Didn't even make it inside ! Horrible customer service ! I guess if your not in there circle of friends they disregard you ! Upon arrival and entering store was immediately told to wait outside with no hello how are you or any greeting all while there was only one customer in the store along with the worker ! There site says one to two people !? More like only one person allowed inside at a time ! First impressions are everything, if you treat your customers like my family and I was treated well I then feel like your company doesn't like making money. This was my first time visiting Counter Strike firearms, primarily based on their Yelp reviews and by looking at their Facebook page. My wife and I went to Counter Strike firearms to check out a firearm for my wife, a first time buyer, and to consider one for myself, too. Their reviews suggested she would receive great advice and exceptional service. That was not the case. An employee had us wait outside so a customer inside the store could enjoy his social distancing. I thought that was odd but I respected his wishes. He offered to answer some questions and it all went down hill from there: no selection of hand guns aside from something like a Walther P22 and we would not be allowed to "handle" any of firearms because some people are freaky about catching the Corona Virus. Low on ammo, too, he then rattled off what he was out of - all the regular stuff - and he said all the firearm dealers get their merchandise from the same distributor and that we would be lucky if we were able to find a gun anywhere and even luckier if we found the ammo to go with it. My opinion: he pre-qualified us based on our appearances and gave up lame excuses to avoid our entering his store. It happens. We headed off to another store and bought the perfect-for-her firearm and a big box of ammo to go with it... something he said he was out of. While there, we engaged in conversation with another customer who said he had gone to Counter Strike Firearms and described the owner as "a jerk." Maybe he is maybe he isn't. Not my call. The service at the competition was exceptional, including the advice they provided to my wife about choosing the right fit. I will do business at that store from here out. They're going to make a lot of money off of me and my veteran friends. No hard feelings, Counter Strike firearms, no hard feelings. Maybe you were just having a bad day or overwhelmed with the rush for people to exercise their 2nd Amendment rights. Good luck. read more

Did a PPT late afternoon yesterday, actually a trade to another person. Diane was the person who did both transfers, she did them quickly with no problem. This is one of the best PPT I have ever experienced and I have done many over the years. I would strongly recommend using this FFL for all your firearms needs in the Hemet area. It was nice to have a store care about doing a PPT a lot of FFL's feel they are not making enough money and do not really care about dong them. Thank goodness there was a giant advertisement in the parking lot (Truck), or I would've passed right by this place. little did I know there was a firearms dealer in Hemet, as I had purchased other firearms down in San Diego. After walking in, looking around and talking to the well educated staff, I saw a rifle that I wanted. After a quick phone call while sitting in my car outside in the parking lot, I hung up my phone walked right back in and purchased a rifle that I couldn't pass up on. Much cheaper than I've seen a few other stores, to include rifles on local military bases, so I went for it. In addition to the rifle, I picked up other accessories for my other guns and left a very satisfied customer. The purchase process was very easy and fast, no issues at all. Can't wait to pick up my new addition, and continue to shop at this location. With tax season coming up, its good to know that I have a new place to spend some hard earned money. read more
