I usually try to come as close to that time as possible but a few times I have been five or 10 minutes early. If you are early for your order she gets frustrated and is not very nice about it. I have also noticed every time I've been in there to pick up food there are children there just sitting at the front desk. I am assuming that they are family of whoever owns the restaurant or someone that works there, but it is just strange to see kids just sitting at the front desk when you're there to eat or pick up food.
