But, as of recent I need my white dress shirts, black dress pants, and vest laundered and pressed. I also love to have my laundry wash dried and folded. This little establishment does everything! They're are a such sweet couple and have fantastic customer service!! They tried to find a button for my jacket, steamed my dress shirt one day for me in 10 minutes bc I don't like any wrinkles when I go to work:) I also have a very busy life and sometimes forget things, they remind me so kindly. They work so hard and take pride in their business, and have fantastic prices. They are clean and get all my food stains (from work like ketchup coffee etc.) out of my clothes. I recommended this place for all laundry drop off and dry cleaning needs. Thank you two so much!! (When I say all stains what I mean is: I try and get stains out at work when it happens, this couple does their best but don't expect a set in stain to come completely out and it look like a new article or clothing people! Dryers are FREE here and I appreciate that they have committed to this as a part of the service. A laundry attendant will start the dryer for you once you are ready to dry. Since moving to the area from a private home equipped with a washer and dryer, I had to do careful research on where to launder my clothes. I'm extremely picky about how laundry is done. I do not trust dry cleaning services. I've tried it once in life and the results were a joke. They offer laundry delivery service here with their cute vans. This place is modern and clean. A tip that's helpful: For the best wash, do not over stuff the machines. Your clothes will appear as though they've never been washed. Be smart. Don't be cheap. Splurge the extra $1.50 for the appropriate sized machine. The attendants are very kind here and knowledgeable. I've been coming for 2 years now.

Extremely disappointing treatment of a 15+ year customer I…read morehave been a loyal customer of Le French Cleaners for over 15 years, sending in many items every week, but unfortunately, my recent experience has completely destroyed my trust in the business. I sent an expensive blazer in specifically for a sleeve alteration--not for dry cleaning. When it was returned, the button portion around the sleeve had been bleached and the blazer was ruined. I tried repeatedly to resolve the matter directly with the owner, but was told that there was something wrong with the material and that I should contact the manufacturer. This was especially frustrating because the blazer had been successfully dry cleaned by Le French many times before, and it was not even there for dry cleaning when the damage occurred. After we were unable to resolve the issue, I had to hire an attorney. Le French submitted the claim to its insurance company, which approved reimbursement. The insurance company promptly paid its portion and advised that Le French would pay its $1,000 deductible. Despite my lawyer writing to Le French requesting the $1000, I still have not received the $1,000 owed to me. After 15+ years of loyalty, I am extremely disappointed in how Le French has treated me.

The amount of rude and entitled people that come to this business is ridiculous. If you had a bad day go home, don't complain about your life at a small business. If a customer is unhappy, they do their best to change that frown upside down but unfortunately I've come and seen ungrateful and inconsiderate customers too often.
