Terrible business. None of the flowers pictured on the website are available for purchase. That is considered false advertising. I placed an order for a flower arrangement that cost $100 ($120 with fees and delivery), and the florist couldn't fulfill the order. She only had roses in stock. After agreeing to have a bouquet of roses made in lieu of the beautiful arrangement pictured on the business's website, the florist ends up sending old flowers that wilted within 12 hours. That is a shame, especially since the flowers were for someone who is recovering from surgery. I would definitely not order from this place ever again. read more

I've been using this business for nearly 15 years. Typically I am very satisfied with the quality of the arrangement as well as the artistic design and effort put into creating the arrangements. However, lately I have had issues with placing orders and most recently missing the delivery for my mom on Mother's Day.It is incredibly unfortunate! Was not happy with funeral bouquet. We spoke at length on phone and i pointed out a certain bouquet on their site i wanted. Karen did assure me it would look as much as possible like photo we discussed. The bouquet did have the same flowers but it was not at all like the photo we discussed; it came in a rather triangular shape rather than a round spherical shape. The roses were fresh but were pretty much same length instead of differing lengths..it was not worth the approx $137 dollars. i feel it was a big lack of customer commitment. Last week my brother and I had to unexpectedly plan our Mom's funeral after her sudden death. Our Mom wanted a traditional funeral so we visited Country Flower Shop to order her funeral flowers. Fortunately for us, we were greeted and helped by Suzanne, one of the floral designers. Suzanne was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. She helped us understand the difference between casket sprays and standing arrangements and engaged us in conversation which allowed us to customize our selection with Mom's favorite flowers and colors. The results were absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations which helped us through the difficult day of the funeral. Along with our floral delivery to the funeral home, Country Flower Shop included three beautiful, long-stemmed roses with greenery in a bud vase with their sympathies. My brother and I were very touched by this act of thoughtfulness. When I called to express our thanks, I learned the manager, Paul, has made this thoughtful act a part of their business for years. Country Flower Shop in Cudahy is the only place I would order flowers from. In the past, I have ordered 'get well soon', birthday, and Mother's Day flowers from this shop. Most recently, Country Flower made all of the beautiful bouquets, a personal 'gone fishing' floral urn piece, and baskets of plants for my brother's memorial service.
