The lady at the self check out said I had to put the dog on the ground. She embarrassed me in front of a large amount t of people to top this off. I explained why I couldn't and she said not her problem. So I ignored her and started scanning my items. I was approached by the supervisor again I was explained the situation while the dog was in his carrier and her telling me that I was rude to her employee. My husband got upset as again he was embarrassed and saying this all out loud in front of a lot of people was not right. He was in pain and was trying to hurry because he couldn't stand any longer. She kept going on. This is disgusting and should never have happened. I intend to take this all over social media and calling head office since this is the way crippled people are ignored, embarrassed and a sick dog treated. Shame on you Costco.

The next till staff saying out loud for me to chill out was reason the reason I am sending this poor customer experience in. The other main reasons are selling fruit that went bad in the fridge and in the heavily air conditioned dark home. Costco wanted the fruit back or pictures which I partly understand but after all this fruit when fuzzy 2 days after purchase ? A cantaloupe a carton of strawberries (less ripe of what was on display and black berries. Sure I was disappointed in this trifecta of rot but my partner disposed of the fuzzy stinking mess not thinking pictures where needed. During this exchange I asked to speak to a manager who made it right aka a refund but not before being politely lectured on policy. My Response do not treat rotting food as you do non perishables and look at the customer return record for returned items (virtually nothing) but that is disregarded as a non factor. During the process I said I would get a photo taken as we speak asking my son to open the green bin and shoot what he could see. They said do not bother. But here it is anyway. Just a rude shrug and a flippant comment by the neighbouring teller which was the straw that broke this camels back. Perhaps we shop elsewhere for fruit or everything else. A complete fail on customer service at the overlea location. Let's hope this is a one off and the suppliers get alerted for produce issues. This is not about the few bucks it's totally about the service failures and what the store managers do next.

This was the first time at a Costco Business Centre. The experience is a stripped down version of…read morethe Costco experience, it is all in all tailored the the business owners. There are no samples, no/limited freshly prepared food or bakery, limited electronics/jewelry, no Kirkland clothing/shoes/books, and no/limited personal care items. On the plus side, there are even more bulk items available that isn't in regular Costco, some items have incredibly good price per unit, bulk flour for example has different grades and brands, the the meat locker is massive and very cold. Furthermore, there are unique appliances and cookware in this location not found elsewhere, like the industrial dough mixers, entire buffet heat tables, bakery racks, etc. The parking situation is also far more tame since there isn't much of a destination feel to this location. They do have a food court though. It was overall an interesting experience, I have noted some bulk items to be extremely well priced here, but while Costco is a once every 2-4 week visit, this would be a once a 6-12 months visit for a non-business owner. Every Costco-er should check it out at least once!

I got there 10 minutes early and only 1 person was working! I made the appointment at my lunch time because it's only 4 minutes away. I thought as it was lunch time they would have more staff to help customers. NOPE! Only 1 staff member working. I waited for 25 minutes and I had to leave as my lunch is only a half hour and I had already left 10 minutes early to make sure that I was there on time!! What a joke. I waited so long and never got any help in the 25 minutes I was there. I recommend having at least 2 people to staff the phone kiosk as people work for a living and some have to come on their lunch. I'm so sorry that I bought a phone from Costco. I had a horrible experience!

The good things are the gas station and it's located in an outdoor shopping mall. However, it look like a very messy bedroom. You see piles of random stuff together everywhere. Also, sometimes, you see people actively putting things somewhere else (ex.food and plants by the clothing, clothing and plants by the snacks). It makes you wonder if some people are fine with creating food waste with temperature sensitive food and are lazy with putting things back.
