It was fresh, flavorful, and impossible to stop eating. The hot Calabrian salami was equally impressive. It had the bold, savory flavor and gentle heat you'd expect from authentic Calabrian salami, with a rich depth that made it stand out from anything you find at a typical grocery store. You can really tell they prioritize quality ingredients and traditional craftsmanship.
