That said, the staff at this store is so unfriendly and so unhelpful. They seem to communicate with one another on cell phones, and you're more apt to see them nose down in their phones than actually talking to customers. They always have a couple staff at the front of the store, presumably greeters, who do not greet and are not welcoming. The only real friendly, nice service is during checkout. Is the brand teaching their staff to be too cool for their customers? Or is it just this store?

It seems to be about half the size in square footage compared to their other locations. Definitely a more elongated rectangle shaped store. 2. !!!!!! There is no arcade machine at this location! At certain Aritizia locations, a winter-themed arcade game is available in their puffer jacket section. It'll be adorned in some sleek metal-aluminum cladding. It'll be a mixture of platformer, side-scrolling fighting, and puzzle solving. Some portions are co-op. The only location where I've seen it has been at the NorthPark location in DFW. Honestly, that's the only reason why I go to Aritzia. 3. The line for the dressing rooms appeared to be quite long; likely a long wait. However, this was during their Black Friday sale, so perhaps it was just busy. 4. There were definitely stock issues for certain products, and certain in different sizes. But this is to be expected during a busy sale season. To overcome this issue, you may wish to order online. Here are a few pointers if you'd like to order from Aritzia: A. Cell reception within the store may be spotty. B. Standard shipping and returns are free ONLY if you have an account with them and have placed your order while signed-in. C. In-store pickup is based only on items in stock at the selected store. It does not appear that they ship to individual stores for pickup. D. Your order will be shipped from Canada. E. Aritzia's return policies change based on how much an article has been discounted, in particular whether you will be offered a refund or a store credit. Their policies also differ based on whether your order was associated with an account or not. So, be an informed consumer. Read before you buy. F. Their arcade game is not advertised on their website, so it's unclear if it can be purchased from them.

The manager who tried to help me was up front hanging things and told me the girl at the register would be right with me. That girl was working on a return with a guy who's girl was in the dressing room. They were waiting on her to come out to do something. All the while I had to stand and wait. I was disappointed the manager didn't offer to help with my return versus making me wait the nearly 10 min it took for them to finalize the other return. I like the jacket I bought, but will likely never shop Altar'd State again to avoid having to go in person to either shop or do an online return.

It's expensive stuff, but at least some of it is cute and at least some of it is not too overtly religious so it's not bad.

If you are looking for the cute Fred gifts, they have a huge selection too. There are some Marc Jacobs purses and wallets here, the selection is small but it always seems to be changing. I'm not one for shopping here for clothes, but they have a large selection of dresses and tops and bottoms. I just never see anything for myself. Hence, Free People Movement is now a separate store in the Domain, a short 7 minute walk from the *huge* Free People collection store. Is this good, when I'm already fairly addicted to this clothing line? Um...yes. There's a sparkly, inviting energy about the Movement store. Maybe it's the decor, maybe it's the friendly and helpful staff, maybe both. If you like to work out at a gym or at home, or run, or dance, or hike, or practice yoga, or take long walks, they have comfortable, creative clothes that will make you look like a fashionable badass while you're at it, and while you're lounging about afterward. Since I've been working from home, I've picked up a few more of those cool lounging styles, which are cute and comfy enough to wear anywhere, all day, every day. I no longer scare the delivery guy. There's a plethora of supportive and comfortable tops, sports bras, leggings, shorts, flowing tops, cover ups, hoodies, sweats, jackets, athletic and hiking boots, bags, slings, and accessories, all in beautiful mix and match colors. And if you find something you want but they don't have it in store in that size or color, they will order it for you at the counter and have it shipped to your home, free. You know you don't have to ask me how I know this. There's also a wellness section with some interesting supplements and a few exercise accessories. The Domain is a veritable rambling maze of shops that call to mind the gardens of Versailles, so if you're heading there, you can park in the Pink lot, third floor, and be super close to the Free People Movement store. It's a great place to start, anyway. We all need a little more movement in our lives, after all of this lounging around. Might as well look our best.

I found that these garments were made in Peru, China, Portugal, and India. The prices are pretty steep for pajama wear and the tags were hard to spot. This is the first time I've come to this Zara since the remodel and the space feels so much more open now. Almost too open where it feels like you have to wander so far to find anything. It's significantly cleaner and organized than in the past. I got a few things and when I checked out, they have that new autocheckout system where you drop it all in a box and it somehow knows what you got. I'm not the biggest fan of that system, but it's better than waiting in a disastrous line. Shoutout ZARAMAN for having some cool clothes for me. I've only been to Cotone's previous location which was adorable! They've since moved( and I live in Seattle) but I continue to purchase online. I've gotten some great pieces, and Alex and Jentri are so friendly and personable they make every experience unforgettable and truly care about their customers. Cannot say enough good things about the JQ skincare and thought I'd give it a shout out: I have very sensitive skin I use pretty specific products as a result. La Roche posay (most fairly priced hypoallergenic I can find and recommended by my derm), Well people and Beauty counter to name a few, simply bc my skin is so incredibly reactive to harsh chemicals so even more expensive brands like Chanel and Lancome caused me to break out. After much trial and error I gave JQ a try as it doesn't have harsh chemicals etc,JQ mineral foundation works with my skin and doesn't dry it out or irritate it. The color seems to melt onto my skin and lasts all day, doesn't stain my clothes like most foundations and comes off really easily with my face wash at nighttime. I've used her sheer mineral tint in summer time as well but I will say this is my absolute favorite. Will continue purchasing! PS- the lip balm is AMAZING. Even my husband uses it! read more

They also sell tea's, I personally loved their passion and envy tea (green tea with fruit notes) and blueberry tea but their blossom tea(oolong tea with rose and hibiscus) tasted like plain oolong tea and did not have a hint of rose or hibiscus(they do not have any natural flavor added to it like other tea's, which is great but it would be awesome if they could get the flavor using more rose petals instead of artificial flavors). But I have noticed most of the tea's here use organic products and I love it. All in all definitely check this place out, you will have some great finds here.

I'm surprised Credo Beauty doesn't carry Eleve lip glosses. I'm allergic to jojoba oil, and Eleve is one of the few clean lip glosses that doesn't contain jojoba oil. Its primary oil is castor oil. It outperforms W3ll People as it doesn't dry out, and it tastes better than Kylie lip glosses (not clean, I know). I haven't physically been in the brick and mortar store yet, however I did send my husband there to buy my Christmas present. I love all eight of my Eleve lip glosses! My only suggestion for improvement is that the branding on the lip glosses rubs off after a while.

But after what I have experienced with their attitude with returns? I'm definitely not coming back. No way I could accept that kind of treatment from them as a customer. That's too bad.
