I noticed this place when I went to the taco store next door (unfortunately the taco place is closed now...), then I read some good reviews about Butler, decided to give it a try, and now very happy with the cleaning result. I met two different gentlemen when I dropped off and picked up. It's a nice little family business. Both of them are friendly. I had no issue using the first timer coupon. It's reasonably priced as well; my coat was about $21-22 pre applying the first timer coupon. I will definitely come back and recommend to others!

They're are a such sweet couple and have fantastic customer service!! They tried to find a button for my jacket, steamed my dress shirt one day for me in 10 minutes bc I don't like any wrinkles when I go to work:) I also have a very busy life and sometimes forget things, they remind me so kindly. They work so hard and take pride in their business, and have fantastic prices. They are clean and get all my food stains (from work like ketchup coffee etc.) out of my clothes. I recommended this place for all laundry drop off and dry cleaning needs. Thank you two so much!! (When I say all stains what I mean is: I try and get stains out at work when it happens, this couple does their best but don't expect a set in stain to come completely out and it look like a new article or clothing people! Extremely disappointing treatment of a 15+ year customer I…read morehave been a loyal customer of Le French Cleaners for over 15 years, sending in many items every week, but unfortunately, my recent experience has completely destroyed my trust in the business. I sent an expensive blazer in specifically for a sleeve alteration--not for dry cleaning. When it was returned, the button portion around the sleeve had been bleached and the blazer was ruined. I tried repeatedly to resolve the matter directly with the owner, but was told that there was something wrong with the material and that I should contact the manufacturer. This was especially frustrating because the blazer had been successfully dry cleaned by Le French many times before, and it was not even there for dry cleaning when the damage occurred. After we were unable to resolve the issue, I had to hire an attorney. Le French submitted the claim to its insurance company, which approved reimbursement. The insurance company promptly paid its portion and advised that Le French would pay its $1,000 deductible. Despite my lawyer writing to Le French requesting the $1000, I still have not received the $1,000 owed to me. After 15+ years of loyalty, I am extremely disappointed in how Le French has treated me.

Prices however do change. Roxy does a discount if you pay cash up front. Most of the time my clothes come back with the stains removed. Since I have used this place so much - once in a blue moon they may miss a spot. The turn around is a couple days or you could pay extra for rush delivery. Roxy is friendly and works with you. As for tailoring - they are okay. I wouldn't recommend brining any expensive jackets or clothes here for alterations. Make sure they cover the jacket buttons when you bring expensive clothes suits and jackets here!!! Overall: A good dry cleaning service. Nice turn around and friendly service. Bring clothes to be tailored to a professional.

The first time they were able to find my correct clothing but my last trip from today, I returned the 3 shirts expecting them to replace with my rightful shirts. Instead, they insisted that these 3 shirts were mine because that was the description they input on the ticket. It was ridiculous because I knew these were not my shirts (not even correct size). Instead of apologizing, they asked that I identify the missing shirts. I have like 40 shirts, so i had no idea which shirts i dropped off. They were so unapologetic and insisted I identify the shirts which i couldn't. There were no apologies, no offers to credit future dry cleaning bills to offset the cost of their error.
