The issue was how late they showed up to cater. Food was supposed to be ready and served from 3-5pm and they showed up at 2:45pm. They cooked everything on site, but it took almost 2 hours to cook and serve. My guests didn't start eating until almost 5pm. I also hired a churro company to serve churros after the food, so their late start caused them to start late too. Suggestion is to check traffic before an event to avoid being late especially if they have a long commute. Also the griddle used to cook food should be bigger to accommodate large parties. The food was good, but I will most likely not hire them again due their lack of punctuality.

They took care of everything including the set up of the other vendors such as the dj, photobooth, photographer and florist. Gourmet gourmet catering is a full service catering company that not only provided food, but also includes the rentals of tables, chairs, linens and bar service! Gourmet gourmet did not dissapoint. Their food was amazing! I still have people raving about how tender the brisket was and how savory the salmon was.
