Wanted to like this place, but the guy with the security hat was extremely unprofessional. While at the store, he was talking very loudly to his co-workers, making homophobic remarks. He was also talking about a dogs "behind" while his co-workers asked him to tone it down. He wouldn't stop and that's when we decided to leave the store. read more

To start this off -- my s/o and I was very excited to explore the store as it was our first time there. We immediately noticed that the inside was spacious, clean, and new with numerous goods ranging from clothes to appliances. Essentially, we could not wait to see what kind of great deals were available. Whilst shopping, I felt fairly uncomfortable as I can feel eyes watching us from staff members. I am unsure if it was because of our race (as we were one of the few Asians in the store) or the way we dressed (as if we looked like kids that were going to steal), but it was incredibly obvious that the store owner and security guard were closely paying attention to us. Initially, I thought I was overthinking and possibly overreacting; however, the following events solidified my theory. In the midst of shopping, we noticed we had too many stuff in our hands that it was necessary for us to get a cart/basket. The baskets were located at the front of the store so we approached the area to grab one. As we were walking away, I overheard the security talking to the cashier thinking that we were going to steal or run out the front with the items. Moments later, I noticed the store owner blatantly and visibly following us around the store. Instantly, I told my s/o about it so we ended up checking out. Also, there were no cashiers in sight as we waited minutes until we were actually helped. Truthfully, I have never felt more uncomfortable in a store in my years of living. I felt as if we were being indirectly harassed and targeted for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this store as it is considerably obvious that we are not welcomed. Lastly, I would like to address the security guard -- the next time you feel the need to bad mouth your customers, please firstly make sure they are at least 10 feet away from you. Also, for the store owner -- the next time you want to follow your customers, please try not to make it too obvious. P.S. I am a registered nurse and my s/o is a software engineer. This is a great store to buy all kinds of items with a great customer service with variety of food , drinks, clothing etc.

As today, I thought I was the only unhappy customer, at this location, but reading many reviews, this store has a pattern of treating customers poorly. Owners or persons in charge, hide or deny who they are, to avoid solve problems, when employees mistreat customers; employees break the 4th amendment as well, and record you on the site, risking your safety, using your image without written or verbal authorization, there is no one person in the whole store, that take the responsibility, no manners or costumer service. Is really concerning, that this type of businesses spread out, and the Better Business Bureau or the Chamber of Commerce, allow them to be in our community. One of the costumers told me that he did not have other choice other than to accept poor treatment for the prices they have, apparently this is the reason they can get away treating people like that. read more
