Our two older dogs both had health issues, and Chris always treated them with such patience, kindness, and extra care. Now we have a four-month-old puppy, and the experience has been just as wonderful. Chris continues to go above and beyond, making sure our puppy is comfortable and well cared for every visit. She treats our dogs like they're her own. On top of that, they always look amazing! I'm posting this now after reflecting on my dog's daycare history over the years, as this was the…read moreonly facility where we had a negative experience. Several years ago, I brought my dog here for daycare. During one drop-off, as I was about to drive off, he was able to bolt out of the facility and ran across the parking lot (in the dark!). Thankfully, a passerby caught him quickly and he was not injured, but this raised serious concerns about supervision and containment during handoff. After that incident, I continued bringing him back to use up pre-paid passes. From that point on, he always refused to leave the car-which made me concerned. Staff later told me he had developed a humping habit and said that if it continued, he would not be able to return. This was difficult to reconcile with what we experienced elsewhere. After we finished our passes, we used another daycare in Beaverton, where he had no issues. Since then, we've moved states a few times and gone to multiple other daycares in different locations, and he has consistently done well without any behavioral concerns. I understand that staff and policies can change over time, so this may not reflect the current operation. However, I think it's important to share past experiences related to safety and how dogs are handled following a stressful incident.

I'm still searching for a permanent groomer for my 8month old puppy so even with many recent…read morenegative reviews, i gave it a shot. Puppy came back well groomed but noticed the next day that he's licking his left paw constantly, a behaviour that i've never seen him do before. After examining, i found a huge gash between his toes. It looks like the tip of the scissor got caught between his toes while they were doing his leg/paw. After comparing left and right, the area where gash was, skin was bare and no hair at all while rest of the other in between toes were with hair. It was very strange. I immediately called to let them know; what's happened happened so I wasn't expecting or wanting any type of compensation but rather an apology: an apology for not notifying the owner after the cut and that the groomer was not careful to know that they made a mistake. But rather the receptionist was very defensive - i wasn't working yesterday so i can't help you - groomer did not leave any notes so it's probably not us - if it's just a cut, put some neosporne on it - because he's a puppy, he could have pulled his leg during the cut because they are not experienced - our clippers can't cut the dogs Really, on the phone i had nothing to say because it was just so baffling. As a small business owner, it's hard to see other small business doing this type of customer service. These irresponsible actions is what drives people to stay away and resort to more bigger corporates who might have better system with such mistake. Regardless of how the grooming turned out, we'll continue our search for the groomer. I would not feel comfortable recommending this place to anyone.
