I would not recommend this pizza at all. I order pizza for my work events on a regular basis from all over Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb counties, this has been the worst by quite a bit. The Little Caesars deep dish is far better than what we received (and much cheaper). For starters, we ordered a party pack which is supposed to be 32 pieces, I received 2 XL pizzas which are each 12 pieces. When you are feeding a group and need to account for each piece, this is a big deal. I called and was told that the party pack IS two XL pizzas, the pieces are just cut smaller?!?! So you are paying more for a pizza that is the same size just smaller pieces. The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is because they did bring me a new pizza with the correct cuts, though the "pieces" were actually bread-stick size and the first pizza was burnt so bad even the kids wouldn't eat it and the second was extremely doughy and the cheese didn't even appear to be all the way melted. Not one person of the group I was feeding (ages ranging 3-grandparent) were at all satisfied with the food. This is the first time this has happened and I have been ordering food for our groups for almost 7 years on a weekly basis. Ordered 3 party tray pizzas for my son's birthday and all 3 were delivered burnt. The edges were burnt and the bottoms too. All 3 of them (or rather 6). Quite a few of my guests also made comments they were burnt. I called to complain and the comment from the person on the phone was that they were not burnt. Oh yes they were! Are you blind. Beyond dissatisfied. To be fair they did indicate they would remake them but it was too late and the party was almost over. They did give me $15 credit towards a future purchase. But common that is a joke. I paid about $90. I expected more. Based on some other reviews it sounds like this place has problems with their over temperatures. These guys delivered pizza for a 16 person lunch at my office. The bill came to $150, and everything turned out great the pizza was hot fresh and really good. Their specialty pizzas a really unique an excellent. I recommend the barbecue chicken for everyone. This is the first place that I ever had a barbecue chicken pizza from, I think they were the originators of it, them or California pizza kitchen, but anyway Pizza here is always good. I have a cottage inn pizza place near my house and it's been our go to place for pizza for the past 6 years. So, I thought why not try the one that's near my work...NO WAY NEVER AGAIN. The pizza was HORRIBLE. The pizza was overcooked. So dry and bland. The meat was crunchy...it was GROSS. We also ordered a side of the boneless chicken tenders. FREAKING GROSS! They actually tasted like they were undercooked and still frozen. Ate one and threw the rest out. Also explain to me where the free delivery area is. My work place is right by lahser high school and I was charged $3 for delivery. Had I known there was such a steep charge for delivery, I wouldn't have tipped them $3.50. BUMMER! read more

Late night, after a long road trip, we crashed at the hotel and just wanted some delivery-grade pizza. Cottage Inn Southfield was #2 on the receptionists list as the go-to pizza joints who deliver. Ordered a large pepperoni and sausage w/ extra sauce, some cheesy breadsticks and a small order of garlic-parm wings. Delivery time was long but on time-ish - exactly 45 minutes. WINGS (don't bother) The wings were scrawny, pitiful-looking things that looked thrown in the box as an afterthought. They tasted much better than they looked, but still just an overall "OK". CHEESY BREAD (yes!) The cheesy bread looked good - like a fat kid made them. Good quality bread covered with carnival claws of excellent-quality mozz and lots of pizza spiciness tickling the edges. I looked in the box and said "ooh!", tasted it. Found little gems of garlic popping all over and said "mmm-hmm, that's really good". PIZZA (excellent) Like everything else, the pizza looked good/OK, but tasted way better. It's the cheese. Must be mixed with fresh garlic because like the bread I happily discovered little tender morsels of it every bite or two. The sauce was surprisingly high-quality too, sweet-ish and still saucy and very distinguished between the cheese and the bread, with chunks of tomato and basil busting out to balance the salt and garlic happening. The crust was very good too - doughy enough for the sauce but singed on the tips/edges like it should be by a high-end commercial pizza oven. Someone put real thought/effort into the sauce-cheese-crust balance and it shows (bravo!). The pepperoni and sausage were there, but not nearly as memorable compared to the cheese, sauce and crust (which is a good/smart thing). BOTTOM LINE Do it. Consider just one topping tho, and think of it as flavoring of the cheese, not as the main event. Order extra sauce too. Forget the wings. Order cheesy bread if you like it (or need an appetizer). read more

Ordered the Spicy Mediterranean on thin crust and had it delivered. It was amazing! Staff was nice and I received my order correctly. The only negative thing was the 4.00 delivery charge and the delivery order minimum before delivery charge had to be 15.00. I think 4.00 is a bit much to deliver pizza to a customer that's only 1.2 miles away. The delivery driver only gets 1.50 from the delivery charge. I will order from here again and maybe just pick up my food next time. read more

I signed up for yelp just to write this review. I'm in town staying at the Westin Hotel. I wanted delivery so this place was recommended. I read the reviews, but I thought I'd give it a try. BAD DECISION!!!!!!! My aunt got a vegetarian pizza and enjoyed it. I did not fare as well. I made the mistake of ordering the cheese stake sub and chips. The cheese steak was absolutely tasteless and the "paid extra for chips" were a no show. I called the shop to let them know that my order was delivered incomplete. The guy answering the phone nice-nastily informed me that chips do not automatically come with the sub. I reminded him that I paid for the chips and had the receipt to prove it. He insisted that I didn't.....until he finally looked at the store receipt. Then he retorted, "I'll send someone over with chips." and then quickly hung up on me with no apology. The chips never came. They got my money ($30.00), charged me four additional dollars for delivery, brought an incomplete order and to top it off, my sandwich was tasteless and ended up in the trash. HORRIBLE customer service. Received a small 20 oz pop when I ordered a 2 LITER plus toppings on my pizza were incorrect and was told by employee/cook "Darnell" that's what I ordered. After asking how I would be compensated Darnell then hung up in my face. Upon calling back he said the phone was disconnected, he then puts the phone down and says " I'm not going to deal with this Rude bitch".
