In March of this year I purchased a brand new Forrest River Sierra 5th wheel RV and had it delivered to Bluffton, SC. When it arrived the driver was excellent! Shortly after setting it up, we discovered we had no heat! It was cold so we purchased some electric heaters. We notified Coach's RV Nation and they had their Maintenance Manager call me. He gave me a few things to try but none worked. I spoke to their warranty department but could get no help. I finally found a tech that would come and look at it and he found the problem in 10 minutes. The limit switch had been removed before shipping and never replaced. Even though I paid for them to check the unit out, it was clear they did no such thing before shipping it to me. NOW, after not having heat all winter, they want me to pay for the $285 to have the repair and as they said I will not be reimbursed....... "Not until the work is completed and i get final invoice and forest river pays us." I am sure Forrest River did not ship the unit out without the part, but it is clear they will try and rip them off too. Is this the kind of business you want to deal with? read more

I purchased an RV over the phone in January after a LONG time looking. I settled on a 273RL. The purchase process was pretty smooth. The salesman was responsive, gave me a full video walkthrough and answered all of my questions. They even stored the until for me at no charge. It wasn't until I got the unit home (we live in Pittsburgh) that things went bad. As my wife and I were prepping the unit for our first trip, we noticed water leaking when we used the outside fridge. Come to find out it was due to a broken PVC pipe drain not only at the trap, but where it enters the belly of the RV. I called service and explained that I had just picked up the until a few days' prior and have this broken pipe. I was told to open a service ticket with a local dealer for repair. I had asked for a call back from the service manager to discuss reimbursement. They never called me back. A few days later we went on the planned trip. It wasn't until we got to the camp site that we discovered all GFCI outlets and the main AC unit were not functional. I again called the service department and asked for a solution. We discussed available options, which I wasn't happy with due to each requiring me to either pay out of pocket or drive the unit somewhere. I requested a call back from the service manager, which again, NEVER happened. I've yet to be contacted for any of the issues I've had. I'll admit, I was tough on the service tech I spoke with, but it's unacceptable for a unit I picked up only days prior (8 hours round trip) to have any issues at all. Bottom line, you'll probably be "OK" with the sales process, but I really hope you don't need service. From what I can see, it is non-existent. read more

We told them we were driving 3 hours to look at buy a certain fifth wheel. Jeremy told me they one and it would be ready when we get there. We got there and had hunt for it and had them to put slides out. It wasn't ready for viewing. Them embarrassed us with 19% interest and 1000 payment for 15 years. $7000 down. We left to look for better finance and asked the paperwork to get it. We never received it. We ended up getting 9% interest for 10 years and 900 a month. Somewhere else. After many months of researching travel trailers across the Pacific Northwest, my husband and I decided on the Forest River Surveyor 202RBLE. Based on past experience, we knew that purchasing outside of Washington State is often less expensive, so we began reaching out for pricing. Coach's RV was quick to respond and provided a price, though with minimal detail. The first red flag came when the salesperson, David, requested a $1,000 deposit before providing an invoice. His concern was that we might use the invoice to negotiate elsewhere. While I understand the concern, it felt unnecessary, especially since I had already done extensive price research. We ultimately placed the deposit with plans to drive to Ohio to pick up the trailer in October. Overall, communication was fairly good whenever we had questions. The second red flag occurred during the financing discussion. I explained upfront that I already knew the interest rate I could secure and that I only wanted to pursue financing through Coach's if they could beat it. David assured me they could. However, when their finance team reached out, they insisted on a hard credit pull before even discussing rates. I asked them to simply tell me the best rate they could offer, and ultimately, they could not beat what I already had. When we arrived at Coach's to pick up the trailer, we were greeted and taken to inspect it. We noticed a tear in the couch, which they attempted to dismantle and fix before even confirming whether they had replacement inventory. There were also issues with the tray tables that form part of the couch, and we were told replacements would be ordered. To their credit, we did not feel rushed during the walkthrough. However, we made the assumption that since the trailer was sold as "new," it would have been fully prepped and checked as such. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Thankfully, October weather was mild, because at our first destination we discovered that the furnace did not work--and as a result, neither did the hot water heater. This significantly dampened the excitement of owning a new trailer. At that point, it felt like Coach's attitude shifted to "we have your check, now it's your problem." I even attempted to contact the salesperson directly via text and received no response. Eventually, we worked with a local dealer to get the issues resolved, and Forest River was absolutely amazing throughout that process. In the end, Coach's RV did save us about $7,000. However, looking back, I'm not sure the savings were worth the time, effort, and frustration of driving from Washington State to Ohio--especially from a customer service and post-sale support perspective. read more

We just purchased a No Boundaries 20.7 travel trailer with Beast Mode from Couch's RV Nation, and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Blaine was our salesman and made the process smooth, informative, and completely stress-free. The lady at the front desk was also incredibly sweet and welcoming--she immediately made us feel at ease when we arrived. Adrian handled our walk-through and was extremely thorough. Anything we pointed out or questioned, he made sure it was corrected or brought up to par before we left. "Papa" installed the hitch we brought with us (for a $160 fee), and it was worth every penny. We had never installed one before, and he had all the tools and knowledge we needed--plus, it was nice not being pressured to buy theirs. He made sure everything was perfect and refused to let us drive off until he knew we were 100% set and safe. Pay for what you get! Not a very good experience from this dealership. I decide to pay for my own inspection before shipping the RV across country to my property. Did not want to have any problems since I was 2000 miles away from the dealership. All I ended up with those problems items on the inspection report were not fully addressed and still had to have warranty people come to the location for continued repairs. Waste of money on an inspection since the dealership didn't address some of the major items on the inspection and shipped it anyway. I set me up with a transportation company with which delivered my coach with the Arcadia door wide open letting snow, rain and wind into the coach for 1800 miles across country damage much of the unit and possibly have to need a roof replacement. It's been several weeks. I'm still dealing with warranty issues. Trucking company told me it's not their problem. They just pick up and deliver. Do not use their trucking company either as it doesn't take much of a brain to figure out how to close the door and keep it closed while you're transporting. The coach was not ready when the trucking company picked it up. Propane tanks were left on refrigerator door and other doors in the couch were not secured, and the Arcadia door was also not secured. this company is not trustworthy and lacks integrity in solving problems. Just a note. Don't buy anything from these guys unless you've done a thorough inspection with your own eyes and pick it up yourself. I would not recommend buying from here regardless. read more

What an experience! I saved a few bucks vs. buying a Forest River 22 Veranda Salem locally. But after that, you may as well talk to the wall as try to get any action from these guys. First of all, the trailer arrived with screws and wire remnants all over mixed in with the filth on the floors. Worse than that, the cover on the grille didnt have a slot for the propane hose and the connector wouldnt snap on. My neighbor fixed that for me. To top it off, there were no controls for the TV or faux fireplace and no instruction manuals.. Kyle Taylor promised to send them two weeks ago, After seeing the condition Forrest River delivered the trailer to Couch, I'm not expecting much remedy from them either. My advice: Pay a little more and go with a local company. read more

The buying process was not exceptional or negative. What I found disturbing is the post manufacturer's warranty process. I bought an extended warranty, or so I thought... What occurred was an undetectable leak adjacent my entry door. The issue arose post the one-year manufacturer's warranty. I tried to use the extended warranty to no avail. The warranty is nay thing but bumper to bumper. It covered less than it didn't cover, including damage to the subfloor due to the leak. The real issue cam into to play when I call Couch's to try and get some help. Not only was the lady incredibly rude, she continued to talk over me, and down to me, suggesting they do not have any skin in the game with the extended warranty. They are the poor 3rd party who can do anything about it, even though they sold it and made money off it...) The RV served a purpose but costing me $5000 in repairs after 18 months of ownership is bad business. If you want to get stuck, let them upsell you on warranties, and, of course, their poor service will remain poor service. I will never make myself see them again. Adios Jeff. read more

Purchasing the new camper went well. The staff for the hitching and pick up of the camper was knowledgeable and friendly. That is where the good ended. First campout of the year, after lighting the water heater, discover a broken line a FLAME coming out of the water heater. After firing up the AC, it then shorts out and makes a grinding noise. Couch's Warranty Service is absolutely worthless. Online is just a chat bot that is no help. The first place it recommended doesn't even offer warranty repairs. Tried calling their so called service center and got a voicemail EVERY time. Left two voicemails and never even received a call back. So much for supporting their customers. read more

Never buy anything from these people. Purchased a Condo 42. It was delivered with half the siding on one side completely missing. Damaged in transport, then go to open up the camper screen handle broken(never got this fixed), water pump didn't work, battery cable and heater were broken also. Got water damage on the inside due to siding missing. Tried to tell us they went through the camper to make sure it was all working. The camper was still winterized, then they tried telling me that they start winterizing campers the end of July but I call BS. We purchased in beginning of July and scheduled for delivery in August why would they re-winterize it after the inspection to make things are in working order? In addition that still does not explain why the screen door or heater were broken if it had a proper inspection. After 3 months of going back and forth and very little help from this company the issues have finally been fixed, but we are still fighting with them to get the service guy his final payment. The camper sits at a place 30 miles from our home and we have to make multiple trips to meet with service guys or get additional information that this company has needed, plus we had to pick up the siding and now they expects us to drive out to the camper (second time this week) that is closed for the winter (never got to use this year) to pick up the pump, find a box and ship it back to them before they will make the finally payment to the repair guy. We have had to do all the work to get the issues fixed. There has been nothing but excuses and blaming others for their incompetence. I have run multiple businesses over the years and I would have offered some kind of compensation for all the mileage and/or headaches, at least something cause I would feel bad but not this company. They make lots of promises but once the sale is made they could care less about their customers. read more

We bought our brand new Salem Villa destination trailer from Couch's RV Nation last year. We were told that they would keep it for us until it was ready to be delivered. They kept it for me until I was ready to have it delivered. Through the winter months, they sent it to the delivery people WITHOUT HAVING winterized. When it was delivered we found that the damage was sever. We had to hire a local RV dealer to get it fit to live in. We asked them to cover the costs for the damage as it was their fault. So far, not a happy camper. Ordered a new unit over a month ago. Was told that a $500 deposit would not be enough. They upped it to $1000.00. Very little communication with the dealer or salesman during the waiting period. It finally came in a bit over a week ago. It is my first camper and not cheap, over $30k. I did get a voicemail and text from Blaine. I live in Michigan, dealer is in Ohio a 10 hour round trip drive. The dealer knew I wanted to have inspected prior to purchase. I scheduled an inspect with RV service for 30th and was wanting to take delivery the following Friday the 6th. Sent a note to salesman giving a heads up as to the plan. Keep in mind all the dealer has to do is hook a water hose up and plug in the power cord. Just an inspect. Got a nastygram late in the evening that the 30th would not work for the salesman????!!! Not a call, not a text. Excuse me, I am willing to drive 10 hours round trip twice, to view a trailer that I have never seen and again if it is not defective to take delivery. What's the no brainer. It should be about the customer????!!!!! Not a good start from the dealer to service the customer. Hell, show me where the hose is and power cord and I will hook it up so the certified inspector and I can verify there are no issues with the new unit. Have requested a call back from the dealer. Was told that owner does not get involved with customers, so am waiting for a callback from the sales manager. Will update when the dust settles. Scammers, thieves, poor morals, poor business , I truly do not know where to start, So, I'll just start. I ordered a trailer from out of state from this dealership because of the prices everything seem to be going so smooth until they received my paperwork signed. After they received my signed paperwork, the transportation that they set up and charged me for couldn't get a hold of me and the dealer told me it was now my responsibility I could've got it done for cheaper that's why I went with the dealer. The trailer showed up with broken stabilizers, broken stabilizer, safety chains, The front door does not close unless you push it from the outside, It's missing valances on the blinds, the curtains align snap or Velcro properly, The countertop is chipped. There's dings in the walls there's scuffs in the walls. The shower leaks because it wasn't sealed properly. There are numerous staple holes and pin nail holes that are not filled, The trailer arrived filthy. They sold an extended warranty that is voided because of my living conditions which they knew of, and still sold to me so there's that theft part. I'm in charge of all of these "warranty issues" Which should've been dealt with in trailer prep before sent to me. Oh yeah, I forgot the interior cabin lights don't work either. So now I'm stuck trying to find a tech to come out and fix this trailer and I'm reimbursed by warranty. The dealers knows I never would've bought this in this condition or with these issues, and I know they never would've let me leave like this. But they had no problem, delivering it to me in this condition. I am beyond upset on how they have treated me beyond upset on how they stole from me. I ask simply questions and he responds rudely. We are in the middle of the trip driving from AZ to pick up this unit and says it's going to be an extra week like we have nothing better to do. Let me start off saying they lore you in making it seem like they are interested taking care of customers. My experience is all they want to do is make that instant sale, then they couldn't care less. They do not follow through with promises and get quite rude and obnoxious when you confront them. This business does not care about customer retention or word of mouth, good or bad. They don't respond to any customer concern. They ignore Better Business Bureau complaints. After the sale they wash their hand and disappear. Secondly they are supposed to do a dealer prep and going over on all RV's before delivery. They say they do but they really do not. 05/18/2022 2.5 stars overall, actually. Value wise, Couch is great. Nice people as well. The low star rating comes from service after purchase, and applies to Forest River as well. Specifically, the compressor on the AC unit was a dud. The travel trailer was picked up on a very cold day. While the fan worked fine, the AC was incapable of blowing refrigerated air. Didn't discover this until we were several states away and needed it. Takeaways: 1) Forest River only recognizes brick and mortar repair facilities. So, if you're on vacation, the mobile repair folks are out of the question. Brick and mortar's were booked 6-8 weeks out for even a look. 2) Couch RV took the position that compressors can go out at any time, even ones less than 30 days old, and left us dealing with the issue by ourselves. 3) Extended warranty doesn't kick in for a full year. That left us looking for a Coleman AC warranty outfit. 4) Trip interruption only kicks in if the unit is kept overnight by the brick and mortar repair outfit. See #1 above. 5) So, we were stuck paying for the extra costs out-of-pocket, including a prolonged stay awaiting repair. read more

I am writing this review today and know that I have documentation and pictures to back everything I say here today. I would have given zero stars, but that wasn't an option. Last year I purchased a 245VC from Couch's and to say that Forest River, Lippert and Couch's shouldn't be dealt with is an understatement. From a warranty standpoint, neither Couch's, Forest River or Lippert stand behind their warranty, they pass the buck off to their vendors like Lippert and then when Lippert refuses to honor the warranty they clam up after telling you "Everything will be covered" and that is a direct quote from Couch's warranty manager. Now the microwave went out last month, but it was too far for me to travel to Missouri and have Camping World replace it, it's more effective if I replace it at my cost and effort. Now we get to the pest problem. Forest River made zero effort when it came to pest control or rodent control on this design and if anyone saw the modifications, I've had to make to keep the bugs and mice out, they simply wouldn't want to buy this RV even though it's barely a year old. I checked the Indiana lemon laws, and they only cover new items under warranty. My recommendation is to stay away from Couch's and Forest River all-together. read more

Salesman Nathan was asked a few times if there would be a "Hard hit" on my credit and he said no. I always ask in the event I decide not to purchase from someone as the next inquiry might show a score decrease from a hard hit. Their prices seemed good and they claimed to have what I was looking for so I gave the information requested. Shortly after I received two notifications from my credit monitoring that my credit just took a hard hit! Ryan Fouse called me with an offer from one of the banks with an interest rate I wasn't comfortable with as my score is low 800's Excellent. I advised Ryan I was at lunch and please email the terms. Within minutes while at lunch with several guests I receive two more calls. Very poor consideration! I emailed Nathan advising courteously that I was very disappointed and that he should have been upfront about having a hard pull on my credit and that I see interest rates for my credit score at 4.5-5.9%. He replies with no apology telling me I could "use outside lending as well". Of course, I could but why not see if they offered a low rate first??? I then receive an email from Ryan Fouse telling me it wasn't right to blame Nathan for the hard hit on my credit and that he would "love to see" my approval I "have with a 4.9% rate". Apparently, Nathan wasn't honest again as I never said I had ANY other approval and Ryan's email was challenging as if I was lying. So, this provoked me to search their reviews and I'm glad I did! These folks made poor consumer follow-ups, were dishonest, and were very inconsiderate. I could have bought the RV cash and it was what I was looking for but they chased me away. They rightfully earned this review and I appreciate the rest of those who shared as I was tempted to purchase outright and glad I didn't! read more

Just tried to file a claim. Please read the warranty book before you buy a extended. It's not worth the $2700 that you spend. When I purchased my 42' fifth wheel. I had problems with it as soon as I started to use it. The AC fan was bent,when I went t on take the camper. Check to make sure that it's clean. Nails where sticking out of the carpet. There were also a couple of other folks that jumped in to help explain things also. Once that was all done, we dealt with Derek to finalize everything. Once again, nothing but knowledge, courtesy and professionalism. Everyone at Couch's was so very courteous and professional. Couch's RV Nation claims they give you the best RV purchasing experience...we got everything but that. We purchased a 2022 Forrest River VBUD in July from Alaska. We packed up our family of 5 plus dog and traveled over 3000 miles to pick up our trailer in early September. Mind this is 3 plane rides across the country. As we were on the last leg of our trip sitting in the Seattle airport waiting to board the flight to Columbus, we got a call from Austin, the salesman informing us that their lot was broken into and "multiple" trailers were stolen, including ours. The first thing they asked us to do was to file a police report (with no information because we were in Alaska) and to report to our insurance. We didn't have insurance because we never took possession of the trailer, we had our final walk thru scheduled the following 2 days after we arrived. We boarded the 5 hour fight to Ohio wondering what the heck happened but figured we'd get more information once we landed. Nope, basically RV Nation would not file the police report and did nothing to help us. We never heard from the owner in a week! This still hasn't resolved and we were forced to take legal action. Our family uprooted our lives for a trip of a lifetime to homeschool our 3 kids ages 8, 11 and 13 on the road. We ended up doing part of the trip on the west coast traveling in a minivan and staying at hotels so you can image how much more costly this trip has been. Our dreams were crushed but we made the best of it and the kids learned a lot more than workbooks and reading. They learned that there are bad people out in the world including scams, inside jobs, fraud...you get what you pay for from Couch's RV Nation. If you want unprofessionalism, awful treatment, being cussed out by the owner himself, then shop here, if not, stay clear! We have never experienced anything like this and because of our remote location, we purchase and fly in everything to our community. Apparently if you pay in full, your trailers are moved to an offsite location with no security and a caretaker who also leaves for deliveries and leaves the gate open. There was another more expensive trailer stolen before ours so this is reoccurring problem and they did nothing to prevent this from happening. read more

I've been in sales for over 50 years, and, self employed for 35. Deceptive suppliers and even customers are to be expected. I agreed to order and purchase a Salem Villa 40PBQ Park Model travel trailer from RV Nation based on all You-tube videos, forums and diagram pics available online. The problem began when a set of pictures was sent to my text messages on November7 from Brannon Osterberger. Brannon Osterberger with RV Nation exceeds even my expectations. He deceptively added an item to my contract that we hadn't discussed, nor is shown available or accessable in any ad, video or promotion. When I reviewed it I brought to his attention that I didn't expect, never discussed or saw a picture of a 40 PBQ with the cheap table and chairs instead of what I was expecting and discussed...the Versa Lounge one piece unit entire wall unit ,and, I was not happy with their alternative. He reordered the correct unit, but, at a higher price, and, he couldn't hold the interest rate. I was concerned about the higher total monthly payments. His first comment was that I signed the contract and has emphasized that every time I spoke with him directly until my visit to their fascility in Ohio on Nov21. Particularly odd was his initial comment at our meeting addressing the 40 PBQ as the one with the free standing table and chairs. He mentioned it three times at the start of our visit. My significant other and I were surprised when he started the conversation with us addressing the fact that I signed the contract and ordered the separate table and chairs that were in the pic of my order that was delivered on November 7. When I tried to discuss the matter with him he angrily stated that I ordered the unit that way, and exclaimed most emphatically " fuck you" you're not getting your deposit back. I hadn't even asked for the $1000 back at that point ....and, after that comment I asked him why he didn't even want to discuss it. He said once more you "fucking" ordered it that way. I told him to go to hell with his attitude and property. His disrespect for customers , and, lack of consideration is astounding. I have ignored his further text attempts to sell me the RV while he acts like nothing happened! I'm not exactly sure what further deceptive game he is pulling ,but, I have some thoughts. I would never buy or recommend him ,or, purchase that or any unit at RV Nation. It would have been nice if his attitude in person as pleasant as his text messages and emails....we then wouldn't be at this juncture. I bought my very first RV from Couch's RV Nation 10 years ago. I had such a good experience then, I went straight back to them when I was ready for a new one. The buying experience was entirely online. There was zero price haggling. The price stated online was the price I paid, and it was thousands less than anyone else could offer. I live in NC and tried to buy locally. Camping World, which is the largest in the US, was $5,000 more expensive than Couch's RV Nation. The paperwork, the pickup, the inspection and everything was handled seamlessly. I drove to Ohio from North Carolina. The representatives at Couch's were super attentive and patient while I made sure everything worked before driving off. They really wanted me to be happy with my purchase. You can see from the attached picture, it was snowing when I arrived at Couch's. I had the mountains of West Virginia to drive through to get back home. Couch's service techs were outstanding making sure my new hitch was setup properly, so my trip home would be safe. I cannot thank them enough. I have had my new RV only weeks, so I have not had any service related issues yet. I can speak from experience from my last RV however. I had no problems getting it serviced locally. I never had to drive back to Ohio for service. As a repeat customer, I am very happy doing business with Couch's RV Nation. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new RV. read more

Couch's RV Nation - RV pick-up while it's snowing! - RV Dealers Near Me - Trenton, Ohio

I commend Jeff Couch's RV Nation for having the best price I found on my new 5th wheel and my salesman was top notch and attentive throughout the purchasing process. Financing department tried to convince me I was approved at 8.99%, gave me the old, "I will call that nasty mean old bank and get them to take another look!!!" speech after I refused. Called me back congratulating himself for getting me down to 7.99%. I called Bank of the West directly and they told me I had been approved at 4.99%. Delivery is handled by contract drivers and the driver who accepted my trailer for delivery decided to stay down in Florida for other local jobs instead of picking mine up on time...not the dealerships fault. What is their fault is seeing it sitting on the lot for 4 days after it was supposed to be picked up and not calling the driver or hiring another one. Delivery manager, Gary, tells me, "The driver accepted the load, you have to talk to him." I asked if the dealership took any responsibility for my trailer not being shipped out on time twice, both times he said they felt no responsibility for the driver being late. Driver arrives with my trailer rated at 21,000 lbs with a truck that cannot legally tow it due to GVWR, was extremely overloaded on payload. Had there been an accident, no insurance would have paid out. The dealership should ensure the drivers are using the proper vehicles sized to the trailers before they leave the lot. What sold me on buying this trailer was the dealer installed solar/inverter system. Due to travel restrictions and so forth, I relied on a video to show me the equipment...nothing in-depth, but the brand names looked right and one assumes the dealership knows what they are doing. Do not get anything from Couch's with a solar system they installed!!! Save your money and hire an installer to do it the right way. They wire it so the additional batteries can ONLY be charged by solar...not by shore or generator. They then wire a single phase inverter/charger/transfer switch through an external transfer switch to power both of the 50-amp legs in a manner that feeds back into itself so they wired in a breaker box. In order to use the inverter, you must remove shore or generator power, go into the bay and flip on the inverter, then flip on the breaker. Because the inverter receives no incoming power from any source it cannot perform its function as a battery charger or transfer switch or operate as an emergency backup if I lose shore/generator power until I manually engage it. In an attempt to correct this situation I explained what I expected the system to do versus what I received and requested to return the inverter for an exchange or refund for the parts I needed. Salesman told me I would need the owner, Jeff Couchs, approval. Today, 12 August, 2020, we arrange the call and, assuming he has been briefed on what I am calling about, he immediately is very rushed and interrupting asking questions, then not letting me get more than 3-4 words out before interrupting again and again before telling me to say what I want because he is a very busy man. As I attempt to speak again he jumps back in and into a tirade of F-bombs and curses, raving uncontrollably before ending with, "You bought it, its your F-ing trailer" and hangs up. Five minutes later he calls back from his service department and starts barking about what is it I think the system should do and again, as I am trying to explain he loses it again and threatens to hang up. I am literally dumbfounded at this point as he then says he will talk to his guys about what equipment I need, "Do you want me to do that and get you a price?" Told him sure thing and we hang up. Later, he calls back and apologizes, then suggests we start over and have a conversation and talk to each other like adults. To be clear, I called intending to offer a suggested course of action to see if it was possible and never got more than 4 words out of my mouth in the first conversation and then couldn't say much the second time either...never raising my voice or resorting to name calling. He allowed me to actually explain why I called, what issues I was having, and was only calling to ask if it was possible to return the inverter to him for a refund or exchange for the proper inverters I needed since they have the receipts and know where they bought it from...that was it! I even explained my intentions the day before with my salesman, I had no reason to call up in anger. My reason for writing this review all comes down to Jeff Couch and his inability to control himself. It was unwarranted, unprofessional, and completely out of line before I ever had a chance to finish one sentence. As I said, you will get the best price around most likely, but beware the finance/shipping departments and be prepared to hear some F-bombs and other choice words should you ever have to speak with the owner. I called RV Nation looking for a geo-pro. I was connect to Brannon. He clearly explained he only sold R-pods. He kept texting and calling me to sell me a travel trailer. I replied to his text letting him know we desided go with a geo-pro, since that's what I was looking for when I originally called him. He responded with a rude and unprefessional comment and of course I wasn't going to let it go! He's a smart ass and needs to find a new job! Needles go say, I would never buy anything based off the sales manager response. If the owner wants to text me also I can pass along his rude comments they're more then welcomed, Let me know!
