I really enjoyed how nice and helpful the staff is. I'm currently about 7 half months pregnant and the staff right away offered to help me take my purchases to the car. It's a huge relief when people take their time to observer the obstacles some of us pregnant ladies come across. Just the little help means tremendous. Also, the prices are fantastic! You don't need a membership and it's so many things you would find at Costco but at such a great rate!!!! read more

A star for a very bad service. We saw "Love Home and Planet" dish liquid here without price tag and assumed it was $1 each because we got some at Costless Wholesale in La Habra before at just $1. When we headed to a cashier, price was $1.99, so we didn't want it and a female cashier standing behind our cashier started laughing at us and talking to our cashier, then they both laughed right in front of us and gave us a disgusting look. The managers should train your employees to respect the customers who obviously pay for your employees by supporting your business. Some customers just don't want to pay the unreasonable prices for the items not having any price tags, not because they don't have money like the way some of your cashiers have assumed. Also, the mangers need to train your employees how to handle accidents happened in the store. An iron bar fell onto a female customer's head and none of the employees came out to apologized or called 911 even she said her head got hurt a lot. Really really bad service compared to the one in La Habra and we will never ever go back here. read more

I drove a good distance to purchase some items at a great price I saw on OfferUp (black/yellow 27gallon bins) to find that 3 of the 12 I bought were broken on the bottom and in usable. The distance I drove is not worth driving back for a return. If it was not for this issue, this place would've had five stars from me.
