Customers lined up 4 deep with only 2 lanes open on a Sunday afternoon and no one to assist with bagging groceries

Reasor's is my prefered place to shop for groceries for the variety, quality, and price although customer service is lacking since ownership changed. Shopped at Reasor's in Bixby this afternoon and pointed out to the store manager that there were only 2 lines open and those were 4 customers deep and that the cashiers had no assistance in helping to bag the groceries which was impacting the length of time it took to serve each customer. There were no concerns expressed by the manager as he walked out of his office and proceeded to move empty carts and handbaskets closer to the office for serving online shoppers. Is Reasor's wanting to become an exclusive online store? If so they should move forward with that concept instead of tarnishing their reputation by providing their in store shoppers with poor personal service. Attached are photos of the two lines waiting to be served. Yes, I know that I can become an online shopper but prefer to see what I am putting in my cart along with any expiration date and probably end up spending more with the impulse shopping that does not occur with the online shopper. Ironically I understand we both pay the same price for our groceries regardless if they provide the shopper to obtain and bag it for pickup at a agreed upon time or I if do it all myself.

Positive & Negative. My family has always appreciated Reasor's for their cleanliness & stocked selections. We've predominantly shopped at Reasor's Bixby since moving to the area 2 yrs ago. As a conscientious consumer, we look for consistency in service, cleanliness, convenience, selection, and affordability. We had come to trust their name...Unfortunately, over recent months, we've experienced consistency in incorrect pricing on our receipt. We spend approx. $350./mth at Reasor's and it's become a time consuming affair verifying receipts and returning to the store for refunds. The overcharge discrepancies have varied from $3-$20. It's due to human error and system error. Ex: ringing up incorrect produce codes, sales items not updated in their system or ringing incorrectly. It's not easily detected b/c some discounts are line item while others are reflected at the bottom of your receipt, not referencing any item. It can be a puzzle matching the sales ad & your receipt. This week, we found a discrepancy of $7.29 so my husband phoned the store. The woman with whom he spoke actually said, "Your receipt total may not always reflect what's charged on your card." Her statement is not only ridiculous, but has broken our trust in their store. After 3 days, a refund was credited. This Reasor's location apparently has internal issues which need to be resolved! I don't believe it's an intentional act, but it's a consistent problem & consistency is what matters. Always Check Your Receipt!

I love, love, love this Reasors location! My favorite thing is shopping online because their personal shoppers do an EXCELLENT job! There are always 3-5 employees restocking in the produce which always makes me happy! The only thing I'd say that could be improved is, the deli employees are always so busy with a minimum of 4 employees on any given day, they're SO busy doing "prep" the wait at this counter is the longest wait in the store. Love the meat department, where the butchers are helpful and knowledgeable! Before I lived as close to this store I drove past a different Reasor's to come here!

A couple of teenagers more interested in playing grab axx than working!

This review is for the deli/restaurant part of the store!!! Something Café...really!! All tables and seats dirty! Trash cans full! I told teenage employees and they ignored my request to send the manager on duty over. And for good reason...they were clocked in but not working! I was eventually able to talk to a manager and they corrected the filthy situation. Another reminder that we SHOULD NOT feel obligated to clean off our tables at restaurants!! Cleaning off you table only insures you will get to sit at a dirty table next time. I'm the guy who never cleans off his table!

Great grocery store with a regional chain of locations, including a 24-hour store in Tulsa. Carries items I cannot find elsewhere.

Great selection, especially in produce and meats. We're new to Broken Arrow and we enjoy the great selections at Reasor's Bixby.

What I'm not ok with is buying an item x 2 getting them home and the next day riddled with mold. Now what was aggravating was reaching out through their app to report the product zero response. After a week or so I tried reaching out again, I went online and everything I found was a circle of ridiculous. Finally found the ceo and sent him an email and explained what happened. Can't believe I had to annoy someone into doing their job, feigning care is straight worse than just not caring by the way. While I at least heard back the response was lackadaisical and lacking concern for this issue, imagine my complete lack of surprise there. People choose to spend their money at businesses for various reasons, I went here for quality products and even confirmed they had what I needed before driving there. While Sprouts is not my daily/weekly store I do go here a fair amount. So that response let me know they don't need my business or want my money and I'm ok with that.

I still stock up on bargains at Costco and Sam's but I enjoy the deli and bakery at Fresh Market. They are several notches above delis and bakeries at most groceries. The employees are super friendly. This week, I had to return something and was impressed with how easy and pleasant it is to do that. I bought a bag of rotten lemons. That can happen at any grocery store. The lemons were in a yellow bag and not easy to see and they hadn't started smelling yet. I was amazed at how quick and easy the return was and how friendly the employee handling the return was. Even though Fresh Market is a little pricey, they do have specials

With the mission to bring delicious prepared meals, exceptional quality meat and seafood, peak season produce, decadent baked goods, and fresh seasonal flowers, it certainly has succeeded its mission. The high quality and specialty products unfortunately also carry with it the higher price tags. The Fresh Market is among the most expensive of the high end markets. They have an Ultimate Loyalty Experience, but the cashier couldn't tell me the actual benefits. I think it's similar to Reasor's Rewards with weekly specials. They reportedly have the Tuesday specials (to be confirmed): ground chuck and boneless chicken breast for $2.99 per pound. They also have The Little Big Meal that rotates weekly. For those interested in cooking, they have many recipes on their websites which is unique. If you love the neatness and cleanliness of Reasor's then you are going to love The Fresh Market. I cruised through the store and was thoroughly impressed. Shelves and produce were neatly stocked. Deli products and meats looked really fresh. The quality was definitely there as well as the price tags. I am just not sure if I am the target audience of The Fresh Market, definitely gearing more toward affluent people.

December 31, around 9:30-9:35 p.m., I visited Reasor's at 2429 E. 15th St., Tulsa, OK 74104, and had one of the most upsetting and unprofessional retail experiences I have ever encountered. I went directly to the checkout counter, paid for my item, and completed my purchase like any other customer. Shortly after, I realized there was a transaction issue and calmly requested a refund so the transaction could be corrected. What should have been a routine customer-service matter quickly escalated into something completely inappropriate. Instead of assisting me, I was accused of stealing, without any verification or investigation. No one checked my receipt. No one reviewed the register. No attempt was made to confirm whether I had, in fact, paid for the item. The accusation came from the security guard, but what was most concerning was the lack of leadership that followed. The manager failed to step in, failed to question the accusation, and failed to independently review the facts. Management allowed a serious claim to stand without evidence and did nothing to de-escalate the situation or protect a paying customer. This was not only unprofessional--it was humiliating. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes happen, but accusing a customer of theft without proof is never acceptable. Customer service should be based on facts, fairness, and respect. None of those standards was upheld during this interaction. The entire experience was degrading, unnecessary, and avoidable. I left feeling disrespected and wrongfully treated. I will not return to this location and cannot recommend it to others unless Reasor's makes great improvements in staff training, management accountability, and how customer disputes are handled. And I hadn't received an apology from the Manager. Hopefully, this gets his attention.

I hate writing bad reviews. . . Reading my review from 2023…read morewould make me feel bad but 1) there were so many other 1* reviews and 2) my review was completely accurate & remembering that experience made me angry all over again. So to my visit a few days ago: I was majorly impressed. This store, even the PARKING LOT, has been completely renovated. Beautiful wide plank flooring. So many products. Everything on my shopping list was readily available. I don't think diapers, for instance, should be in the middle of "food". 4* for the product placement. Aisles seem nonsensical. To address comments from others in their reviews, regarding the *current* atmosphere. . . .yes, Walmart is often cheaper. And being the HUGE company they are, they have access to a nonstop variety of resources, so sometimes they'll have products more available. But in acquiring those lower prices, consider the possibility of lower quality (produce). Personnel is something business have to deal with. Managers need to keep in mind you can always go elsewhere. And, Ryan (see his review), who was abused by an employee this year! should have gone straight to the manager. The complaints on prices/coupons/ads, etc. It's maddening, and appears to be structured against the consumer. LOL. My recommendation is have a plan and know the rules. Sorry, it may be a little time consuming but it gets easier through repetition. And know (this reality makes utterly no sense to me) the "sales" vary from store to store. This was pointed out to me at the 15th St store a few years back. I was looking for a particular awesome sale item, like 10 limes for $1. A manager came to the disagreement, looked at the ad, and said, "That's only at the store out on 21st". Who knew? That's why you have to choose *your* store online. (If this has changed, I'm unaware). Another tip: shop as soon as possible when ads change, I thought. They run out of product FAST. Hubby took our shopping list on a Wednesday when ads are new. He got absolutely nothing that was advertised. They told him a shipment would be in the next day. I went on Friday and got it all. So I say shop early and still feel validity in that. Hope my experience helps somewhat.
