Two of my experiences - Parts he ordered were correct but delivered to him were not correct hence i had to stay litlle longer he apologized to me even though it was not his fault. The servicemen were also great and knowledgeable. I was told to replace something in my car an year ago by somebody else but Rob explained to me that is not even a part of the car. I was probably frantic as I spoke with Bruce but he was calm, cool and collected. A master at his craft he told me they would take me in right away (I made no appointment, I just showed up). As I sat there nervously waiting for the result all I could do was prepare for the worst but hope for the best. Bruce came up to me and said the oil plug wasn't put on properly by the last mechanic that worked on my car. Grrr! All the oil leaked out of my car and depending on how much I drove the car there might be internal engine damage. I kept praying. They filled her with oil and tested it, success! Crisis averted! Awesome guys, very professional, understanding and reasonable prices. This is now my go to shop.
