The people there are nice. They made a mistake and fixed it and were very nice about it.

Ordered two specialty pizzas for dinner and both were incorrect. Called this location and was told to hold and waited for 5 minutes. I called back after no one returned to the line and spoke to a "manager"and was offered a remake. They are 18 minutes away and I've already made it home by this point. I asked could they deliver it as a courtesy and I was told the playoff game is on, they're busy, and they only have 1 driver. Thus, they aren't going to accommodate me because 1 person has an incorrect order. This is coming from the "MANAGER." I told them to just issue a refund. The manager stated that he can't do refunds and that the GM will need to address it in the morning. It's a good thing that I used my AmEx because they don't have any incentive to accommodate their customers. I'll never go back to this location. Not only is it out of my way, but they don't pay attention to what they're preparing. They also lie about the orders being ready only for you to arrive and you're still forced wait an extra 10-15 minutes. read more

This place is DISGUSTING Employees ALL have disgusting facial hair and NONE of them wear hair nets or any sort of protective covering while making or cutting your food. I don't think I've ever seen someone put on a pair of gloves a single time. Employees SCRATCH THEIR GENITAL areas while prepping food and CONTINUE making the food instead of washing their hands. The manager is some clown named Char (like charring your food) who is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I've never seen such a bad employee be so eager to tell every customer who he is within the business, it's almost like a plot out of a bad movie where he has immunity to being fired or something. More people need to contact the Michigan health department so more people do not get sick from this disgusting place. Employees yell and scream at each other in a way that isn't normal task oriented yelling like you would have in most places. It is hostile and off putting to those being forced to observe it. Food is constantly below par quality and taste wise. You can order a pizza with light sauce and well done and it will come out to you the exact OPPOSITE way you requested. The employees DO NOT CARE. This place genuinely should be shut down or re-absorbed by Dominos corporate because it is a disgrace to a company that is already struggling with its reputation in past years read more

I'm submitting this review on behalf of my son, who is going to school in Southfield. He placed a $45 order for pizza on 3/30 at about 5:42p (per confirmation email). He ordered an xtra large Brooklynn style pizza with xtra Alfredo sauce and extra cheese. When the pizza was delivered it didn't appear to have any cheese on it. My son then called the store, and the person he spoke to insisted there was cheese on the pizza. Basically implying he was lying.... Just to be clear my son ordered the same pizza the prior week with regular Alfredo sauce and regular cheese, he said the pizza was good, the cheese was browned, and he good TASTE the cheese. Therefore, when he ordered this pizza with extra sauce, he also did extra cheese so the cheese would be completely overpowered by the sauce. To a college student $45 is a small fortune, my son was planning on using this pizza for two meals, since his school doesn't have meal service for Saturday dinner. This has to be my best experience at dominos! I am traveling on business and nothing else was open at 11pm. I I called to place a delivery order to my hotel but the gentleman that answered kindly mentioned 50% off when you order online. Great deal! I placed my order At 11:15pm and within 15 min the driver called to tell me he was leaving the store with my order and would be there in 5 min. He was right on time! I was even more pleased when I opened the box to find that My pizza looked and tasted perfect! I can't be happier. read more

Dominos - Lathrup Village has Terrible customer service. A rude female employee called customer profane name while she was holding on phone, then same employee ridiculed a disabled customer who had placed a curbside pickup order. She was to lazy to go outside for payment so she thought it was funny to openly laugh and called him a handicap . All of this was done in the presence of the store manager and other customers in the lobby area. No one there seems to have any regard for what customer service, common decency or respect is. I refunded my order after this nonsense. I just didn't like all the attitude There are too many other pizza places in town to order from. Let's see Jets or Hungry Howies? read more

after continuous shitty visits to the oak park location, i was a little afraid to order from another dominos. it had been about 2-3 months since i last ordered from dominos, and i just knew i was never ever going back to the oak park location. this location does not to deliver to me, but i'm okay with making the extra 5 minutes of a drive to get good food. my pizza was nearly perfect! tons of cheese, tons of toppings, and the crust was perfect. no bubbles on the edges, perfect amount of their signature garlic seasoning. i say it all the time, it shouldn't be that hard to make a decent pizza. most of us pizza eaters aren't looking for perfect, we just want a quality product that looks edible. but this location definitely knocked it out of the park with both presentation and taste. i wasn't looking for much from a chain pizza place, but definitely got more than what i bargained for. i also ordered parmesan bread bites and they were delicious as well. this is a newer store so i definitely hope they keep up the quality product! read more

This was the first time I tried this location. I called in my order and was rushed through the call. Then I was up charged for chicken as a topping without being told until I asked why I was paying more than I should. There was so little chicken on the pizza I could count it. The pizza looked fine but there was just enough of the other toppings to call it a basic pizza. Like Digiorno frozen pizzas. I definitely didn't get one of those stock pizzas pictured in the photos displayed on this page. Not interested in going back. read more

Domino's Pizza in Lathrup Villiage, MI has the crappiest employees! They supposedly have two male managers and two female managers. The nurses on the night shift COVID unit ordered two pizzas. We called and placed the order at 11:45pm because the website was having problems. They close on Saturdays at 1am. We received two old pizzas with old cheese. I called the next day and spoke with a male "manager" who repeated my phone number and promised to credit my account with two free pizzas. Apparently, he never did it. Two evil female managers, Sam and Joanna "GM", gave me the hardest, rudest time and refused to give the good nurses two free pizzas and basically called me a liar saying that "there are no male managers" and said, "....yeah, you called close to closing" as justification for bad pizzas . We are of sound mind and I am an experienced EMT and multi-service Veteran. The next day, I called and spoke with Sam (a non-manager, she says..) who confirmed that two male managers do work there and denied the free pizzas and refused to let me speak to the males. Joanna GM was put on the phone and I gave explicit details that would indicate that I was not lying and it turned very nasty with her saying that she was blocking my number and address. My pizzas were perfect! Both were done quickly and correctly. Only negative comment is that when I went to pick up my order, there was no one at the cash register to help me. There was a woman right in front of me folding boxes but clearly ignoring me. I stood there for at least 3 minutes until a man who was farther back who was making pizzas stopped what he was doing to come help me. He was super friendly and helpful. He was great and so were my pizza, just don't like how the other employee ignored me as I waited at the register. I even tried to signal her! See totally pretended I wasn't there. read more

Ask them with NO cheese on the pepperoni pizza and they charged me $1.00 extra - BECAUSE: "It's a special order". I have ordered SEVERAL PIZZAS online while away at work for my family. I have never had the problem of being refused a pizza because ID wasn't present. I could see or suspect the possibility of fraud "IF" this was a new customer, "IF" this was the first time this residence used a credit card. This is ridiculous. I think I'm going to just use my 2 free pizzas and just use JETS from now on. My address and account should be well known by now. I was told that this is a "new " policy"! Ok! This was my first time eating a Domino's pizza, in more years than I can remember, and it was actually pretty good. Not the best I've had, recently, but pretty good. I like the extra layer of cheese that they put on it, and the sauce isn't bad either. They were quick to take my order, and told me it would be only 15 minutes; however either I lost track of time or they did, because by the time I checked to see if it was ready, it was sitting there on the shelf as if someone else were coming to pick it up. Most places will let you know, right away, when your pizza is ready, but they didn't even call out my name to let me know. That's poor customer service, anyway you look at it. My pizza was already getting cold by the time I realized it was ready. Thank God for microwave ovens. I doubt, seriously, that I will be one of their regular customers, as I can get a better pizza at Sam's Club, and at least they will let you know when it's ready. One last thing, I got their large Extravaganza pizza, which though tasty, after a trip through the microwave, didn't look any bigger than a medium pizza from anywhere else, and cost about $20 bucks. Like I said, I can get a better, and bigger, pizza at Sam's Club, for less than half the price, and not have to put it in the microwave to eat a hot slice of pizza. read more
