    After I picked her up!

I boarded my dog for the very first time and chose Dog Paw. It was an incredible experience. The staff was warm and welcoming and willing to answer any and all of my questions. They provided updates and were professional and I felt extremely comfortable leaving my girl with them. They were great with my rescue and understood her needs. I love the facility and Im excited to see then grow and expand more. I highly recommend Dog Paw and am so grateful I found a place to board my girl when I have work trips.

I'm sad to say my puppy will not be returning after his first day. For starters I was concerned this facility appeared understaffed as there was only one gentleman for the entire facility, judging by the camera there was at least 10 dogs there possibly more and 1 staff member. I was on a time crunch and had to find my puppy care for a few hours. Upon arriving I was nervous to leave my puppy with someone else for the first time but the kind and polite gentleman at the front desk assured me he goes in rounds to check on them frequently. I was not allowed in back to see the facility and was referred to look at the web cam available. I was able to check the web cam a few times at work, however, at times my puppy was not visible as you cannot see what goes on outside. I picked up my puppy approx 15 min before closing. He was very happy to see me, I paid and left. Driving I noticed a medium size wound on his face and immediately called the facility to see what happened. I unfortunately could not reach anyone. All together he has 3 bite wounds. One on his cheek, under his jaw, and another on his ear. I plan to call back tomorrow to see if the gentleman even knows how this happened. It looks like he was bit by another dog multiple times. Although his wounds are not horrific, I'm sadden that my puppy was hurt and I was not notified. My puppy is very sweet, Dr. Certified as an emotional support animal and is training to be a therapy dog for others. He was attacked by another dog and his wounds were not cleaned or attended to, and again I was never notified, therefore I feel that this daycare for dogs is not entirely safe. I rated 1 star for the kind staff member.

My seven year old terrier had never been socialized with other dogs when I brought her in to dog paw the first time.

The best time because were able to relax and know that our cats were taken care of, she came twice a day gave them medicine and food, she talked and played with them she just took care of everything. She watered my fuchsias for me because was really hot this week. She checks the mail and keeps an eye on the house. We can't wait until we go out of town again because we know we will have somebody to take care of our cats and that is just the best feeling ever.

My partner and I have various disabilities that doesn't give us the best option of administering what our boy needs. We called on Tasha to be his nurse and she has truly been wonderful. Having the option of in-home care for our boy has changed our (and his) world for the better. The stress of the carrier, car rides and the vet every week is no longer necessary! Tasha comes to our apartment twice a week and brings a warm, soft blanket just for him. She really takes the time to connect to our fur baby and she takes the time to connect with us as well. Tasha answers any questions to the best of her ability. She's intelligent, patient, incredibly caring and professional. You can tell that she has a deep passion for animals and a lot of training and experience that has given her the tools she needs to provide the very best care. She keeps in weekly contact, checking on our boy and reminding us of appointments as well as offering a different time for her to come in as her schedule allows. We keep an odd schedule and Tasha is very accommodating! Our fur baby likes Tasha and he's comfortable with her too. She's given all of us some peace of mind and the security of knowing she's there when we need her. Tasha has gone above and beyond her call of duty and we are so grateful to her! She's dependable, punctual and a good person with a heart of gold, a sharp mind and a gentle hand. We are blessed with more precious time with our fur baby because Tasha has made it so. If you're looking for someone who is caring, professional and who treats your fur baby as an individual and not just another animal - then Tasha is who you need! We trust her with our fur baby and that is priceless. :)

Therefore, my phone service stopped working. I didn't remember that this happens, so it didn't occur to me. After a few days of not hearing from the cat sitter, I thought no news was good news but wondered if I should text her instead of waiting. She called my brother and yelled at me on the phone, accusing me of ignoring her alleged messages--messages I wasn't receiving. She was condescending, accusatory, and arrogant. I was utterly flustered and had no idea what she was talking about. Right after I hung up, someone suggested I completely turn off my phone, so I did, and when I turned it back on, I suddenly received many text messages, including hers. But that doesn't excuse her behavior. There are much better ways to communicate than insulting and accusing your customers. Also, my cats had gained a lot of weight while I was gone. Holiday season or not, I prefer cat sitters who spend some time playing with my sociable cats rather than dashing in and out.
