Not only did the owner find a used vent/dashboard and have it pulled out of one of their vehicles on site in 30 minutes, the service department also had it installed the same morning. We went for a quick lunch and everything completed just before noon. Donnie in the services area was a super nice and entertaining guy as evidenced by the rapport with various customers coming in and out. The price for my parts and service was 1/5 of what other Honda places quoted. Very, very reasonable. I will now be a full time customer and get any services done by them. Definitely deserve 5 stars.

It's a place where you can find quality parts and surplus parts at cheap prices AND their warranty is exceptionally - "If you aren't happy, bring it back and get your money back." I've done that on a couple of occasions when I had bought some piece on 'spec' that it would fit, but didn't - they honoured their pledge: No questions asked! Now their stores are in many larger Canadian cities and I look for them and spend my free time there when the wife is doing her thing at some girly store - Actually, she sometimes likes to browse there too.

It has everything, tools, power units (chippers, generators, etc), trailer accessories, welding, the list goes on. The house brand is POWER FIST, and i have mixed feelings on it. The prices seem to be as good or slightly better than the Mastercraft (Cdn tire brand) but i don't feel the quality is on the same field, althoguh close. Do i own Power Fist tools? Hell yeah, for what i do, i usually go with the best price! Yes the place seems like it is in disarray, with stuff everywhere, but spend a little time in there and it makes sense. Although that could be due to my ever increasing insanity. Need a tool for something to do at home, keep this place on the list of places you search. You just may be surprised.

Got my brakes and rotors done, front and back, my bill was under half the price at Midas, speedy, dealership or any other quote I got. Beyond prices, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and nobody there seemed to be trying to make me spend more on servicing my vehicle, in fact, it was just the opposite! No real complaints from me, just maybe a visible sign and to clearly mark which door is the main entrance. (Although it is funny to watch people walk the front of the building looking dazed and confused as to how to enter this impregnable fortress)
