My husband placed a to go order at 6:05pm and it said ready by 6:20pm I got there around 6:30 and walked in and our TWO sandwiches weren't even ready yet the staff were more concerned to close the store instead of the customers orders both picking and walk in's.. they told a family they shut the grill off so the menu was limited and when I left and checked my food my Plymouth cobbler was wrong completely no mayo no gravy and burnt. Complete waste of money, don't go there if you want poor customer service and crappy food. read more

I love Wrap City, but not this location! The wrap was flat and the ingrediants were not as advertised! Terrayki sauce is not peanut sauce!

Came in after work and ordered a wrap and a bag of their chips. The kettle chips do have some kind of sweet coating but it's kind of like kettle corn, I see why some people did not like them but the salty sweet was actually quite nice in my opinion. The dining room itself was unfortunately not very clean and I noticed after sitting down there was a pizza crust and sauce all over the floor. As for the food I did not wait too long, I got the buffalo chicken wrap. The chicken was crispy and the veggiestasted fresh, the Bleu cheese was not super strong but unfortunately it felt like there was almost no buffalo in the buffalo wrap. The flavor overall was fine but I was missing that kick. I'd probably come back here it's a nice spot to grab a quick lunch and their chips are worth a try even if a little odd at first. I'd say keep a closer eye on cleanliness and buff up that buffalo I would pop one more star but for me personally this is a middle of the road. read more

The place could potentially be good. Unfortunately it's not. The cold cuts were warm to the point that the cheese was half melted. The homemade chips were lightly sweetened for some reason. They were also stale to the point that they had that weird chewy crunch that no potato chip should have. Worst of all, paying $46 for three 6 inch subs that rate lower than Subway on the satisfaction scale is mind boggling to me. Wrap City Epping is one of a handful of Wrap City franchises in the area. Out of all Wrap City locations, this establishment has seen the greatest "glow up" or revival of them all. Prior to COVID-19 the restaurant had struggled with consistency and a few sanitation concerns. Walking in today, I saw nothing but clean floors and tables, a completely revitalized counter and kitchen area, and employees who worked to go the extra mile for their customers. The food was delicious and I opted to try the Paris Shroom: toasted wheat wrap with portobello mushrooms, balsamic glaze, spinach, tomato and blue cheese. Was there for lunch today 12/14/2022 @ 1230. Purchased a wrap and sat down to eat it. Halfway through the second half of the wrap I bit into a blonde hair about 12 inches long! Grossed me out! I went to complain and first they offered to make me a new one, are you kidding me! I said no and asked for a refund. She walked over to the cooks who whispered for awhile then she can back and told me to leave my information and the Manager would get back to me and most likely give me a store credit! I informed her I was not from NH and was heading back to MA and would not be able to use a store credit. I said I paid cash for the wrap, just refund the cash? Buyer beware. Wrap City does not understand the concept of their own business hours. Posted everywhere- their website, Google, their own front door - it says they close at 8 everyday but Sunday. When you call them at 7:20 and ask what time they close, they tell you, very clearly, 8 o'clock. But then, lo and behold, when we walked in at 7:31, we were told, "Oh, we don't take dine-in orders after 7:30." So then what is the point of being open until 8? You have two employees on the clock and are paying then to stand around and do nothing for a half hour. Would it really be so inconvenient for you to have to wipe down one more table before you get to go home? I feel like one of the aforementioned two employees could find the thirty seconds to wipe off one more table. It's bad business to falsely advertise the hours you are open for. It will rightly drive away customers who can't rely on you to be open when you claim to be, drive them towards some of the other wonderful restaurants in Brickyard Square. So if you're thinking of trying a wrap, I encourage you - don't try your luck. For all you know, the employees could have decided they were tired and gone home early. Try Tortilla Flat, or Kume, or Popovers instead. They all will serve you until the hour when they advertise being closed. read more

I came here once and I told them I have a tree nut allergy (as some of their items contain nuts) and the cashier had no idea what I was talking about. After trying to explain what a tree nut allergy was to her and her not understanding, another staff member finally came over and explained it to her. Joanne and I stopped here for lunch today. The menu is pretty extensive, and everything looked great, so I told the cashier to imagine this is my last meal, and when I leave, a bread truck will run me over. Can you make me your favorite, best tasting sandwich, keeping in mind that it may be my last meal. He actually typed in the order saying it's this guys last meal and make it special. I gave no limits on what they could do. About 15 minutes later, a manager brought our food to our table. He said that a last meal deserved to be hand delivered. It came with homemade potato chips that were seasoned. Well, Joanne said it looked great, and I took a bite without looking at it. Delicious and unexpected flavors hit me. It turns out that they made a standard sandwich from the menu. It's called the Warrior. "The Warrior **10% of profit to benefit the Robert Irvine Foundation** - Ham, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, Hellmans mayo, American cheese, honey mustard sauce, toasted white wrap" Great food, pleasant atmosphere, and friendly people. I was very excited when I read their menu it sounded delicious. I placed my order( took a good 15 to 20 minutes even though they didn't seem to be very busy.) I took my sandwich home and opened the box which looked very nice and while the sandwich looked a little small I am of the mind that if it's good, fresh food I don't care. Based on what I saw at the restaurant I was not going to eat the chips. The chips are stored in large clear containers like you buy at Walmart. I'm not exaggerating one of them that was about 25% full was sitting on the floor - in the middle of the floor - uncovered. On the shelf were two other containers one with a cover on and one without. I'm a bit of a germaphobe but even this seems sort of extreme to me. Anyway, I brought the sandwich home took a bite and it was not good. I had order the Carolina pork sandwich. It had a very strong vinegar taste to it and there was no barbecue sauce, one of the two bites was a piece of fat. I'm not sure if barbecue sauce is supposed to be part of it but that's typically what I expect on a pulled pork sandwich. After two bites the entire box went into the trash. First time here and it was very good. The menu is huge. I got the Plymouth Country and it was very good. The stuffing and turkey was very tasty. I wasn't sure I wanted it as a wrap but it was very good. My husband got the Rueben, which was a sandwich not a wrap and it was also fantastic. They give you warm chips as a side. The service was also good and the kids behind the counter were pleasant. We will definitely go back! read more

When we walked into wrap city the place was at least 85° and there was almost no available seating! My friends ordered a blue cheese flatbread that was so discussing I vomited in my mouth!
