(Here is a great place to insert a tip for anyone interested: arrive early). Peering inside the truck while we talked, I noticed that everything looked clean and organized, which hey, is reassuring when you're eating out of a truck :). Initially, I thought that it was taking a bit long to get the pork chop sandwich, that is until I learned that, it's because everything is cooked fresh. It was so worth the wait. When my sandwich was ready, it smelled and looks so good that I couldn't resist taking a bite right away. That single bite turned into several bites because it was just that good. The pork chop wasn't breaded, and it was oh so good. I found myself wishing I had bought two. For the size and taste of the pork chop, it was absolutely worth the price. One thing to note is that their open hours aren't posted on the truck. You have to check Google to see when and where they're available. They explained, that they often cater and can move locations, although their usual spot is the tractor supply parking lot. So no before you go. Besides pork chops, they also serve other soulful dishes like fish, chicken, mac & cheese, collard greens, string beans, candy yams, and more.
