We cut orange, blue, and green pumpkins from the vine. They also have a corn maze for an extra fee, and a food truck on premises if you get hungry. Pretty chilly when we visited in October, so be sure to bundle up. Loose gravel lot. Definitely worth a stop if you happen to be in the area--especially for us city folk who've never been to an actual patch where pumpkins are grown! They have a country store where you can buy different types of honey and butter. They also have a corn maze for adults and for kids. Spent some time at Country Pumpkins today and had the best time. Great setup with fun things for all to do. We did everything you could except the scary maze and now are home carving some of our goodies. What a great presentation, get your kids out there to experience the fun . Best pumpkin selection I've ever seen and they were quite inexpensive!! The people were very helpful and kind. They set us up with clippers and sturdy carts and off we tromped, but to our surprise- amazing pumpkins were everywhere! We had our pick of the largest, most beautiful pumpkins I've seriously ever seen and the field was loaded! I can't wait to go back for the haunted corn maze!! read more

I went to the haunted maze for my daughter 13 and 9 years old. After, getting out of the maze they had the best time. Until, they decided they wanted to get food at the small taco truck. Which was there only option so I waited from a distance. Also, they were with one of their friends each so my daughters ordered kids meals since they wanted smaller portions and they were cheaper. As they were ordering the lady said you had to be 10 and under but she said they could order for it the younger ones so they did just that. Then, the lady cooking said that they were being dishonest and started yelling at my daughter's friend whom of which ordered. After, they got their food it was the exact same portions just one seven dollars cheaper since it was a so called "Kids meal". To add, we could hear the cooks talking about it in the back about how those kids were lying and they knew it. The overall experience was very enjoyable but, the cooks were not as nice as explained to be. Very clearly this could've just been a bad experience the one day we went but, still treating kids for wanting food for a cheaper and smaller price? Not the best idea for a group of two 13 and 9 years olds. read more

Every year we attend the haunted corn maze. This year was just as great as it is every year. But for the first year, we brought my little. He loved it too. It was fun being able to share this tradition with him finally. The lines were short, the actors were amazing, and the maze was fantastically built. I'd never been here before today and wasn't sure what to expect but to say the least my expectations were surpassed! There's a huge selection of pumpkins, different varieties, colors, shapes and sizes. We gathered a cart full of pumpkins and, from past experiences at other pumpkin patches, expected to pay a premium. Nope! Awesome prices for awesome looking gourds. I have been going to Country Pumpkins for the past couple of years and have always had a great experience. Its a pick your own pumpkin patch out in Orland, CA, that also has a ten acre corn maze and is open Oct 1st - Oct 31st. You can navigate the corn maze during the day ($3.00) or if youre feeling brave enough, go through the haunted night corn maze on certain weekends in October. ($10.00) I recommend giving them both a try. I'm kind of a scardy cat so I'm not sure how scared I was in comparison to other people, but it was really fun/terrifying to walk through the maze in the pitch black when people are popping out at you and chasing you around with running chain saws ..(Don't worry, theres no blade...I think :D ) If you love all things October, this is a great place to get in to the spirit. read more

I bring my kids here in the daytime for the pumpkin patch and corn maze. We always have a blast. They even do hay bail rides. There is a huge variety of pumpkins. I love the small-town feel here. And in the evening time, I love to bring my honey for the haunted maze. Been here with friends and on dates as well. Prices are more than reasonable. Very cheap. Right off freeway with no signage that it is approaching as you are keeping up speed on a freeway. Way over crowded for it's size, but could have been the day and time. There was a small playground, and by that I mean a pyramid of hay, with a slide in the middle, Overrun by big kids who were smooshing the little ones. Drunk parents on the sidelines watching without much care. The maze looked interesting until I caught a glimpse of the width of the isles. So narrow, you couldn't pass a family if the stopped. The real kicker was the petting zoo. Very small and "no strollers." Just got a defeated feeling of being there. No carts left for pumpkins and families just kind of milling around without purpose. I suggest you save your time. It was a total disappointment. read more

Girlfriend and I took our daughters, 12 and 10, to the Haunted Corn Maze on 10/20/17. My expectations weren't super high, but I'd heard the maze has been good in past years. Let me tell you! I was very pleasantly surprised. All involved did an excellent job!!!! The mini scenes within the maze were amazing and very detailed. The scare-actors were also very very good, scaring our 2 girls throughout the maze. The $10 dollar admission was well worth every penny and both girls who were a bit hesitant to go in the 1st place, are begging to go back next weekend....which we will. Hoping the owners will give their creative director, I assume Dusty Lefdal, the extra funds next season to put this maze over the top. He absolutely knows what he's doing and is excellent at it. If you're looking for an inexpensive evening of fun with your family during the Halloween season, this is the place. On a side note....they kinda miss the boat on concessions. The tri tip was AMAZING, but that was it. read more

We had a great time visiting this pumpkin patch on Halloween day. The trails are very easy and very clean. My son is nine years old and enjoyed this corn maze. We will be back again next year for sure! Very inexpensive and anybody can afford this. Thank you country pumpkins! Nice work read more

This pumpkin patch is perfect for youngsters! They feature a small pick-your-own pumpkin patch that features classic pumpkins, along with various decorative gourds. We purchased 2 pumpkins for $13. They also have a corn maze, hay bale pyramid with slide, dried corn "sand" boxes, & a small barn with animals. This year they had a calf, 3 goats you could feed, some ducks & chickens, a rabbit, & a bee hive. They also have a small store to purchase local seasonal items & a food truck if you get hungry while you're here. We've been coming here for years & it's a perfect hour-long visit. read more

My family and I have visited here for many years. This year was a HUGE disappointment to say the least. This was the first time my four year old autistic grandson visited this place. We bought two large pumpkins. They looked healthy on the outside. We got them home excited to help our grandson carve them for his first time and BOTH pumpkins were rotted inside. Green/yellowish watery slime. We couldn't carve them or even save any of the pumpkin seeds. We ended up throwing $14 of pumpkin in the trash. Highly dissatisfied. I love this little pumpkin patch! Go earlier in October if you want a better selection of pumpkins. We went closer to Halloween last year and had to trek to the very back. They're reasonably priced. There's a corn maze (haunted on most weekend nights), some animals, a store with seasonal goodies, a food truck, and a children's play area in addition to the pumpkin patch. The people are so friendly and I've always had a great experience! This year was a bit different as the only food vendor "Fiesta Fresh Truck" was less than sub par at high prices. High prices are expected at things like this, yet the rudeness of the gal working makes this one a rough experience. The portions are extremely small at a high price which would be do able if the food was quality. $6 for a lemonade with all ice and when we asked for less ice, more lemonade the gal cooking stated "the ice is part of the mix" in a rude tone then followed up with a loud and abrupt "HAVE A NICE DAY SIR" to rush us away. This would be a 5 star review otherwise as Country Pumpkins is great. Hopeful they will find a new food vendor. read more

I took my thirteen year old son to the Country Pumpkins Corn Maze, and had to watch him be publicly humiliated by a grown man working at the establishment. The man was standing on an elevated platform above the cue, he saw my son and instantly began directing everyone in line to look at him. He called him Ronald McDonald and kept making comments about his clown like red hair. He then made a reference to his weight, and said he must have eaten all the hamburgers at McDonalds. He asked if he had braces. And, said he hoped he didn't have braces on top of everything else. He then told him that since he looked the way he did, he should expect to be treated this way! I have that on video! I contacted the owners of the establishment! I am waiting to hear back from them! He is just thirteen! Such an impressionable age! And this guy did this in front of his friends! I am just heartbroken! Luckily, he couldn't hear much of what was being said because of the laughter directed at him! I didn't want to bring more attention to it and humiliate him more, so I waited until we were alone to talk about it! But, that guy is so not getting away with hurting my baby! I will never attend this event again! I am so disgusted! Bullying children is never okay! Update Please read my earlier one star review. I was planning on making my way out to the farm again today, when the owner called me to apologize. He was super nice and super understanding about the whole situation. He explained that he dealt with the employee that was to blame for the situation. He explained that this was not their intention when they placed him in this role. He also explained that he is a father, and so he is aware how I felt watching my child go through this. He also said he and his wife were up all night worrying about what had happened to my son. It meant a lot to me that he would take this step to not only contact me, but to really communicate that he understood how wrong this employee was in his actions. I was surprised to learn that this employee was also a father! I guess he thought my son was older than he actually was, but still treating anyone like this is wrong. He also offered to personally apologize to my son. I knew my son would feel uncomfortable with that, so I just left it at him apologizing to me. I was just glad that they stepped up and owned that this was wrong and made steps to prevent this from happening again. I am still disgusted by the whole thing, particularly the way the people in line also behaved. And, I don't know that I would so quickly forgive the employee to blame for the incident. But, I am in a much better place about it, now that I know the owner really did not intend for this to happen. My son did enjoy the haunted maze portion of this establishment. The pumpkin patch was pretty cool. I brought my family and a 3 month old. It was nice out on Oct 21st. I liked how there were wagons and clippers in which we can cut and pick out our own pumpkins. I loved the honey that we purchased from country pumpkins. There were Cool tarantulas and live animals for the kids. We didn't go into the maze, maybe next time. It wasn't as busy as I thought until prime time which was about 2pm. The staff were really friendly. I didn't give it a 5 star because at the food court the staff were handling money, they did not wash their hands nor use gloves while handling food!!! There were hardly any condiments and napkins as well. It didn't seem busy enough for them not to refill it right away. We couldn't eat at the tables because there were mud all over the tables & benches. Other then that we had a great time! read more
