Imperial Cars - Check out the rims! They were a mess. Apparently the previous owner didn't know how to park near a curb! Now, they look amazing!

Kelsey was great she treated us like royalty, she was kind, patient and thoughtful. TJ was very helpful in helping us hammer out a deal . It was a nice experience and I would definitely tell alll my friends and anyone listening to find your way to the best car lot in Mass. Again a big thanks to Kelsey and TJ , good job guys. Thanks again.

I was looking for a new car and planned to trade in my 2013 Toyota Avalon with only 78,000 miles,…read morewhich was in excellent condition. Kelley Blue Book estimated the trade-in value at around $9,500-$10,000. This dealership told me that Carfax showed the vehicle had been in an accident prior to my purchasing it in 2015, and because of that, they were only willing to offer me $6,000 versus the $9,000 they originally told me. Then they were extremely pushy wanting to make the deal ASAP. Fortunately, I still had the original Carfax report from when I purchased the car, and there was no accident listed on it. I felt the $6,000 offer was an extreme lowball, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Their loss! I purchased my new vehicle elsewhere as well. I'm very glad I did. Another dealership gave me $10,000 for my trade, and they sold the Avalon within days. I believe it was listed/sold for somewhere around $18,000. My advice: Do your own research and get more than one trade-in offer before accepting what a dealership tells you your vehicle is worth. In my case, getting a second opinion made a $4,000 difference. I would not trust this dealership with a trade-in.
