June 1, 2026 Viking…read morePest Control PO Box 158 Liberty Corner, NJ 07938 RE: Complaint about Joe's 2 visits Client: Beaver Hill Condominium, Jenkintown, PA Viking Pest Control, About a year ago, I had a mouse and the tech who came was very friendly, professional and had no problem setting traps of all sorts in each room without me saying a word and the mouse was eliminated. Around May 18th, I saw a mouse in my 2nd bedroom. Beaver Hill had Joe come on the 22nd. At that time, I told him I believed the mouse was trapped in my second bedroom and asked him to set some snap traps. I did not watch him; I just assumed he would do that. I noticed he only put a glue trap in my bedroom and one in the living room and with NO BAIT. I asked him to bait the traps. After he left, I noticed he had only put one black triangle box trap in the room where I had seen the mouse. I called the office and specifically asked him to come back and set a few snap traps, which I prefer. He came on the 29th and literally argued with me, telling me that I do not have a mouse. He made me upset and he finally set up a tunnel in each room with snap traps. Once again, I let him do his job and assumed he would do it correctly. After he left, I looked at the tunnel in the bedroom where I had seen the mouse and the traps were not baited. I was furious. What's with this guy? I called Viking, I believe in Glenside and complained about Joe to Joel. I emailed my management office and told them that I saw a mouse. I do not know where the mouse went. He may come back. I do not understand what his issue is with setting a few baited snap traps to give me peace of mind. That is literally what Viking gets paid for. I AM THE CUSTOMER! Joe is not welcome at my home ever again. He was a jerk. Beaver Hill has closed the work order. This is all unacceptable service, and I have given you a Yelp review as such. Thank you, 6/8/26 I have not heard back from them.
