Really surprised they are still in business. The number 1 rule in business: make it easy for people to give you their money! For some reason 405 decided to make it extremely difficult to rent equipment. Their prices are much higher than Home Depot or United. I wished I would have bought a dump trailer years ago it sure makes it nice. Morgan and Brittany were both knowledgeable and helpful with the overall purchase of the trailer. I rented a bobcat from this company to do some work on my property after all of the rain had ruined portions of the land. They delivered an extremely old machine, old enough that it was operated by your feet, for me to use over the weekend and it overheated nonstop even though it was cool temperatures. The day before they were scheduled to pick it up, it rained for at least 12 hours straight. Even after that, the morning of the pick up it was washed thoroughly and filled with diesel. With witnesses seeing the clean machine and their own delivery driver commenting that the older machines had never been returned that clean before, I received a phone call from Libby with the company that they are charging me a cleaning fee because it was not cleaned. After making sure, she knew there were witnesses, including their own delivery, driver's comment, they did not care or even bother to check with the driver and just decided to charge me a cleaning fee. Was in the market for a mud mixer, I found there employee links on Facebook saying they had them in stock. Turns out they did not its a lie, I drove up there to find that out but they said they have a few on order it would be 3-4 weeks which is about a 2 weeks faster at this time if I ordered it directly so I decided I'd go with them. They informed me when it came in they would contact me, in 3 weeks I called to check which they reaffirmed they would call me when they come in they had my name and number on a sticky note. 2 weeks later Colby called and asked if I was still interested in a mud mixer and they would put an order in for it if I was. They are a complete waste of time. I could of had a mud mixer had I just ordered it myself plus saved some money. read more
