Run, don't walk, away from this so called company. We left a leather Ralph Lauren handbag with them over two weeks ago to have the straps repaired and a small tear in the lining fixed. We were told a very low price and that the handbag would be finished in about two weeks but most likely within seven days. They said they would call when it was done. We waited and waited but no call, so today I called. First they couldn't find the handbag and then they did and said it was done. My wife was so happy. I went right to their store and gave them the claim ticket. Now they couldn't find it again. When they finally did bring it up to the counter, they told me they couldn't fix it and nothing had been done to it at all. Why didn't they call us and tell us that two weeks ago? In looking around the area behind the counter, there is absolutely no organization so I completely understand why they had no idea where our item was. This company should not be allowed to continue in business if this is representative of how they treat their customers and conduct business. Do not do business with them!!! read more

So, today is 9/7/2021. I come back as I was instructed. I got off work at 415pm raced all the way over here from Phoenix (48th St and Baseline). Yelp says they're open until 6pm, my gut says call because the hours might be different. Sure enough "We close at 5pm." I'm thinking to myself shoot I'm not going to make it cause traffic is crazy dumb right now. But on the other hand I'm m thinking I don't want my shoes staying at this shop another day. Who knows what can happen. So I make it there at 4:43pm. I have my ticket ready so they can just hand my shoes over to me and I can go. NOPE! I had my ticket to the worker and he said oh the red shoes right? Grabs the shoes and says "oh she needs to sew them." WTH??? My shoes shoes should have been ready to go. They ask me to have a seat while she sews my shoes. 10 minutes go by and the cobbler has me try on the shoe. It's still baggy. He's like how does it feel? I said it's still big but I'm taking it as is. I'm pissed. Wasted my time and my money on something that should have been fixed by now. I'm not sure how they got 5 stars because my experience was horrible. If he couldn't fix my shoe in a timely manner he could have at least given me a courtesy call to let me know. Now I can't even wear my shoes for my anniversary as I wanted to. Oh and that "I'll take care of it" he told me on last Friday, he didn't do sh*t! I'm really upset! I brought a brand new pair of boots in to be resold with leather, consulted with two different people at the shop, and both said that they would be able to do it, gave me a price that I thought was fair and told me they would be ready to be picked up a week later. The day of expected completion, I called to see if they were ready to be picked up as when I dropped my shoes off, there was another customer who came in and was told hers weren't ready on the day they were supposed to be so I called first. I was told then they wouldn't be ready until the end of the day and that I could come and pick them up late in the afternoon. I called before going to pick them up to be sure they were done and was told they were not able to resolve them and that there was nothing they could do to complete them the way I wanted. I started to inquire as to why they kept them a whole week before they figured this out especially after I had consulted with both the cobbler and the front desk person and he called me extremely foul names and hung up on me. I Will never return here and will make sure that everyone I know, knows that they are not kind people. They are not efficient, they are not respectful, and I would never recommend this business. read more

What a sweet family. I remember the grandmother from Superstition Springs Mall. Always good customer service. They have moved to a more convenient location if you don't like the hassle of being in a mall. She is now in poor health and the grandchildren run the shop. They are super friendly and very professional. They weren't able to help me with a serious repair on a designer bag but they were able to help me convert a designer makeup bag into a crossbody purse. i provided the leather straps and they punched the holes and attached the small rings for me at no charge.
