Appalling and potentially dangerous!!…read more Had 2 tires replaced in late November. This is the rear axle. The spacer on the non drive side is backwards. I had drivetrain vibration, excessive tire wear, brake issues, and gear wear. I was new to the bike and just thought it was how the bike rode. It's older, and I put it down to age. It wasn't age. It was the tire being misaligned. I called today and spoke to someone who wouldn't give me their name. Wouldn't let me speak to the owner. I was told "there is nothing we can do". Never have your bike worked on here. NEVER!! In response So I asked for a name, was refused. Asked to speak to the owner/manager, was refused. And it's my fault the bike was incorrectly assembled? You claim no responsibility? Seems typical of this establishment.

I can't believe I didn't notice it earlier! I called up The Ranch Harley Davidson to see if they had a tire which they did. I then asked when I could bring it in to get it put on. They transfer me to Matt in the service department. He was a total professional. He explained to me that they were booked for two weeks. I was like oh no this is going to ruin my whole weekend due to having a shelled out a bunch of money(hotels, parking passes, etc.) for the rally. Matt said the best he could do is ...drop it off in the morning and they would try to work it in but, cannot make any guarantees. At 3:30 I got a call from Matt saying my bike was ready for me to come pick it up!!!!!! That was yesterday 11/6/25! I cannot believe it! I can still head out for rally today as planned!! My motorcycle stayed up there for 9. MONTHS. I took it to another guy and he took care of it IN 9 DAYS. He said he put over 100s of hours on my bike. It was in worse condition than when I left it and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. How can you have a bike up there for 9 months and not do one god dang THING. You think I'm being overzealous? No. I asked him simply, change the brake fluid, check the brakes, the carbs are acting funny. He STOLE MY AIRBOX and then left my bike in the rain for 2 days letting my 40 year old bike RUST.
