Now I can see WHY. When Michael (the guy behind the counter) asked me for my address I got a little stumped not sure whether to give him my mom's or my aunt and uncle's address. So I told him "Well, I'm only visiting so I'll give you the address of where I'm staying" then he said, "nah, not necessary if you're only visiting. So what brings you here?" to which I replied "my sister's funeral" He not only immediately offered his condolences and sympathy but offered to clean my shirt for FREE. What an AMAZING human being.
