This place is amazing! I've only had 1 issue in the 4-5 years of going here. That issue was a delivery mistake and got the wrong order, looking at the boxes I was confused because it wasn't what it usually came in, upon opening I discovered someone doesn't like cheese. I originally thought I'm not eating that and called the store. They were really slammed and the manager said I can remake your order and have it as soon as possible or take a credit. It was late and said I'll opt for the credit, basically didn't want to inconvenience them since they were understanding. I ate a slice of pizza with no cheese with garlic crust not sure what was on it but it was actually really good. Anyway I found they have the best BBQ chicken ever! Just because Little Caesars is popular doesn't mean you should strive to emulate them. What happened to this place? This is one of many local pizza places that have seen far better days. In the case of Two Guys Pizza Pies, those days were never all that great. I once reviewed them at a 3/5. They did some good, they did some bad, and it was worth getting for variety every once in a while. Now? Inedible. I last ordered a pepperoni pizza and was given something with really thick, gooey, unappetizing cheese, strangely cold sauce, and a pie that was unable to keep its consistency. I struggled to eat it and threw over half of it out. The appetizer wasn't any better. Totally bland and grainy breading. Also something I barely touched. The bread sticks were good, but it's a sad state of affairs if that's all a pizza place can do well. The hours here always sucked. Opens up just a little too late in the day and closes up just a little too early in the day. Located in a fairly decent area, though, and service is okay, although that's sunk too. This place is also notorious at getting orders wrong. My first order here around a decade ago was missing at least one item. I have driven past this place for a few years and decided to try it. Old fashion pizza place that is take out or delivery only. Only open noon to 9 pm every day. But I have learned over the last 50 years these places can have the best pizza. Called in my normal pizza order, Hawaiian pizza with extra sauce. Was told it would be about 25 minutes for pickup. When I got there I found parking on both sides of the shop. Friendly staff had my pizza ready. Got a menu and was told it would be updated soon. Didn't look at the pizza until I got home. I found lots of bacon, ham, and pineapple, more than other places. Once I tasted it, it is one of the best Hawaiian pizza I have had in the almost 40 years of eating them. First tried at Mama Bear's in Bloomington IN and they were and still are top 10 in the country. Crust and sauce is perfect to handle all the toppings. It is better than Green Lantern's that my friends think is the best around Metro Detroit. I will stop here when I want some pizza. Can't wait to introduce my friends to this place. read more

Hands down the best pizza place in Livonia! My personal fave is the Double Double. Always hot and ready when they say it will be. Their dips are sold separately but it's a generous portion. Got the BBQ chicken pizza no bacon, a deep dish pepperoni and mushroom for the brothers, cheese bread and potato wedges. We all loved it! Couldn't wait to get home to try a slice of cheese bread so had one on my drive home and it was a cloud with cheese. Wedges had a perfect crisp and the flavor was divine. My BBQ pizza was fire! Prob one of the best I've ever eaten. Service was quick and easy with pleasant staff. Interior was very clean and organized. Honestly i didn't know what i wanted to eat - so i was basically driving until i found something. I was inbetween on places and then finally decided here but i was going to try something new. Due to covid - you wasn't allowed inside; i didn't mind since it was nice outside. They had a picnic table under the tree unfortunately i believe it's on an ant hill because they wouldn't stay off me or table so i just sat in the car. Unfortunately i can't remember the name of the pizza but it was definitely something i haven't tried - but i highly recommend the cinnamon bread. (it was fresh and hot) Give them a try! Only thing i suggest the company would do is upgrade their machines because the lady had to take my credit card inside while i was standing outside. Some people might be uncomfortable with that. Honestly this was the worst pizza I've ever had. The pizza was doughy and the toppings just slid everywhere. I tried throwing it in the air fryer and the pizza just wouldn't cook anymore than what it was. We only had two toppings on it... weird. One of my favorite pizza places in the Southeast Michigan area. The normal order for me is a medium pizza that is light on the cheese with extra sauce and a flavored crust, with the occasional breadsticks. The sauce is very flavorful and the pizza dough is great! The flavored crust is always great (I've had sesame, Cajun, and Parmesan). The breadsticks range from good to great depending on the time as sometimes they have a little extra Parmesan on them. However, the numerous positive reviews on Yelp for this place convinced me to consider this an option. I was craving a calzone and this place serves one with cheese plus three other ingredients of your choice. As well, the online reviews raved about the breadsticks so I ordered them as well. Twenty minutes later, lunch was in my car and I was re-tracing my steps home. The calzone was large enough for two meals, yay, was fragrant from the Italian spices, tasty but not crispy. I think that was due in part to the Styrofoam container which trapped in the condensation. The crust was thin, pliable and chewy; the filling was spicy and flavorful.
