Done, car still running badly, I mean really shifting badly. Super tech and super computer determine, OH, needs magic transmission part, another $5500+ but that will fix it. Had to have it so said do it. Done, car still running badly but have already paid. Told by Manager and then owner no problem it is a computer issue and will learn wife's shifting patterns in 3 to 4 weeks. Wife get home and next day oil is everywhere in garage and oil light on. Towed back to Aggieland Automotive. Super tech and Super computer find oil lines have now coincidently failed only 4 miles after vehicle returned to us, but no problem Aggieland can fix only $2,400 and will check out why prior repair has not helped way vehicle is running. Got to have it. Done, went to get car and would not hardly run. Owner checks it out and says he will get it going. Next day call to check on car and told by manager to pickup my car they are thru with it. I said is it fixed he said to quit threatening him and get my car off lot. Finally, reach owner who says done with me and car pick up car it will run better in month. Told him I needed running right or we were headed for train wreck requiring litigation. Then told if I do not pickup it will go to salvage and run up storage. Told if I wanted car back must pay in cash. Picked up car preparing litigation it still runs poorly. Over $8,000 spent.

We did a surprise "well check" in Jun 2025 since we hadn't been able to get an update and found the unit at the back of the lot, and had barely been touched. We then filed a complaint with BBB and Texas AG office, finally got a call direct from KZ, they let us know that they had paid out the warranty work to Funtown back in January 2025 for a closed out invoice of completed repairs. Yet.. nothing had been completed. We now have our unit but there are still issues, like the destroyed awning that was perfectly fine when we dropped it at Funtown a year ago. steer clear of this place, and best of luck!

They have consistently been the friendliest, most professional repair service I have encountered in my half-century of RV ownership. They do a superb job of fixing things that are "broke," but if it ain't broke, they won't pretend to fix it; they'll explain how to make it work without charge. They installed a custom towing rig, allowing me to tow my Maverick hybrid, which has worked like a charm. When they do make a repair, it generally stays repaired, but if not, they stand by their work and will make it right. They are honest, personable, and charge very reasonable fees. I called R&K Mobile RV Repair and they sent a technician out within a week from when I called. They found the slide control box under the bathroom sink and it had gotten water in it and shorted out. They ordered the part and a week later, my slide issue is fixed. Not only that, he tracked down the *source* of the water getting in and fixed that as well. Fast, friendly, professional service! Good communication. He was happy to answer any and all questions I had. I have the XtraRide Service Contract and they worked flawlessly with them, so all I owed was the deductible. Two of the windows on the RV literally fell onto the roadway which we were traveling. They tried to blame us for the windows falling out!!! WTF Below is the full list of issues we had with the RV: - When we left Austin the glass window fell out on bedroom window onto the roadway - On our way back to Austin, we lost a second window on the dining slide out onto the roadway - Air conditioner not working in main room, E4 error code - 24/7 support not available, voicemail box full. - Roadside assistance said they couldn't help us with any of the problems - 7' broken wood board on slideout, fell and almost hit daughter in the head - The gauge on the freshwater tank doesn't work so can't tell if there's any water or not. Only discovered on the 3rd day the tank was full of water - Water fill hose leaking at connection, spraying water all over. We couldn't use the camp site water because of issue. - Hot water doesn't work on kitchen faucet - Back up camera not working - Various windows/mechanisms broken and taped on outside with shipping tape - Broken screen door handle - No key for outside storage locks - Leg on Queen bed is loose/broken - Door on bedroom doesn't stay closed or latch - Window shade in bedroom is broken - Right rear view mirror very loose - Kitchen drawers won't stay set - Slide out panel controls are reverse - Check engine light was on the whole trip.
