Holman RV does not schedule repairs or service like other companies. My RV sat in their lot with the front blinds open for 15 days before they would even look at it. I called, I texted, and finally hand delivered a written letter to the general service manager. He never called, emailed or texted to address my concerns. In the end....they found a broken fan blade in my air conditioner and I paid $785.94 to have it replaced. According to AI... Coleman replacement condenser fan blades (like the 6733‑3221) retail for about $30-$40. Labor for rooftop RV A/C work typically adds $75-$250, depending on access difficulty (RV rooftops often push labor toward the higher end). My opinion is that Holman's way of doing business is frustrating for the customer. If I have an appointment for an agreed upon day...my rv should not sit for 15 days in a parking lot waiting...waiting...waiting.....If I have to hand deliver a letter to the general service manager to get action...why would I ever come back as a customer again. The lack of follow up by the general service manager is unfortunate. Find another dealership...and save yourself time and frustration. read more

MAJOR WARNING regarding Holman Motors located in Batavia, Ohio. I bought my previous Ram 1500 from here as well as my current vehicle, a 2018 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali. I absolutely loved my sales guy, Eddie, and I have only positive things to say about him and the sales side. I am incredibly bummed that I have to find a new salesperson because of this. However, after the recent service experience that I've had, I WILL NEVER do business at Holman's in any capacity EVER AGAIN. Their final words to me were, "I've run it up the chain of command, and their suggestion is to take your future business elsewhere." In November, my truck was just at 100,000 miles, and a "pigtail" / fuel injector harness went bad. I've always trusted Holman's mechanics fully to advise me, as this is not my area of expertise. The service advisor and their manager, that I was working with, tried to convince me to spend $6,000 or $8,000 to replace all of the fuel injectors and wiring harnesses / pigtails. I did a lot of research and talked to a ton of people, who ALL said that this does not sound right. I advised Holmans to repair the single pigtail / wiring harness and to retest fuel injector #5 after replacement, which they told me was bad and testing out of spec. After speaking to a trusted friend and mechanic, I advised Holmans to replace the 1 pigtail and that I would pick my truck up. I picked my truck up, and it sat in my driveway for a week and a half because I was afraid to drive it. I reached back out to my trusted mechanic friend who advised me to bring it to his shop in Goshen. An employee of his was very through in documenting the work that Holman performed, and that I paid $700 to have completed. IT LOOKED LIKE A BACK YARD MECHANIC HAD COMPELTED THESE REPAIRS FOR $100 OR SOMETHING. Furthermore, the repairs completed left a fried area of the pigtail that they didn't even cut back far enough and replace. Go ahead, take a look at the pictures and what I paid $700 for. It's abysmal! I called the Service Manager, Chris, and explained the situation. By the time he called me back, my step father had just passed away and I was not in the right mind to deal with it. He also told me, "I'm so sorry. Take as much time as you need and get back to me." Roughly a month or so later, I found some extra time in my schedule and walked into the Holman Service department and asked for Chris. He was busy, so I waited for him to free up. Chris stated that I "ghosted" them and refused to address any of the issues. I ended up having to get a little shitty with him, because he thought he could just talked down to me and blame this problem on me! I stood on the fact that they lied to me in a deceiving attempt to do massive and unnecessary repairs. He stood on the fact that I didn't bring the truck back to them to be fixed.... HOW COULD I DO THAT WHEN THEY MISLEAD ME AND I NO LONGER TRUSTED THEM to complete this repair?! I wanted to talk through this and get it resolved. Again, I tried to call Chris a couple of times but never got an answer. This morning I called in and the person who answered the phone transferred me to a Monica. I explained a brief synopsis of the issues and asked if they could over several free oil changes to remedy the issue. It seemed like a logical solution. I'd never had issues with them changing my oil, other than leaving it a mess and it getting all over my driveway every time afterwards. I explained to Monica that I live my sales guy there and prefer to do business at the dealerships close to my housese. I stated rhat i was open to shopping around other dealerships, but I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix their mistake before i did thag or wrote any reviews. Monica said again that she would "take this information and run it up the chain," and that, "it would probably take several hours to get a solution." In approximately 30 minutes, they reveled their true colors. If their mechanics do shoddy work, they don't stand behind it and blame it on the customer. read more

We were pleasantly impressed by no uncomfortable pressure and a clear bottom line price. We drove from out of state to purchase and had an informative and prepared salesman, had an informative walkthrough, a lesson on the new hitch and then a well prepared financial person to sign the final paperwork. BUYER BEWARE! They don't care about your safety! After going through posted reviews here, its obvious they aren't concerned about anything but glowing reviews since they never respond to any that aren't. Having said that I will make sure to get the attn of as many people as possible by also publishing this review on the BBB site and YELP. I bought the camper around the first of Nov 2023. I waited this long to make sure I had everything covered on the problems. Before I could pick up my camper, they had to do a safety check and check everything. Don't think they have any idea what that actually involves and not even convinced they did it despite asking for a third day to, in the service managers words, "I want to check it over good without being rushed." When I went to pick it up, first thing I checked was to see if they filled the propane tanks. They were both at half and the regulator was leaking and reeked of propane. Not impressed. They replaced the regulator assembly but wouldn't replace it with the same type with the gauges in it and didn't even offer to let me pay the difference in price between them to have gauges. Since the tanks were empty when I looked at the camper, I wasn't able to check working order of anything. Once I got back home and started checking things, found the fridge not working on propane. Had to make another trip back there, (90 miles) which they did fix and informed me they performed a propane system pressure test which told me they hadn't done that before I picked it up the first time as they would have found the leaking regulator. Once the tanks were empty, I went to have them filled only to find out they were both outdated tanks that needed recertified before filling. Obviously, the dealer wasn't concerned about this detail when their team filled them at the dealership. Last I knew there was a law keeping dealers from filling outdated tanks. Once I started using water from the reservoir, I noticed the pump running excessively which was due to a bad relief valve in the hot water heater. A couple weeks ago I decided to pull the underbelly cover down to insulate better as the water lines were freezing up before it got to 20 degrees, (so much for 4 season, not their fault). While doing this I noticed the most important safety problem the "safety check" missed. The weld on the right rear spring hanger to frame weld was broke which could be dangerous and cause an accident if it were to pull loose the rest of the way while traveling down the road. Fortunately, I found the issue before I start traveling in the spring. Lastly, I was installing the load leveling bars and had to move the propane tank holder to install at which point I noticed the screws used had small heads that were almost to pull through which could have allowed the propane tanks to fall off the front while traveling which would be a disaster and dangerous. Great experience after we switched salesmen... Campers are flying off the shelf recently so it's easy to expect longer wait times from the manufacturer. We were quoted 6-8 weeks in mid-August so we went ahead and put ourselves down on a "list" for the next incoming camper of the brand we wanted. This is where Holman got a little shaky and didn't communicate with us. We made phone calls a few times to make sure we were good to go but our salesman wouldn't respond. After sending a stern email, we were contacted by someone else who ultimately helped us the rest of the way. Holman apologized and took good care of us afterwards. They comped a few hitch installation costs for us which really saved us money! Very glad they made right on their wrong. We've done extensive research and feel we got a great price on our trailer. They thoroughly went over the entire camper to make sure everything was working and gave us an in-depth tutorial on how to operate everything. Thankful we stuck it out with Holman. read more

We went in to see him the next day and he was a pleasure to work with and so helpful. I dropped my RV off the next day and picked it up the next morning with six new tires. I have always been a Holman's fan. For the most part good service. Residential Refrigerator would not cool but they said it was ok and charged me a modest $120. Got a refrigerator guy in and $800 later it works perfectly. Fortunately my warranty covered all but $100. Had my roof washed and calked and UV protection. When I got my rig back it was filthy on all sides. We had to get a team of neighbors to help clean it for 4 hours. Everyone agrees it needs to be washed again. Holman's response - sorry your not happy. I don't know - I guess when your making money you really don't care about quality of work. I'm done with Holman's. read more

We had problems with our new RV camper that we had just purchased at another dealership in Kentucky. We had took it to the dealership where we had purchased it. Our RV was under warranty for minor items trim lights on the outside of the camper .We waited over a month and a half to get our camper back. At this point we explained we where coming to get our camper back. They did fix the lights for us We called Holmans about issues with our refrigerator. They assured us that they would have it done in two weeks .They would call when we could come and pick it up. They called to update us on the work . Yes it was less than tow weeks.. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered any questions that we asked . The ladies at the front are helpful and reassuring that it was ready . This Our first experience at Holman's . wwill be bringing our camper here for any maintenance work or work and we are planning on upgrading in the next three years for a bigger one read more

I purchased a used car from Holman Motors last December. My sales persons name was Bill. Bill assured me that the vehicle I was interested in was a good, solid and reliable car. A week later I took the car back to be looked at by the mechanics at Holman because it was making a horrible high pitch noise and seemed to be losing power. They kept my car for a week and couldn't find anything wrong with it. Two weeks later , I was able to start my car but it would not run. The car they sold me had a blown transmission. I again contacted the dealership and was told that I purchased the car "as is." I paid 4K for this used vehicle and now have put over 3 K into it. I got totally screwed and would never recommend this dealership to anyone! read more

On March 20th, 2021 I purchased a 2015 toy hauler travel trailer, my salesman was Craig Ochabot. I noticed many things that needed attention; liquid on the floor indicating a slide out leak, broken hand rail on the rear door, exterior places needing attention with caulk and the power bed in the rear needed adjustment. I picked the camper up and the walk through crew assured me all was fixed. There's were evident signs of caulking but two of the vents were cracked and just caulked over. On March 27 I took my first trip and it was a rainy weekend. The fluid was on the floor when I opened the slide out, two off the three vents we leaking and the power bed was still jumpy. I texted Craig at 1030 and we exchanged in excess of 20 text and pictures regarding the issues. His response was "when can you get it here for us to fix those issues?" I told him I would as soon as I get back in town. On March 29 and 30 we exchanged several more text and he was suppose to call me back with instructions on when to drop it off. I hadn't heard from him by April 6 so I texted again and received no reply. I then made multiple calls and left multiple messages for Mr. Ochabot over the next 2 weeks again with no reply. The last week I called the office and asked for the sales manager, Ron Cramling answered. I explained the situation and Mr. Cramling apologized and stated he would get the issues fixed right away. Within an hr I received a call from Hayden Bailey, the RV service manager he instructed me to drop off my unit the upcoming Monday and it would be repaired. I dropped the United off and meet with Mr. Bailey. He assured me everything would be fixed but it may take 2 wks. At approximately 2wks I received a call the unit was done. Upon inspection all of my concerns had been corrected. Mr. Cramling and Mr. Bailey are men of their word and an excellent representation of Holman motors. If my rating were on them alone I would have given 5 stars. That being said, Chad Ochabot is not a man of his word. He made all kinds of promises of being there after the sale and making sure I was happy with my purchase. If I had to make a rating based solely on my salesman, craig Ochabot, I would have given zero stars. In closing I would say use Holman motors god your vehicle purchases. The management cares about follow through and doing what's right. If you happen to get Craig Ochabot as your sales representative immediately ask got someone else! read more

In today's world, customer service is usually a thing of the past. Not at Holman motors. From our sales professional, Mackenzie, through service, and the body shop! Just crazy good. This lady will always call you back and get things done. The body shop manager and service manager are the same way. You can actually get people on the telephone. They know who you are they know what you need, and they know how to help. Even their title department had our title to us in 10 days. I looked at fifth wheels across the US and Canada for months before finding Holman RV. I found a fifth wheel I wanted and negotiated for weeks to get the price down. At the end of the day, Holman's fifth wheel listed price was by far the cheapest. Such a good deal that I drove all the way to Ohio from San Diego. Yes...that's a long drive. And the best part about it is that they were so honest and upfront about the condition on the used RV that I felt very comfortable with the transaction without ever even seeing the RV in person. Not only were their prices the best, but after stepping on about 10 different RV lots I can say with confidence that Holman RV had the best customer service...by far. Eddie Holmberg was exceptional. From the very first phone call until several weeks AFTER I purchased my RV, Eddie Holmberg exceeded my expectations. Let me be clear - I bought the cheapest RV on the lot. Absolutely do not deal with this place. I wasted over a week trying to purchase an Rv. I live out of state and they offered delivery. I got the price for my trade, the camper, and the delivery. After not returning phone calls, I finally spoke with the salesperson again "Mark" and he told me they could not take a trade from out of state. They knew all of this information up front and still wasted my time. Go with a dealership that actually returns calls and sticks to their word. I checked in my 2008 Fleetwood Bounder 38v Diesel Pusher in for repairs. I had a list of numerous repairs. Two repairs which are not going well. 1) My two air brake tank gauges were going from 0-150 psig over a 500 mile trip from Upstate NY to Cincinnati. I explained that the brakes were getting the proper air press but there is a short or ground on the gauges. 2) I was given an estimate by email and voicemail for $1300 to replace the freon hoses from the chasis a/c compressor to the air conditioning condenser. I replied that I approved of the $1300 replacement of the freon hoses. In the evening around 5pm I received a call that the air conditioning condenser connections were heated and damaged by overheating them with a torch. Also that he misquoted the freon hoses replacement and that now the cost for parts and labor would be $4500. 3) I go to Holmans Motors/RVs to find all my hoses and air conditioning condenser lying in a heap on the garage floor with the mounting bolts missing for the air conditioning condenser. 4) Holmans admits to overheating the aluminium threads on the air conditioning condenser in the write up of the job status paperwork. Instead of cutting off the old freon lines as they did on the other connections to the air conditioning compressor they overheated the two connections until the aluminium threads were melted releasing the hose connections but ruining the good air conditioning condenser. That's when Holmans gave me the new estimate of $4500. 5) No they want me to pay $4500 or walk away with my parts as a pile of debris from their inexperienced mechanics. 6) I working with BBB to resolve this. Do not darken their doors. They will do anything possible to cover up their bad work practices. read more

UPDATE #3 Bought a used vehicle 6/17 have had to sign the paperwork now "3" times. They called back end of June and wanted me to come back for the "3rd" time as they said the bank would not accept it. I said no. I told the finance person Bill you screwed all this up with county wrong twice, totals wrong twice and being charged for warranty i told him I did not want. So I said no I will not come back down. He faxed me the paperwork by fedx and told me to take from driver sign immediately and give back to driver. I said no i am going to read it sign it if it is correct and then take to drop box. Called them 7/11 about no paperwork on tag transfer or memorandum title. Salesman will not respond to any email and neither will finance man Bill. So I called and asked for owner. Got an Eric. He could not get off the phone fast enough when i told him of the problems i had had. Said we have your phone number we will call in a week and hung up. Later a Lisa called. She said she does the title work. Went over the paperwork and had to once again correct things that Bill the finance man screwed up. She said that she had to go to the "controller" many times on the things he is dong wrong. There is no customer service after the sale and very little during the sale. I am giving Holman RV 2 stars only because we did get a good purchase price on our RV compared to MSRP. Our salesperson, Craig, was as helpful as a check-out clerk (nothing against check out clerks!). My fiance worked out a deal over the phone, I completed the credit application online prior to arrival. We have a text from Craig stating if we arrived by a certain time we would be able to take our camper home the same day. We arrived 15 minutes before the time stated... the salesman did greet us, then told us where on the lot the camper was parked, we had to find it and tour it alone. Mind you, this was our FIRST camper purchase. We returned to the showroom, waited another 30 minutes (90 minutes at this point), then were told (as if we were being ridiculous!) that there was NO WAY the camper would be ready today because of the work needed on my car (electronics and hitch). This would be understandable IF we did not have texts between my fiance and Craig letting him know what needed to be done to my vehicle - yet, over text he stated we would be able to drive out with it today. I do not think this was ever a true statement. I understand that the work done to my vehicle would take time - then salespeople need to be straightforward with potential customers about this and not make false promises. Mr. Holman ended up getting involved, I am guessing to try to save the sale. I was even more disappointed with him than Craig. When he came to speak with us he did not know what we had been promised (or behaved as though he did not) and WALKED AWAY from us with no answer or resolution for how we would get the camper or work done to my vehicle. They ended up giving me a loaner for the night and next day while working on my car, and delivering the camper to my home using my vehicle. For the first time in my life, after a major purchase, I received NO follow-up either via telephone or email. Very disappointed. When i am ready to purchase a truck/SUV in the next year or two, I will not consider Holman. read more

It is hard for me to provide such a low rating, but being yanked around by the staff there left us in tears and angry. I've given a little time between the events and this review so as not to be rash. We had done research on RVs and prices and talked to a few places. We visited Holman once and they let us explore inventory and ask a lot of questions without pressure. At that time, we asked about some different models and were given prices. The one we were most interested in was on the lot but all present models had been sold and we would have to wait for more to arrive later in the month. We understood that and said we would talk about things. We did more thinking and research and ended-up back at Holman the next evening. We even looked at buying a truck from them, too. When we went in to finalize things and talk prices, we were greeted by our previous salesman. Things were busy, but they were helpful. He sat us down and began talking about what we wanted. When we explained that we were fine to wait the 2-3 weeks for the models to come back into stock, he quipped that they had just gotten a new one in that day and it was already sold. We were surprised since we had been told the day before that all 3 on the lot were sold and no more would be in for 2-3 weeks, but things happen. When the salesman left to see about some options, he came back and told us that the one that had been sold today (the unexpected one) was the last one that would sell for the price we had been quoted and the ones coming at the end of the month would be $1,000+ more expensive. The sales manager had decided to charge more for them because they were a new model year. This was after we had been told twice that the ones coming in a few weeks were the exact model and price. The salesman went to ask his sales manager who came to the floor to talk with us and he was dismissive and rude to both us and the salesman. He refused to honor anything his salesman had said and wouldn't even let us get our explanation or questions out. With the writing on the wall, we walked away. I have never been treated more unprofessionally by any sales group and now we will neither buy the camper nor any of the trucks we looked at. I would rather write a positive review for a locally owned business like this, but here I am. Do not trust them - even if you have it in writing. They may be perfectly fine individuals, but lack integrity as business people and professionals. read more

Holman Motors used unfair, deceptive and unconscionable practices to sell me a vehicle. When I went to check this car out, the salespeople at Holman assured me that it was in good condition. The maintenance light was on, but they told me that it was an easy fix. We agreed (in writing) that I would purchase the car at full price on the condition that their mechanics take care of the issues. I left it over the weekend to be repaired and picked up the car on the following Tuesday. Everything seemed fine. The next day, the car wouldn't start. I gave it a jump start, but the maintenance light came back on. I called Holman and explained what was going on. They told me that it wasn't their problem anymore. Three weeks later, the car sputters at around 20mph and has a hard time getting up to speed. And this morning, I went to start it and the battery was dead again. I did not leave any lights on. I might need to get a new battery; hopefully I don't have to get the transmission replaced as well. Holman Motors grossly misrepresented the condition of the car that they sold me. The car has given me nothing but trouble. If I had known what I was getting myself into, I would have taken my business elsewhere. read more

Bought a new key stone hideaway in may 2022. Used it 3 times. On the last weekend we used it, the bench seat cracked and is falling apart. We noticed water on the floor realized it was from the air conditioner in the wall. The condensation wasn't draining outside but was running between the inner wall. Were not sure if there is any damage or mold. We took it to Holman for service on July 8. Now every time we call, we get sent to a voice mail and no-one calls back. We also had issues with the walk through after we purchased it. The wall next to the eating area was buckled. They put a few staples in it and used whatever tape they had on hand for the seam I'm really sorry I didn't buy something elsewhere. I feel like they took my money and don't care. It is August 4 and we still don't gave our camper. We have cancelled several weekends because we don't have a camper. DO NOT USE HOLMAN!!!! read more

I am in the market for an RV so a friend recommended Holman RV. I jumped on the website this morning to look at the inventory and a virtual assistant came on and stated the sales people were not in but someone would contact me during business hours. Then about an hour later i received an email stating someone would contact me during business hours. I had not heard from anyone at 2PM and i was off work early so i decided to go to Holman RV sales so i arrived at 2:55PM i went through what i thought was all the used RVs and no sales person came out so i went into what i thought was the car sales and RV sales are. When i walked in the main double doors one sales person was with a couple, one was on a phone call discussing a camper issue and two others were on their cell phones. I stood there for a moment and then walked back out the doors and walked around and went in where the very large (Nice) truck is on showcase and still the two guys were on their cell phones so i walked through the area and figured i was at the wrong building. I went outside and walked to the the Holman RV building and the lady stated that that was not the sales building and she pointed to where i just came from. I explained to her what just happened over there and she stated she would call over. I went back out to the campers and looked around another 10 min or so and finally i left there at 3:40 and not one person ever acknowledged i was there except for the young lady that was in the repair building!! Go in for a trade. No one approached me. I had to find a salesman. Then Once they appraised by trade in and gave me what I'd be paying for a new vehicle the price was $5,000 over the sticker price on the car. They stated it's a "sellers" market And all vehicles are over priced and everyone is paying the extra money. I said well I'm not paying extra its listed for $5k less. We did not work out a deal and I wont ever buy a vehicle from them. When it's a buyers market I'll remember who was taking advantage of the people. They also cost them selves around $200,000 worth of extra business because my buddy who runs his own company came with me to see how the service was and he won't be buying his new trucks from them. I purchased a Forest River travel trailer from Holman Motors as an out of state buyer. Art in sales was fantastic to work with, very easy and seamless transaction at a competitive price. Due to weather conditions and time of year of the purchase, Holman held my camper over a month without issue. I was treated excellent and Holman GMC was able to get my tow vehicle in for an oil change will I did my orientation on the camper. I couldn't be more happy with how Holman treated me throughout the entire process and I will look to Holman the next time I need to buy a travel trailer. read more

I took my horse trailer with living quarters into Holman Motors for winterizing and repair of a few things in the living quarters area. My service advisor was Jim. I explained to him the 5 things I needed to be checked and repaired/serviced in addition to the items covered in the winterization special. He handed me papers to initial and sign without explaining each section. He said he was going to give me a copy. I admit I should have read all the smaller print but I didn't. In looking at the copy of papers he gave me, no estimate cost was listed nor my initials. Jim did not discuss any estimate total for the work I asked to be done. He said he would call me with an estimate once the service technician looked at my trailer. He DID NOT explain that each of the 5 items would have a diagnostic charge applied if I chose not to have the repair/service completed after being given an estimate of the cost to complete it. Approximately a week and a half later, I received a call from Jim informing me of an estimate to complete each repair/service I requested and due to the very high estimate costs, I declined all but replacing the window frame on the front window in the gooseneck area (it had separated from the wall due to short screws). This repair was quoted at $169 and the winterizing special was $249. Jim again did not explain that I would still be charged diagnostic fees for the services/repairs I declined. Several days later, I called to see if my trailer was done, and was told that they do all their winterizing jobs first before repairs so it was not ready and he didn't know when it would be done. I asked him for the total I owed and he told me $693! When I questioned how that was figured, he said that included all the diagnostic fees and he had explained each when I brought the trailer in. HE DID NOT! He claims he did and that I initialed that he did. (I should have read the small print). I told him not to repair the window and that I'd come in to get my trailer. Upon arrival, I was told by the cashier that the total due was $693. I asked how that can be when I declined having the window repaired costing $169, and that amount should be taken off the $693 Jim quoted me earlier that day. I was directed to go talk to Jim, and he said that the $693 was the total due as of my call, which didn't include the cost of repairing the window. So the $693 was the winterizing of $249 and the remainder of $444 was for DIAGNOSTIC FEES!!!! I asked him exactly what terminology a person has to use to find out the total amount I owed and he said that he couldn't have given me the total exactly as until the repair was done, he wouldn't know exactly how much labor and materials were actually needed. I asked for a copy of the paper that he wrote down what each job was to cost, and he would not give it to me as he said the prices would not be the same due to price increases at the end of the year. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HOLMAN MOTORS EVEN THOUGH THE COST OF THE WINTERIZATION SPECIAL INCLUDED SPRING DE-WINTERIZATION. They are not transparent in their estimates nor pricing and Jim was dishonest. Wish I had looked at reviews on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau before I went to Holman Motors. read more

Drove 2 hrs away from southern KY and got terrible sales service. They had very few travel trailers to choose from. Was told that the most popular units had all been sold. We told the sales guy we was interested in a couple we had seen online and he told us that he would find out when he would be receiving them back on the lot. We waited 45 mins for the sales representative to return back to the lot. We then decided he wasn't coming back. The lot was very confusing as to know which trailer was for sale or a costumers RV because they had them all mixed in together. No organization what so ever. Very disappointed with this rv lot. Would not recommend anyone going there. read more

They have great prices on their RVs so it is so tempting to shop here, but believe me they will flat lie to you.. if you do buy something here, make sure you check everything for yourself so you don't end up being lied to about things not working then once you get your RV you realize that the parts they told you were on it were taken off as other parts are not working at all. I made the mistake of trusting them to have my RV delivered out of state.. don't do it!! Then I was called ignorant by the sales lady because I had told her to stop contacting me when she was harassing me over her lies. read more

I do a lot of business with Holman. Just bought a new travel trailer from you about a month ago. Also have 2 GMC products that you have serviced in the past the problem I recently had has really changed my mind in your service though. I was about to go camping with my wife and she brought the GMC Yukon in for service cell. We had a spare tire replaced and service on the axles completed since I thought they needed it but no indication of an issue. The service was to include checking and drain and replace the fluid. We then received our car and the next day left for our trip to PA. After about 70 miles theYukon was making noise and smelling terrible. We stayed overnight at the gas station and went to a nearby dealer the next day and the rearmed it garbage now based on what they said it had to the service and fluid used to make this happen. They redid the service ce but said the entire rear end needs replaced. I called and talked to Jim at your office and he said the right fluid was used and that was it. Nothing else and I am a very disappointed long time customer now. Update is Holman called me and made things right based on a customer survey I completed so a good outcome when you let your voice be heard. Greg Press read more
