Hi Biosweep, I had…read moremy truck treated here back in end march and i was scared that the treatment wouldn't resolve the smoke smell i later found in my used truck I had purchased. The owner told me to let him know if the smell came back, and would do a second treatment if it had. The odd thing is that i had vacuumed and cleaned the truck and the smell seemed to have come back but not as strong, still noticeable though. It has been 3 months since the biosweep treatment in my truck and the smell is about 25% back. I emailed them a few weeks ago and haven't heard a reply on helping to do the second treatment I was offered if the smell had returned. Today I called their phone number only to get an answering service with whom I left a message. Update: they have me scheduled to do another run! Im hopeful the results will last, will update in future.

Bought a house that was smoked in for 30 years & gutted it completely. Talked to this company about…read moredoing an ozone treatment to see if it would get rid of the smell (or at least mostly get rid of it). They guaranteed it and said they would send out 2 guys to scrub the walls and surfaces and do the ozone. We lived out of state at the time and asked them to run the mini splits during ozone and turn them off before they left. We were SORELY disappointed when one guy showed up to do the job instead of 2, and the mini splits were still left on. The smoke smell was definitely slightly better, but it still wreaked like old tobacco. I called to see if they could come back since they guaranteed it, so they sent another person out to redo it. Nothing was different after the 2nd time. At this point I called the owner to see if they would come out and smell it because they kept insisting that it worked, but they wouldn't schedule anything until months out.. Wouldn't recommend for heavy smoke, but maybe it works for less potent smelling things?
