I really liked the owner who I thought came across as honest, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Also, the pricing was fair, the selection and quality of granite was impressive and they were very easy to communicate with. We put down a deposit and things got rolling quickly. The counters went down beautifully but there was some question about whether or not they'd be able to get all of the backsplashes done with the amount of material we had in our slabs. Ultimately, they made it happen without any drama or delay which was really appreciated. I also want to mention how impressed I was with their trustworthiness. They basically had complete access to our house for three days as well as the codes to get in and they didn't abuse the trust we placed in them whatsoever. The place was in exactly the same shape it was when we returned, with the exception of the fantastic granite they installed! All in all, great experience. Five stars.

He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

We were promised, on several occasions, C-Tek (Made in Italy) sinks for both bathrooms and kitchen but received (Made in China) inferior product. When we questioned the changed the manager insisted that it was the same quality and started referring to the discounts we received on the granite tops. During all our meetings the manager kept talking about how C-Tek was the best quality made products. Now that we found out they installed something else, it's now the same quality as the Made in China product. The kitchen sink surface is awful and we requested that their distributor contact us. Were still waiting! Also, when they measured for the kitchen counter tops the estimator included 2 seams indicating that is was a requirement. After complaining they agree to eliminate the seams. The piece was so small it did not require any seams but they try to save more granite for themselves. In summary they do not deliver what was promised and then try to cut corners by adding more seams in the granite counter tops.

Now I can not fit my stove into the space that should be a standard 30". I contacted the company to send someone out to correct it and I was told that I would have to pay an additional $250 service call, plus "whatever they would charge for the grinding." It is shocking that they will not correct it without charging me this outrageous amount to fix their mistake! Kelly Stone clearly does not care about the quality of their work or their customers. I will never use or refer them again.

At times I felt the communication could have been better as we had a small issue which was quickly resolved after the installer suggested an excellent fit. Alfredo was involved from beginning to end to ensure we have were satisfied customers. He was absolutely excellent and professional from beginning to end. Customers are most satisfied when something small and unexpected happens and the issue is resolved quickly with patience and professionalism. They scheduled me quickly for installation the following week -- and that's where the problems began. On the day of my scheduled install, no one showed up. I called and texted the office multiple times and got no response. Hours later, I finally received a text telling me to "check my email." The email -- sent the night before at almost midnight -- claimed they couldn't come because "some guys had family issues." No phone call, no proper notice, and no courtesy to notify my contractor who was already at my home waiting. They rescheduled for the next day. Again -- no show. No calls, no texts answered, nothing. Then I received photos of a "work truck accident" as an explanation for the delay. After looking into it, the picture they sent me was from February 2024 -- not from that day. They passed off an old photo in an attempt to excuse another no-show. Completely dishonest and unacceptable. They rescheduled yet again for 8:30 AM the following morning. And guess what? No show -- a THIRD TIME. I had already paid 75% upfront, so at this point I honestly thought they were scamming me. They only communicate by text, and every response took forever -- extremely unprofessional for a business handling thousands of dollars in customer projects. After requesting to speak with Amber the manager (who never called me back), a technician suddenly called me (only phone ever received from that company) that he was "on the way." He arrived over two hours late. The countertop itself came out decent, but the chaos surrounding this install cost me $300 in contractor standby fees due to their repeated no-shows and lack of communication. I had additional projects I planned to do with them, but they will never get my business again.
