Who doesn't love Costco deals, food and samples? I frequent this location and they definitely have a great selection of items that are sold. Things get sold out quickly here, especially when there's a sale on certain items going on. So definitely have the "buy now, think later" mentality when shopping here. Items are usually such a great price and super affordable. Groceries here are fresh, come in larger than usual portions but great for larger families or meal prepping. Some go to items are their rotisserie chicken, chicken thighs, salmon, green beans, toilet paper and garbage bags. You can't leave any Costco without getting some food, especially their $1.50 hotdog combo! Food is usually good for food court style and again, very affordable. Get their poutine, chicken strips and hot dog - delicious!

Every time I came to Costco, I buy some stuff that I don't usually need. And after all the spending, the hotdog or pizza is a reward. Lol

Not my usual Costco but this might change! I usually go to the location at Woodbine/7 which is insanely crazy even on a weekday afternoon. Surprisingly, when I dropped by yesterday afternoon. I able to find a lot of parking spots which were close enough to the entrance! When I checked out, there was only 2 carts in front of me and I was able to cash out within 10 minute wait! Selection and pricing is similar to the other Costco, but with less shoppers and shorter lines. This make shopping at Costco a more enjoyable experience!

Been here for numerous times already, but just noticed I never leave a review for it on yelp. Always nice and tidy and full of stock.

The best deal for a 1.2Kg seasoned oven rotisserie chicken is at Costco! It's $7.99 ($9.03 tax in) and the ingredients listed are Chicken, Water, Rice Starch, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Tetrapotassium Pyrophosphate, Sodium Triphosphate, Spices, and Silica; the phosphates is a saltwater solution (...a brine). Sounds fairly healthy to me! In 2016, Costco in the USA apparently sold 6 million cooked chickens which are shipped from suppliers to Costco stores seasoned and ready for the store ovens. I'm certain the Canadian stores also sell lots of delicious chickens as well! Bon appetit and Happy Thanksgiving Day.

During this routine weekend grocery shopping with family. I decided to treat my niece and I to some desserts at Costco. The price of two Sundaes came to about $6, not bad. I noticed that they just started self kiosk serving like McDonald's. Awesome! The sundaes were smooth and we loved it. I would say that they were better than McDonald's. My niece complained about wait time for 2 sundaes. Washroom at this location was decent.

Awesome deal: 1/4 lb all beef or Polish sausage with 20oz pop with free refills for only $1.50!

It's funny that I don't have a membership to Costo but I end up either eating food bought from there or tagging along with friends and buying groceries from there or taking advantage of their many available free food samples; you can easily get full off of all the samples. Costco is a membership club where you pay a yearly membership fee. The majority of items you buy in bulk which works out cheaper per unit/serving. The reason why I don't purchase a membership is because it's just me and my hubby so there's no need to buy in bulk and I don't have the storage space to keep extra stock. I can however appreciate the many benefits it offers: groceries (they have THE best store brand - Kirkland), prepared foods (pizza and rotisserie chicken are my favorites), electronics (big screen tvs), baby equipment, fresh plants and flowers, even a massage chair. It's a HUGE warehouse so if you get tired or hungry you can hang out at the food court where you can find bargains like a large cappuccino for $2.99 and a 1/4 lb all beef hotdog combo with 20oz pop with free refills for $1.50! Quick lines and friendly cashiers; you'll need to put your own groceries in your own reusable bags or you can take their used boxes like at No Frills. Keep your receipt in hand when you leave because they'll be staff to take a look at it. I wouldn't recommend going during peak hours unless you don't mind the crowds and fighting for a parking space.

I love this Costco! Markham is graced with two Costco locations. This one opened in the mid-2000's. I have been shopping here for a long time. Staff are always helpful. I like when vendors come in to showcase products. My best story was shopping at Costco a few years ago. Lug was there, selling its colourful line of travel bags and purses. I had been eyeing a purple laptop rollaway bag from Lug for a long time. I found the exact model that I had wanted. Happy day! I asked the woman if she had a purple one. She said that she didn't. I was bummed. She had black and red left, but my heart was set on the purple one. It was also $80 cheaper at Costco than on Lug's Web site. After shopping up a storm with my parents, who love tagging along with me because my Costco membership helps them, too, we had lunch at the little food court area. I love the hot dogs. One is filling. My mom also gets the hot dog, and we split an order of French fries with gravy. The fries are amazing. They are lightly battered with some magical, yummy coating of goodness. The gravy complements them nicely. My dad gets the chicken fingers and fries. He loves them. He gets barbecue sauce for dipping. Anyway, we were eating away. The woman at Lug walked up to me in the food court and was thrilled to have found me. She walked the entire store to look for me. She had my rollaway laptop bag in purple! OMG! Of course, I immediately went with her to see the bag. Sold! She brought it up the cash register for me. I didn't have to line up. I paid for my purchase, thanked the Lug woman for making my day, and joined my parents in the food area as I continued eating lunch. I still use my Lug bag for work. It had been nearly four years since I've had it. I love it. Costco is wonderful for buying bulk items. It's also nice to find foods that open up my eyes, such as crispy baked pea snaps. This Costco location is clean and great. I highly recommend it.

It's definitely expensive shopping here but you really do get what you pay for. I come here mainly for their bakery items like their famous jelly roll cake - a must get for the holidays! Their cookies here are baked in house and delicious as well. I often come here during the holidays for herbs as well, since herbs seem to sell out quickly at larger grocery stores. They really have everything that you need here. Butcher section also has great quality meat. As for their ice cream pints at the back of the store - you MUST get some! They are so delicious with unique flavours, some even with an Asian twist. Overall, a great grocery store to shop from if you have the means for it ;) OR stop in here once in a while to check out their specialty items like the jelly roll!

I stopped by to pick up one of their infamous jelly rolls. Never had one but heard that it's amazing. The standard one is the mixed berry however they had a lemon & blueberry one so I opted to go with that since hubby loves that flavor combination. We took it to a friend's house that night and it was exquisite! My friends who said that they normally don't like cake now have a new addiction. The cake had the perfect texture to it to hold up all that amazing fresh cream, lemon curd and blueberries and it was also a perfect balance of sweetness. I've been there on multiple occasions while living in Markham usually interacting with the staff in bakery and the cashiers and everyone I have encountered has been lovely. The parking lot isn't massive but it is enough to host all of their shoppers as I've never had an issue with finding parking there.

This place is huge, and sells all kinds of things. Parking is a bit hectic, even at 1:45 on a Thursday afternoon. The parking spots right in front of the Food Mart are very small, and scary for a big SUV like mine. But there is very frequent turnover, and if you just drive around the lot for 30 seconds, someone will be pulling out. The parking spaces in front of the stores facing the Food Mart are larger and a bit easier to navigate. This mall is great fun to go to. They have all manner of foods (fresh noodles! Great fruits! Asian stuffed toys and cosmetics! Fresh meat and seafood! The list goes on and on ...) and an excellent prepared food counter, and a Chatime outlet. We bought some mochi, some enormous strawberries, and a variety of dim sums from the food counter. Our selections included fried dough sticks (they actually reheat well in the air-fryer), fried squid, scallion pancakes, seafood and pork dumplings, some delicious pork and shrimp mini-pancakes. The squid was the way my daughter likes it (chewy), and I enjoyed some as well. Everything else was great, although the dumplings were a bit past their peak, and should have been switched out for new ones. We also enjoyed some delicious bubble tea from Chatime, which always has new, seasonal selections to tempt you. Basically, a trip to the Asia Food Mart is really fun, as they have such a diversity of products. Next time, I'm coming here to shop "for real" (meaning actual groceries, as opposed to lunch or snacks). The butchery and fish counters serve really fresh food at a good price, and there are some great deals on produce. You can't get around the fact that this is a snack haven. You should check it out now!!! It's open 24/7.

My family and I had just eaten at the Pacific Mall, but man, wish we had saved ourselves for this spot. As far as an Asian grocery stores go, this is one of the cleaner, and better organized ones that I have been to, maybe ever. Not only are they clean, but they have a great variety of snacks and drinks, as well as your standard fare for everyday cooking. To me, the star of this place has to be their prepared foods area. Evidently after 8pm, they mark down lots of their prepared food items. From dim sum, to noodles, fried rice and other entrees, you can score plenty of items for $4-6 which were normally 2-3x that. I felt like a kid in a candy store and began snatching and hording all the things. I had to stop and remind myself we were on vacation, and would be living out of hotels for the next few days, so I limited myself to just a handful of items. We got some noodles, fried rice and dumplings, which we would end up eating for breakfast over the next few days. While nothing was mind blowing per se, the food was solid and certainly economical. If I lived in this area, I could see myself coming here on the regular just for the prepared foods. OVERALL - almost wish I hadn't come to this place, so I'd never knew what I was missing.
