If you want to feel like a needle in a hay stack - work with them. I had a very tricky situation and needed quotes. In 30 days, I had to expedite them numerous times and still did not receive a quote until the last day. The 1 quote exceeded premium terms. Oddly enough, I had another small agency request quotes for me and in 2 days time, they came back to me with 3 quotes that were 60% lower than what HUB gave me. Unbelievable.
