We had to spend another half an hour trying to find the owners again to get clean bedding that they just dropped on the deck of the cabin in the elements for us to change. Both morning that we were there we were awoken to loud music at 6 coming from one of the permanent residents places. The pool was not filled and as clean as the bar was there was no way we were going to try and have a meal. The entire place is run down and in need of repairs.

One biscuit was light and fluffy but when I got to the second biscuit it was completely burned on the bottom. I couldn't even cut it. I gave up. The server gave us our tab and charged up for an omelet and hash browns for $13. They didn't even have omelets available! I ordered a "build your own" breakfast sandwich with ham, Swiss, and egg on a croissant. It was incredible. Coffee great too. But best off all are the employees who are going out of their way to make sure everything is fine! I can't wait to revisit Hot Springs and this place.
