I did and I was able to book an appointment for a week later via text. They did ask me to provide vaccination proof as well as a $35 deposit, all of which weren't unexpected. Upon arrival, everyone was friendly. They took my pup in without a hassle. They were very quick, about 90 minutes. I've actually never been to a groomer that got my pup done in under 2 hours so I was a bit concerned that it may not be well detailed. However once I picked him up, I was super happy with everything. He looked super cute and Fuzzy Tails gave exactly what I asked for! Overall, I 110% recommended this place for dog grooming. Again since I'm out of town, I likely won't be coming back anytime soon. But if I did live in Houston, I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Ashley and the team have been so patient and loving with him earning his trust and building his confidence when he visits for grooming. He looks better than any groomer has ever made him look. He has VERY tight poodle curls and Ashley communicates about what's best for each grooming appt. He feels so much better when his hair is free of knotting. Also, our Whoodle comes off the grooming table looking and feeling as fresh as can be! See below: I brought my service dog in on Tuesday due to a family members dog tearing her ear. The girls upfront were WONDERFUL! HOWEVER, the veterinarian, JOSHUA SAVAGE SHIELDS, did NOT thoroughly go over all the steps with me of what he was going to do prior to treating my service dog. I said I DID NOT want an all over general sedation. ONLY localized and he did not honor that. This is VERY IMPORTANT because if your service dog is drugged and sedated it cannot do its job once it leaves the vet for several hours (not 30 minutes as he said) and he disregarded my request. No wonder his middle name is "SAVAGE" MORE IMPORTANTLY: I called in two days later because my dog was having severe diarrhea from the antibiotics prescribed and I wanted to know what I can do to help with that since charcoal is not an option and it would pull the medicine out of her system. They said we can't help you because you're not a client here anymore DESPITE THE FACT I PAID FOR SERVICES! Now there are new owners (for a couple of years now) and our favorite groomer Rolisha is no longer there. My mom dropped Coco off and I was on the phone when she told them we did not want a low cut. I then had my mom go back in and I spoke with the groomer myself on FaceTime asking if the cut number they told my mom would still leave Coco fluffy since I did not want her hair low. We were assured by the groomer that she would still be fluffy! When I went to pick her up, she had a low cut. I called back (for the first time ever) to speak with management and let them know my disappointment with the service. Instead of being understanding and trying to come to a resolve, the manager/owner was extremely dismissive and argumentative, saying that the groomer told us the number and we agreed. Once I explained (again) that we explained several times we did not want a low cut and wanted her fluffy, she switched the narrative saying they had to cut her low because of matting. In the past if matting was an issue, I would get a phone call from Rolisha or the front desk explaining that and requiring me to approve the lower cut. After going in circles, I was over it and just them know how disappointed I was that they took no accountability. Again, in over 6 years this is the first phone call they've ever received from me. Extremely disappointed in the owner/management and lack of accountability. I really wish I would have gotten Rolisha's information before she left!

Even post-COVID, they still are willing to pick up my dog from my car which is appreciated given my mobility issues. They use technology well. I've been able to pay them via Zelle. I plan to continue using them.
