Coupons don't always scan or come off like they are supposed to. I understand that this issue needs to be corrected by a higher up department but sometimes depending on who's working they are sometimes unwilling to help or correct the issue when it's not the customers fault. The store employees are so scared to override coupons or type them in manually which is frustrating. Big brother is watching stores closely and not allowing store level staff to take care of the customer. My photo order was marked as being done but at pickup they couldn't find it. I was told the printer was down and it didn't print. Annoying that my order would have been marked as completed as this was a time waster.

I can get anything at CVS from candy to laundry soap to tampons. I use the pharmacy for my prescription and I always get $5 off coupons on the app for filling my prescription plus they always have coupons on the app for everyday things I already purchase. TBH I'm kind of stunned by the quantity of stuff here. The shoppers here are nice. But I have to agree much of the staff is a bit zombie like. Fourth star earned by the hot bar workers. I'm a regular pharmacy visitor with prescriptions and this location is absolutely the worst of them all. The retail floor is operated by people who don't know where anything is, don't know how to help customers and don't know how to operate the cash register. The place seems to be in disarray and not being managed and I wouldn't be surprised if it closed for management reorganization.
