Seems pretty basic to call a potential customer back (and I would have been a repeat customer) if you are a business, but hey what do I know? They were happy and cared for, and we got great updates and pictures while we were gone. We flew back to Portland in mid-Jan 2024 (right in the middle of the terrible ice storm) and got stuck in Portland for a few nights because of road conditions. Trish was so nice about our delay and let us extend our stay. When we finally got back to Eugene, the ice was insane, and it was unsafe to drive across town to get our cats, so Trish let us extend our stay again! And then! The ice thawed, and a tree fell through our roof, collapsing our ceiling. Trish was, again, amazing and understanding and allowed our cats to stay even longer while we worked through the disaster and patched up the ceiling. I seriously don't know what we would have done without her, and I cannot say enough good things about Trish and the Kitty Cat Hotel. The facility is clean and the rooms are fun and our cats are comfortable and always return home happy. We can literally put a juicy piece of chicken right next to him and tell him to leave it and he will! Our puppy is now 7 months old and the best behaved puppy we could have hoped for.
