Those are always made upon ordering, and it doesn't take over 45 minutes. This place can't handle live customers. They may be good with take-out, but every restauranteer knows the cardinal rule: you take care of the live customers first.

Some super sleuthing revealed Lindy's as the place after someone remembering a country store being mentioned. This started a years' long relationship with this outstanding restaurant.
