He installed larger tires and 6 " lift kit, front clay rack, mag-jak grill, handle for passenger (elderly parent) to embark and a folding box rack for the rear when seat folded down as well as rear hold bar. Best of all was paying the extra money to have the 6 batteries removed (their price taken off my total cost) and replaced with a lithium battery. It is basically maintenance free and gives room under the seat for carrying smaller tools. I have owned this for 2 years now and only issue is the windshield cracked due to rough handling on my part. We live on acreage with sandy soil. I am able to use this to carry water to plants (30 gal barrel), put a 25 gal sprayer on the back for fence maintenance, haul limbs, carry large tools and haul feed out to livestock. I used old pvc pipe zip tied to railings to carry shovel, rakes, sprayer nozzle and wasp spray!! I have gotten stuck twice, once in DEEP sand and once in the muck. Pulled out by truck or tractor. The one drawback is that it does not have any pulling power, whether to pull a mower or to pull large limbs to burn pile. But it does all that I wanted, especially able to take my mom out and about. Because it is so quiet, my husband will use it instead of his Polaris to go hog hunting! Thanks Blake!

By the next evening (April 8th), I realized the AC didn't blow cold air unless I was driving. The dealership was closed, so I returned first thing on April 9th and spoke with C, the salesperson who sold me the car. He got with the mechanic the next day and told me to make an appointment. They kept my car from that appointment until April 23rd, trying to fix the AC. When I got it back, the issue still wasn't fixed. I returned on April 24th, and even though B initially gave me pushback, they agreed to look at it again. Keep in mind--I had barely driven the car at all, only to and from the dealership. On May 7th, I finally got the car back. Then on May 11th, the dashboard lights came on. I brought it in again, and they told me, "We're a Kia dealership. We don't know how to work on Hondas." They told me I'd have to take it to a Honda dealership and pay out of pocket--after I already paid a $7,000 down payment on a $22,000 car. I don't know much about cars or mileage. I trusted the dealership to sell me a reliable vehicle and to thoroughly inspect it. But now I'm stuck with car issues immediately after purchase and expected to cover repairs. I do have a warranty, but I still have to pay a deposit to use it--on top of everything I've already paid. The economy is hard right now. I'm a single mom. I can't afford these surprise issues and repairs after barely driving the car. And to be told "oh well" is beyond upsetting. Honestly, this feels unethical. This business is very poorly managed by allowing this conduct to occur. We were cussed out and threatened TWICE that "a gun would be put to our heads" if we attempted to pick up my trailer. Matt handled our GN livestock trailer repairs that totalled $2655.72 and of that amt. $202.40 was tax. We are a farm/ranch and have a Agricultural/Timber tax exempt permit. I told him that I had already sent my horse trainer to pick up the trailer with a check made out less the tax. Matt totally freaked out and started screaming, cussing and threatening us. I assured him not to worry and that we would pick up the trailer no matter what was owed. I called my CPA and he said to pay the tax which is exactly what we did. This business DOESN'T HANDLE PROBLEMS OR DISAGREEMENTS VERY WELL AT ALL. What a horrible experience all over a tax exempt issue. TEXAS CUSTOMZ has lost us as a customer forever.
