I shop here more regularly than I'd like to admit, sometimes for myself, often for my 20 year old daughters. I like their clothes-- over priced most likely, but they have good suiting options, good workout wear, and good going out options for a range of ages. That said, the staff at this store is so unfriendly and so unhelpful. They seem to communicate with one another on cell phones, and you're more apt to see them nose down in their phones than actually talking to customers. They always have a couple staff at the front of the store, presumably greeters, who do not greet and are not welcoming. The only real friendly, nice service is during checkout. I ordered from Aritzia and the package was misdelivered by FedEx, confirmed in writing by FedEx's Executive Customer Relations team. Under Aritzia's shipping contract, they are responsible for ensuring delivery or issuing a refund or replacement when the carrier fails. Despite providing documentation from FedEx and escalating multiple times to Aritzia customer service and even CEO/investor relations, Aritzia has ignored all requests to issue a refund or replacement. This is clearly a failure to meet contractual obligations, and repeated attempts to resolve the issue through customer service or escalation channels were deflected or ignored. Customers should be aware that orders may not be honored even when the shipping failure is the carrier's fault and fully documented. I'm still waiting for the $200+ Aritzia owes me. All I can say is, I have dropped countless amounts of dollars in the store and it's really unfortunate that this company doesn't take pride in their associates they hire. None of this younger generation has any respect much less manners when it comes to great customer service. Especially with the cost of this clothing you would think they would hire associates with class, discipline, and possibly respect. After we checked out today, we had to say thank you and the associate replied with MMMHMM. You may be selling nice classy clothing, but you should really work on teaching associates to treat the consumers with the same respect. So, this is the third Aritzia I've stepped inside of. Here are my observations. The second one is of utmost importance: 1. This location is small! It seems to be about half the size in square footage compared to their other locations. Definitely a more elongated rectangle shaped store. 2. !!!!!! There is no arcade machine at this location! At certain Aritizia locations, a winter-themed arcade game is available in their puffer jacket section. It'll be adorned in some sleek metal-aluminum cladding. It'll be a mixture of platformer, side-scrolling fighting, and puzzle solving. Some portions are co-op. The only location where I've seen it has been at the NorthPark location in DFW. Honestly, that's the only reason why I go to Aritzia. 3. The line for the dressing rooms appeared to be quite long; likely a long wait. However, this was during their Black Friday sale, so perhaps it was just busy. 4. There were definitely stock issues for certain products, and certain in different sizes. But this is to be expected during a busy sale season. To overcome this issue, you may wish to order online. Here are a few pointers if you'd like to order from Aritzia: A. Cell reception within the store may be spotty. B. Standard shipping and returns are free ONLY if you have an account with them and have placed your order while signed-in. C. In-store pickup is based only on items in stock at the selected store. It does not appear that they ship to individual stores for pickup. D. Your order will be shipped from Canada. E. Aritzia's return policies change based on how much an article has been discounted, in particular whether you will be offered a refund or a store credit. Their policies also differ based on whether your order was associated with an account or not. So, be an informed consumer. Read before you buy. F. Their arcade game is not advertised on their website, so it's unclear if it can be purchased from them. read more

The customer service at this store is really something else! I went into this Aritzia (Sunday Feb 1 around 3pm) to do a simple exchange on a pair of pants that was within the 30-day return window, and the customer service was genuinely awful. (Specifically the girl on the other register finished checking everyone out except for me and then started to literally count bags in front of my face as i'm still standing in line. Unbelievably disrespectful.) I was made to stand in line while multiple employees stood around, smirked, and giggled instead of helping. When I finally did get assistance, the associate was dismissive and reluctant to honor the exchange policy, even though I was clearly within the allowed timeframe. It felt like I had to argue for something that should have been straightforward. Yes, I eventually got the exchange- but the experience left me feeling uncomfortable, ignored, and disrespected. For a brand at this price point, I expect professionalism and basic courtesy. This visit completely missed the mark and made me not want to shop here ever again. read more

I must say, I'm a little confused by some of the negative reviews regarding customer service at this location. I'd say this Aritzia has some of the best if not the best customer service I've ever experienced at an Aritzia and I too have been to many in California (where I previously lived). Everyone from the women on the floor to the manager herself have been nothing but helpful, welcoming, and accommodating to my needs. Working in customer service for many years prior, stores can get busy so let's try our best not to hold it against associates if they can't wait on you hand and foot 24/7. Talk about the weirdest dressing room concept I've ever experienced. I was extremely surprised to go into their dressing room and see there wasn't a mirror inside of my room. There's a dressing area with mirrors everywhere so everyone can see what you're wearing before you do. Talk about raising my anxiety. I'm having a hard time understanding why? Why should other people see my outfit and how it fits my body before I do?? Why is this a thing? So the people working there can assist me? I wouldn't need assistance if the mirror was in my room. If I needed help I'd ask for it. Both outfits I tried on were unfortunately see through. Too bad for me I didn't know this until everyone else saw this fact with me! I was extremely upset with not just the clothes but this place for doing this to women in general. Seriously, why is this a thing??? Put mirrors in our dressing rooms so I can try clothes on in peace. The ladies working there saw how upset I was and offered to get other dresses for me. But honestly what's the point? I have always had a great shopping experience here! Of course it's expensive but the ladies are so sweet and always are very catering to my needs. Shopping here is always a more luxury experience for me because of how attentive the women are and I always look forward to it :) I know some reviews are upset about the mirror situation, but i for one love to having to step out of my comfort zone to see how it looks on me. if i don't want to wear it in-front of people there, i won't want to wear it in-front of people outside of the store. read more

This Canadian women's store has been in business for 35 years and is now in Austin! Tomorrow it opens up for the first time but I had a chance to get a sneak peek tonight. It is massive and the options are endless. The higher end prices reflect in the material and craftsmanship of the designs. Their spring collection is out and it is beautiful! They have clothing for the office, the winery, an evening out, and even just shopping with your friends. I am so excited to have an Aritiza in Austin and right here at the Domain. Aritzia at the Domain is a Hard Pass. As soon as I walked in 2 sales women were following me around. I'm trying in a coat and I dropped the hanger and my boyfriend picks it up. The first one wearing a black baseball cap, Jean jacket and dusty camo shorts, and long blonde hair asked me if I had ever been there before and if I wanted her to explain to me how this works. Her tone was condescending as as hell. Explain what?" How to shop in a store lol. I politely said no and that I have shopped here before which I have multiple times. After I said no she walked away to Jenna and began whispering something then they kept looking at me and Jenna walks over and asks me if I have any questions. I said no again and she asks if I've been here before. I repeat that I had. Now I'm Annoyed and ready to go so I purchase the two items I had in my hand and as I'm at the counter Hanna walks by and looks at Brianna at the register and says "thank you Brianna" very sarcastically like they wanted me out of that store. Hi okay so. I'm thick. I gotta whole lotta booty. However, I fit into M/L/XL tops because I have smaller assets up top. So today, I went to Aritzia with my friend because SHE wanted to buy a skirt, and I knew damn well my bottom half wasn't going to fit in anything that store had to offer except maybe sweatpants. But my friend saw a super cute bralette and told me to buy it, so once we got to the register, I had literally one of the worst social interactions of my life with the cashier: Cashier: "I just wanted you to know that these run really small, and since all sales are final...." Me: "okay????" Cashier: "I mean I'M wearing a medium right now and...." *looks me up and down and continues to look skeptical* Me: "um okay yeah I understand" Cashier: *takes the bra and leaves to put it back where I found it* I don't know why this woman thought she had the jurisdiction to make assumptions about what sizes I wear, but hey, just so you know! Fat people are people too. This isn't a problem limited to just this store, but this is an example of an experience many people my size--and bigger--are familiar with. It's really unfortunate that they make the shopping experience so incredibly uncomfortable. No mirrors in the fitting room, forcing you to go out in front of everyone including the many standing in line waiting their turn. I didn't even go out into the common area to look in the mirror for half of the stuff I brought in the fitting room because it was so uncomfortable. Also, I was constantly being monitored and asked questions by at least 8 different sales associates. I've never felt more uncomfortable in a store. I bought a coat from Aritzia and it was poor quality and developed holes in the pocket lining within a month of the purchase. Their return policy is also terrible. read more

Visiting from another state and was excited that there's an Aritzia in Austin. I regret visiting after an awful experience. I went around the store for 20 minutes and a helpful lady asked me if I wanted my items to be held at the fitting room and I was appreciative of it. I went in line for the fitting room and I waited close to 30 minutes. When it was my turn, just my luck, they lost almost all of the items I had on hold. The lady who helped me initially was very apologetic and tried to look for the rest of my items on the floor but the rest of the staff are not friendly at all. They give you dirty looks (maybe because I was wearing a mask but HELLO I JUST TRAVELED FROM ANOTHER STATE TWO DAYS AGO? I'm keeping yall safe) for no reason at all and another staff member kept bumping into me without even saying sorry or excuse me. Definitely expect pricier clothing when shopping here, but I felt the customer experience was great! The women and men working at the store greeted me with smiles, always asked if I needed any help, held items in the dressing room for me to continue shopping, and always seemed genuinely interested in my satisfaction of different pieces of clothing when trying each of them on. Maybe according to previous reviews here they've upped their customer service game? Anyways, each time I've been, it's a 5 star experience. I had never heard of this store before but was excited to go in after seeing how beautiful it looks from the outside. The atmosphere and decor is absolutely gorgeous. I love all of their clothing and it all feels very nice and of high quality. The only thing I didn't like was that their jeans have that typical jean issue with thicker/curvy women. Everything fit except for the waist in the back was gaping open. I bought a top in a size that they didn't have in-store and the girl working there helped me order one online and ship it directly to me which was very convenient. Another odd thing to note...they didn't have mirrors in the actual fitting rooms. You had to walk out into the open area of the fitting area to look at yourself. Some people may not be bothered by this and it was fine for me since I was with a friend but if I was alone it probably would've turned me away from trying anything on and just leaving the store. For me personally, shopping at a store with prices that high is rare for me but I think the top I bought for $50 for my birthday was very reasonable. read more
