It rivals that of farmer's markets which makes the name stand out. I really enjoy taking a ride there and taking my time in each department or aisle I feel that there's always something new each time I go there. It's almost like a boutique grocery store? Nah not like Whole Foods - think more like sodas from France, a loaded deli full of items and brands you are familiar with but some you just don't see at stop n shop or Costco - also have to mention that yes I know there barely anywhere to get a bit to eat so I have to recommend trying the pizza, incredible sandwich menu as well as the best deal in town - the smash burger ! A meal with fries will cost you FAR less than the drive thru crap and about 20,000 times better ! I would say it's the best kept secret but unless I go early on a weekday morning it's typically kind of busy. Absolutely love the mini liquor store - ultra convenient and love love love the selections of ciders and craft beers- it's actually almost staggering and overwhelming but then you realize 89% is local breweries/wineries/distilleries and it makes it better :) my only complaint at all is the high prices on a lot of things that's curely cheaper elsewhere like your Tostitos chips and polar seltzer but if you go with these expectations- you will enjoy your shopping experience here !!

The old farm in Hubbardston, MA, allows the hens to walk around freely (cage-free), take sun baths, lay eggs in the nest, and feed on certified organic ingredients. The Country Hen's eggs have six times the amount of Omega-3s, contain essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, produce clean eggs naturally, have strong shells, and are fresh fresh fresh! Their eggs are found in various specialty stores as well as some grocery stores, such as Whole Foods, Balducci's, and Safeway. If you check their website, you can plug in your zip code and see which stores carry these awesome eggs! Their site also offers recipes on appetizers, beverages, breads, desserts, breakfast entrees, main entrees, and salads. Great-tasting organic eggs, check them out! :D Their packaging is so cute and in the egg carton, it contains 'Farm News' where it contains some information about the farm. +organic eggs :D

Every time I get food from here I get takeout. The restaurant itself is definitely an old style restaurant with no recent updates. Everything I've been told, the service is great if you eat there. However, the woman that runs the desk is not as kind with pick up. When you call for a pick up order, they give you a time to pick up your food which is generally around 90 minutes after you call. I usually try to come as close to that time as possible but a few times I have been five or 10 minutes early. If you are early for your order she gets frustrated and is not very nice about it. I have also noticed every time I've been in there to pick up food there are children there just sitting at the front desk. I am assuming that they are family of whoever owns the restaurant or someone that works there, but it is just strange to see kids just sitting at the front desk when you're there to eat or pick up food. It's not something that would cause me not to go back to the restaurant but I could see it bothering someone else. I've never had a bad experience with the food and my mom absolutely loves it so we go there pretty regularly but I would just suggest if you are picking up your food do not be early.
