Pros: I really enjoy when they have reps from the massage chair for demo. We got to try their $13K & $9K massage chairs for 20+mins and it was heavenly. I walked out like a newborn lol. Cons: For this visit I was disappointed at how dirty the ladies restroom was. Overall, some of the staff are helpful. My home Costco is the best! Store plus gas station and tire center. Right off 95, there are a couple ways to exit and enter. We get all of our gas here- the line is never that long- and have changed over everything to their pharmacy. Shoutout to the pharmacy staff, who always go above and beyond, are so helpful, and always pick up the phone promptly when called. They have helped me multiple times, and their Costco member rates are great when needed. The accompanying Costco pharmacy section of the app is usually updated right away. One caveat to all this: don't schedule a vaccine on a weekend. I waited for hours to receive my flu shot, despite making an appointment. Apparently there is an issue with lack of staff for vaccines in weekends. read more

Costco is a madhouse but I love it. There's something about coming around a corner and finding a gallon of mayonnaise for only $9 that speaks to me on a spiritual level. Well, they are getting a little bit of a jump on Christmas shopping (August) if you have an ample amount of storage space you can do very well with the Costco membership and shopping here. You are in a warehouse environment, Lots of bulk size items that you can get at a good price. We have the executive membership at $130 per year plus tax and what we save more than makes up for that annual fee plus on a lot of things you get 2% back annually. This Costco is pretty solid. We love the cafeteria, and they always have good food in stock. I also like to go to the Costco Optical as well and the customer service there is amazing. It's just so busy and they need triple the space and triple the amount of employees, but everyone is very nice. read more

Also the layout of the store is terrible. Merchandise is displayed in such a way as to block all traffic flow to the checkout lanes. Everything! Tire fixed-no charge because I bought my tires at Costco, also free rotations. Optical department --GREAT! Doctor Monsoiur always explains everything slowly and in detail. Super easy this morning to arrive early for my appointment, stand in line with a couple of others (do people intentionally ignore a line or are they just ignorant?) and get my tires replaced. I had ordered the tires through the Costco app and while they cost the same as pretty much everyone else, the installation is free and I now have a nationwide warranty on them. The van was seen on time and while it did take a little bit longer to be completed, I was able to spend the time in the warehouse doing some shopping. The parking lot here is tight and requires some challenging corners. The main exit onto Lantana Road is tough - if you can, take the rear exit onto High Ridge Road which has a traffic light. I have recently started going back to this Costco after moving closer to this one. I don't remember it being so insanely busy every single day of the week. And it's ALLL old people, like snowbirds. Super frustrating because they are all so incredibly rude. One guy with his wife almost plowed over my toddler and I with his electric scooter. When I said, hey maybe watch out for the baby, I heard his wife say, what a snide remark. That same visit, I moved quickly past an old woman and she had this overly dramatic physical reaction as if I had almost knocked her over, despite there being several feet between us (eye roll emoji here). I just don't get all these angry seniors. Angry, entitled and rude. This Costco is like the epicenter for it. I find myself being extra kind to all the employees just to make up for all the difficult customers they must deal with. The employees are typically very friendly, never an issue there. And the self checkout always moves pretty well. My only other issue here is that whenever I find a product that I love, the next time I return it is gone. Their stock levels of stuff seem to not be very consistent. Butttt.... It is what it is. Just be super careful in the parking lot. read more

Always love Costco. I've decided to change to a healthier eating style and found so many organic products. Also Bobby Parish does videos in Costco and recommends excellent items. The quality has always been great here and they stand by their products. Their gas stations usually offer the lowest prices and they clean and maintain their gas tanks for the cleanest gas. Their staff is always around to ask questions and they are always helpful. The store is always clean and organized with seasonal items. Sales are offered every month. I am also thrilled with their delivery service. I am a loyal customer since the beginning. Of course, now that I'm a senior citizen with only two in the house, I don't buy as much as I used to. But there are different items that interest us. The only thing that upsets me is that some items disappear that I have gotten used to. I guess they can't get the right price any longer to make a profit. read more

I love shopping at Costco even though it tends to be a zoo here in Florida when we are in season. I got here at 10:30 when us usually the people who arrived early or leaving so that I could get a parking space and I did get a very nice parking space. Inside was crowded and it was not easy to get around but they have plenty of everything so if you take your time, it's no big deal. The checkout lines look incredibly scary when you first approach them, but they do move swiftly. I went to the self check out and a man still helped me with my order anyway.it's always good to stop for a hotdog when you're here $1.50 buys you a hotdog and a drink and it's the best hotdog around. read more

I arrived a few minutes before the store opened so there was plenty of parking. Looking for a printer/scanner but didn't find one & I didn't see any employees in the electronics department to ask for help. I found a pretty candle set that I wanted but I didn't want it sitting in my car for a few hours because I wasn't going straight home. Same reason I didn't pick up a rotisserie chicken, didn't want it sitting in the car. I did get gas so at least I accomplished one thing today. This was my 2nd time here & I don't love this location. I like the Boca & Pompano stores much better. There's nothing wrong here, but I am more comfortable shopping in the other locations, at least I know where everything is in those stores. I felt like I was walking in a maze & I didn't like the layout. This is obviously a "me" issue, but seriously this store is fine. Located a little West of 95 on Lantana Road. Easy to find. I left empty handed & hungry. I normally would have grabbed a hot dog but I had so many errands to run, just didn't have time to wait on line. I love the hot dogs at Costco, they are so delicious. Don't eat the bun if your watching your carbs. read more

The chicken bake is a classic. It's chicken caesar and bacon bread wrap (this description doesn't do it justice). It's about a foot long and so much food for about $3.99. The pepperoni pizza is sold by the slice and is absolutely delicious. The hot dogs are huge and are $1.50 and it includes a fountain drink. It's a deal that you really can't beat. Ok the set up in this location is horrible for the check out area! There is no flow and the employees at self checkout do not help with the crowd and they way it is set up! Go to the Royal Palm location it is a much better set up and the employees guide thru the check out for a smooth transaction! I'm in this place way too often. The people who work here are the best, always helpful with a smile. Costco carries good quality products at decent prices. I try to stock up on items we use whenever they're on special in the monthly coupon book. I also look for things with a price ending with 97 cents. That means it's on clearance. If an item has been marked down or goes on special within 30 days of your purchase you can go to customer service and they'll refund the difference. I'm that oddball who walks through the store taking photos of products I'm interested in but not sure I want to buy right that minute. Costco is great about returns too. If an item doesn't fit right or turns out isn't what you needed or it has a problem, they will take it back for a refund. There is time limits though so don't hang onto something too long if you want to return it. Like I said before I'm in this place too often. read more
