The staff is always very friendly and I do feel like my babies are in good hands. Dr. Williams and Moore have always been amazing and seem to genuinely care, are gentle and very knowledgeable. The staff gives helpful advice and talks through things to make sure you understand what's going on with your pet. There is sometimes a wait, but I understand how things can be at times with pets so I am patient with them. It's always fairly clean and they offer boarding and grooming as well. Also, they have extended their hours which is really helpful for pet parents who can't get out of work early enough or have a late emergency. Always recommend this place and I will always visit here first with any animal needs I'll need in the future.

The previous service I used charge $260 for both dogs which is reasonable.. But I needed them done within the next 3 days. They then called me and said they could do it the same day. I should have done it myself and kept the money.

The reception staff was super friendly and helpful when I arrived. Super simple form to fill out to establish care if you're new. Dr. Mandola was also so kind and had wonderful bedside manner. A great mind for sure, as he has a Yorkie and home too! :) He explained everything thoroughly and had us in and out in under 10 minutes! When going to the vet, you plan to pay an arm and a leg, but this was not the case! Super inexpensive but yet quality care! Highly recommend and we will be returning as needed! As a result she didn't get Bordetella. 2) They didn't give us the rabies tag I understand its our duty to verified, but they need to be more detailed with administering the shots and providing proper documentations/tags.
