She helped us navigate the complex process of getting the right support for our son, and her staff was always available to provide input to his providers. As first-time parents, having advocates who knew our child so well was invaluable. The daily updates through their app brought us peace of mind, and over the two and a half years our son attended, we accumulated over 3,000 photos. The transparency and communication were wonderful--we always felt informed about what was happening while our child was in their care. Suzie and the teachers never hesitated to make time for conversations, and our son was always excited to go to school to see his friends and teachers. What more could you ask for? We would not hesitate to send another child to Kiddie Time!

I honestly can't say enough about Kiddie Time - I highly recommend it to any parents. Miss Amanda and Miss Alandra are so special. We sent our 2 year old to this childcare for 6 months, but took him out after numerous problems…read more Problems with basic care: - Not getting fed enough - my son came home very hungry on most days. - Strange punishments - kids getting locked in a small bedroom alone, kids being forced to stay in high chair, kids locked outside on the deck in the cold while the teacher is indoors. - Unsanitary conditions - my son was sick for 4 months straight, much worse than other daycares. From what we saw, this was due to high turnover and unsanitary conditions - Constant unhappiness - every time we came to pick up / drop off, someone would be crying. Logistical problems: - Frequent paid days off. The owner took many days off, without this being reflected in fees, and we had to take care of our son on our own. This was explained as the owner's vacation days. - No established rules or policies. There was no communication with the owner, interaction with other parents, or ways to communicate feedback. There were also many other problems - no education program, no organization, no activities to occupy the kids, but the above is a good rundown of major issues. In the end, we were unable to trust this place or Tanya, and we strongly recommend you don't bring your children here. It was bittersweet to say goodbye because the staff really became like family. I cannot say enough positive things about Jen Morse, the Center's Director, and her entire leadership team, the teachers, assistants, chef, etc. It was clear from the first day I visited when I was evaluating schools before having my son, that everyone truly cares for each child, enjoys their work and have great respect for each other. The majority of the staff that were there the day we joined the NGCC family are still there today, and that says everything. I was very impressed with the diverse curriculum and the attention they give each child. NGCC having an onsite kitchen and chef that prepares healthy, kid friendly meals for the students was a life saver for this working mom because I didn't have to spend the time packing up meals each night. Instead, I was able to spend that time with my family which was invaluable. Children are life's greatest treasures, and I want to thank everyone at NGCC Marlborough for taking such great care of my little man when I couldn't be there. My daughter was sat down to have her chocolate donut and i was told she couldn't eat it there because of allergies and that chocolate was one of them. I had to put it away and they asked me to play with her in the back of the center. A few hours later a girl was eating the same donut at the same table for snack. my daughter is part black, and this does NOT sit right with me at all. she was moved down to infants because she wasn't as Mobil. she's extremely Mobil let alone advanced she's the busiest girl I know. she's at the age of toddlers. I was then fired a few hours later not even given a chance to fulfill my full day. They had me pick up my daughter in front of the other teachers and leave in front of everybody. they used an excuse I was not hands on but I very much was and have worked in daycare before and was always praised for how I interacted with children. when I picked her up she was absolutely filthy. they didn't even use a bib on her white shirt. her diaper was extremely full. they did not update me on her diaper changes, time of nap when to when, or gave me access to the photos taken. very rude and discriminatory center.

There is times when I was picking up my child and the teachers are all on there phones and ignoring all of the children right Infront of me. There is a huge turn over rate for teachers, I know something was weird when all the great teachers left the facility and were replaced. The state that the school is a Montessori school, but I hardly ever saw anything of that matter. The school randomly decided to close for a whole week for the week of fourth of July. They gave the parents a months notice. I reached out to the director about how I was not able to get this time off. Being a single mother. She didn't care and was super rude to me. There is no structure in this facility and its sad because it use to be a great day care. Please do not send your children here.
