morning I went in and asked the other girl there if I could see Alfonso. She seemed less than thrilled for some reason. Snooty. Alfonso came out with the watch and he explained what he did (I think?) but vaguely. I asked if the music stopped now when the lid is closed. He said yes, though not seconds later the watch started playing the music with the lid closed. Alfonso looked like he was in a hurry, took it in the back, did who-knows-what, and came back out less than a minute later. I looked at the girl and said the watch was sitting here for three weeks and she mumbled something under her breath in a rude manner. The music stopped playing when the lid closed. Not sure what he did but probably bent the lid to engage the button. As for the lid opening, he couldn't fix it. Not sure why. I didn't fully understand, but couldn't fix it. No charge. Alfonso was nice enough but made no excuses or apologies. The watch was there for three weeks and a day, and not much was done to it. I took the watch and left. A few days later, the watch started playing music again with the lid closed. What a colossal waste of time, driving, and leaving the watch there for three weeks almost untouched when I could've found another jeweler to fix it. The girls who work there are rude curtsy children, but Eric was the only one there who showed genuine friendliness and respect. To think I was about to buy one of their pocket watches in the display cabinet, I decided not to because of the overall bad service I got. I won't be back.
