I am now happy to leave a five star review because a technician named Rick came out two different times in the past week to repair the issues with the dishwasher that the other service did not repair as promised. Plus, Rick was incredibly kind and went out of his way to make sure everything was put back correctlyand checked to be sure it was running properly. Unlike the person who had come out previously. We have used Anthony's for many many years and all of our appliances are from them. From now on, if we need someone to come out on a service call, we will be requesting Rick. He did a great job and is a very hard worker, knows his job and very kind. Anthony's Appliance Center has always been a good place to buy appliance appliances.

Well, the deal changed by $149 and exceeded my limit. Kermit denied what he said on the phone. It wasn't really the money as much as the disrespect. I guess it makes a difference when the owner is not on site. In fairness he sent a text offering to accept a check for the original amount if I would come back. We called this week checking on it and the owner basically laughed at us and told us it was "somewhere outside" and they hadn't touched it since we dropped it off and no parts had been ordered and they didn't have time to talk to us about it. The trimmer was sitting outside in the weather the entire time it's been there and is definitely worse than it was when we dropped it off. I won't be surprised if they've completely ruined our $350 machine. Do not give these people your business, there are plenty of businesses that actually value the customer in the area.
