I noticed this place when I went to the taco store next door (unfortunately the taco place is closed now...), then I read some good reviews about Butler, decided to give it a try, and now very happy with the cleaning result. I met two different gentlemen when I dropped off and picked up. It's a nice little family business. Both of them are friendly. I had no issue using the first timer coupon. It's reasonably priced as well; my coat was about $21-22 pre applying the first timer coupon. I will definitely come back and recommend to others!

Now I can see WHY. When Michael (the guy behind the counter) asked me for my address I got a little stumped not sure whether to give him my mom's or my aunt and uncle's address. So I told him "Well, I'm only visiting so I'll give you the address of where I'm staying" then he said, "nah, not necessary if you're only visiting. So what brings you here?" to which I replied "my sister's funeral" He not only immediately offered his condolences and sympathy but offered to clean my shirt for FREE. What an AMAZING human being. They had to sew the cut material back and there was a seam on the underlining. It wasn't horribly noticeable but I was charged the entire price even though I had to return 3 times to the store. Then I left a spotted evening gown there and I was charged $24 to dry clean it. It came back with the same stain. I took the same dress to a dry cleaners in Plainview and it came back perfect. The chest was stuffed and it was hung beautifully. So in essence it cost me $50 to dry clean. Yesterday, I picked up a pair of pants that were burnt from a pressing after they were altered. I took them there in February to have them altered. I didn't try them on afterwards. (My bad) and it turned out they were never altered! So I returned last week. Now I spent 18.75x 2 for both visits for the same pants. The pants were $49 at Marshall's. I spent almost as much altering them and now they are burnt and not wearable. I'm done with these dry cleaners. Every time I go, they raise their prices.

They said to me- (verbatim) "hopefully it's just oil" Absurd?! Does nothing scare them?! What kind of sorcery are they doing here? I don't know, but in 11 years they've never even blinked an eye at the superfluous amount of random drinks and food I've spilled on myself. I ended up moving far away, and I still drive almost an hour just to get my clothes done here because simply put- they are the best. We now have the freedom to buy what we want and actually wear it without the fear of ruining it. Whenever my husband spilsl something on himself, instead of panicking,, he looks at me and shrugs and says- " Well I guess we'll just Jim Jam it!"
