Every visit has been a delight - the store is a feast for the eyes - and virtually every room in my house now has a Claire Murray rug. Oh during installation they cut through our irrigation line. Another $190 to get that fixed. We have been promised payment for the $190 and some $$ back for all the problems. NOTHING!
