At one point, we even had to cancel because we were dealing with internet issues at the venue, and she was so understanding. Once we confirmed the event was back on, I reached back out and she made everything seamless. The food was AMAZING. Literally everyone came up to me during the event to say how good it was. People were going back for seconds and asking where the food was from. The issue was how late they showed up to cater. Food was supposed to be ready and served from 3-5pm and they showed up at 2:45pm. They cooked everything on site, but it took almost 2 hours to cook and serve. My guests didn't start eating until almost 5pm. I also hired a churro company to serve churros after the food, so their late start caused them to start late too. Suggestion is to check traffic before an event to avoid being late especially if they have a long commute. Also the griddle used to cook food should be bigger to accommodate large parties. The food was good, but I will most likely not hire them again due their lack of punctuality.

When I went to pay for my order, he asked me who my favorite "super-friend" was, in reference to my shirt. I said Batman or Nightwing. He asked me if they were my favorite because of their costumes. It was a condescending, misogynistic, and shallow question. To assume I only knew the characters by their appearance because I'm a woman, when in reality I am an avid fan of superheroes and have watched most if not all of the superhero content out there. While it may seem like a small deal, it was inappropriate and sexist in my opinion and should not be acceptable behavior from a worker at any establishment. Will not be returning
