When I went inside, I had someone behind me who knew the groomer (not Shanon) and the groomer completely ignored me and focused on her and her dog for ten minutes. When she checked the woman's dog in, she then told me services were by appointment only although it's never been that way before AND doesn't say that on the business listing. So today I drove one hundred miles to have a groomer treat me rudely. Just a courteous "I'll be with you in a second" would have worked.
