Seth decided we needed a new well pump without ever actually visiting our well. He installed it, then forgot to seal the well. We had three months of chlorination treatments that never worked (of course!). Finally we hired a qualified company. First thing they said - did you know your well isn't sealed. Repaired a well issue for us about a year ago. We then discovered water in basement, low water pressure, new tank spewing water. Called them, got recording to call another # if after hours, so we did. Were told he would come "sometime next morning, but was out to dinner, shut the water off." (What choice did we have?! He came next day, replaced tank in 15 min or so, informed me it was under warranty (great!) A ot 2-3 mos later, received bill for $195 for "minimum service call in service area"--their address is less than half mile from my house. My husband called, was told, "This is how we do it, & besides, I was out to dinner with my wife when you called me!" Now, 2 weeks later we received a second bill with a late fee, $16.86, saying 1.5 % interest after 30 days (again, we weren't BILLED until over 2 months after the work!! High recommendation! Fast service in same day, had the parts needed to replace our well pump and courteous!

Our original well started to bring up sand which blocked up our whole house's plumbing. They took care of getting the permit and calling the electric company to move a line that would be in the way of the drilling machine. After having to wait a few days for rain to stop, all was . in 2 days. All of the men were friendly and didn't seem to mind all my idiotic questions. Seth drilled a well for me without my knowledge. I called and left messages but he refused to call me back to tell me when he was going to be there. Then there were charges on my bill that we never talked about. This guys people/business skills suck! I'm giving him a "Poor" rating because he ruined the experience for me. I wanted to see my well being drilled but he intentionally avoided me. I will NOT use him again!! Buyer Beware!! read more
