    Buffalo chicken wrap with chips
    Chelsey E.

Came in after work and ordered a wrap and a bag of their chips. The kettle chips do have some kind of sweet coating but it's kind of like kettle corn, I see why some people did not like them but the salty sweet was actually quite nice in my opinion. The dining room itself was unfortunately not very clean and I noticed after sitting down there was a pizza crust and sauce all over the floor. As for the food I did not wait too long, I got the buffalo chicken wrap. The chicken was crispy and the veggiestasted fresh, the Bleu cheese was not super strong but unfortunately it felt like there was almost no buffalo in the buffalo wrap. The flavor overall was fine but I was missing that kick. I'd probably come back here it's a nice spot to grab a quick lunch and their chips are worth a try even if a little odd at first. I'd say keep a closer eye on cleanliness and buff up that buffalo I would pop one more star but for me personally this is a middle of the road.

    Moldy bread
    Scott S.

Ordered a sandwich. It was okay...nothing to write home about. Unfortunately, as I was finishing up the first half of it, I found a moldy spot on the bread (see pic). My girlfriend ordered a sandwich with avocado. She said the avocado was hard and had to take it off her sandwich. Not impressed at all. Lacking basic quality.

Wrap City Epping is one of a handful of Wrap City franchises in the area. Out of all Wrap City locations, this establishment has seen the greatest "glow up" or revival of them all. Prior to COVID-19 the restaurant had struggled with consistency and a few sanitation concerns. Walking in today, I saw nothing but clean floors and tables, a completely revitalized counter and kitchen area, and employees who worked to go the extra mile for their customers. The food was delicious and I opted to try the Paris Shroom: toasted wheat wrap with portobello mushrooms, balsamic glaze, spinach, tomato and blue cheese. Their chips are also homemade and incredibly tasty. When shopping at Brickyard Square in Epping, be sure to stop in for a lunch time treat.

    Salad with no onions

Ordered a chef salad with no onions and this is what I gotI literally could not take 1 bite without multiple pieces of onion. Salad ended up going in the trash.

I love Wrap City, but not this location! The wrap was flat and the ingrediants were not as advertised! Terrayki sauce is not peanut sauce!

Sugar on the potato chips and over a twenty minute wait for mediocre wraps. Glad I tried it so I know never to come back here.

We arrived around 1100-1130 & the place wasn't busy. We were greeted by a blonde lady upon our arrival & seated right away in their dining room. We were handed a bunch of menus. Lunch, specials & drink menus. Our waitress was Holly & what a breath of fresh air our experience was with her. Not to long ago Tammy & I had gone to another restaurant in the area & the waitress there was horrible. Holly took our drink order & it didn't take that long for our drinks to come out. Soda for them & a seltzer for me. Holly asked us if we were ready to order but we got caught up in talking/catching up so Holly knew we needed some more time so she told us "when you're ready to order place the ketchup bottle @ the end of the table to indicate to me youre ready." I LOVED this idea!! Once we placed the ketchup @ the end of the table Holly came right over & took our orders. We did find that their menu prices were way overpriced. Pretty much everything was $14.95 or higher, even their desserts, which I found ridiculous. The appetizers' were pretty much the same price as a meal. I was craving a BLT but not for the price they were charging for bread, tomato, lettuce & bacon so I went with the turkey club for $2.00 more which was delicious. I was only able to eat 1/2 of it & took the other 1/2 home. I substituted the fries for sweet potato fries which were very tasty. I asked for some mayo on the side just in case the cook didn't put enough on my sandwich & Holly didn't tell me but you will be charged .50 cents for it. I wish I knew I was going to be charged extra for a side of mayo because I wouldn't have ordered it. Jen got a grilled portabella mushroom sandwich which looked amazing & she really enjoyed it. Tammy got a steak & cheese that she liked too. We all had to take what we didn't eat home. They had fries & homemade potato chips which were tasty. We didn't get dessert as the prices were too high for our liking & we didn't think it was worth it since we just got our meals for the same price. Holly came back over soon after we bit into our meals to make sure everything tasted good & we had everything we needed. It didn't take her long to come back once we were done to offer containers to take our leftovers home. I was trying to be sneaky & pay the tab for everyone & happened to tap Holly on her leg with my CC when she came to the table.....she knew right away what I was asking but my friend Jen caught me......lol but it was too late she was off with my CC. Our bill came to $72.97 with our 3 meals, 2 sodas & 2 Nutrl's plus tax. The service was excellent & Holly knew what she was doing so that was a really enjoyable experience having a great server. Food was good but too expensive as I mentioned earlier. The restaurant is big which also includes a huge bar area with a big seating area. Tammy & I went outside to check out their outdoor patio in the back which also had a small bar, lots of tables & a stage where they do entertainment I believe Thursday-Saturday nights. While we were checking the patio out Holly had come outside because she was also waiting on customers out there which was very far from where we were sitting inside....Telly's is lucky to have Holly!! I'd definitely come back to this place to try a different item on their menu. I think that it would be fun to hang outside for a band on the weekend. Ladies restroom was clean & had plenty of hand soap. The restaurant was also clean from what we could see when we were walking around. They even had an area where they cooked their pizza'a in brick oven in the bar area.

We ordered three pizzas(2 small, 1 personal), three drinks, and the buffalo chicken dip. The best thing about the meal was the drinks, they serve the Maine Root sodas. Buffalo chicken dip: The menu in the restaurant tells you nothing about what is in it. I cannot eat blue cheese so we confirmed it did not have that in it prior to ordering. We waited forever for the dip and spinach and artichoke dip brought out to start. Once this was "corrected" we got a weird mixture of spinach and artichoke buffalo chicken dip. Not great at all. The menu online when I looked it up for this review tells you what is in it, it is indeed a buffalo chicken spinach artichoke dip, not good when it's not what you're expecting. Pizza 1: Personal Margherita- too much cheese, the mozzarella slices were barely warm, and the crust was not fully cooked. Two pieces of basil for the whole thing. Pizza 2: PPM- Burnt crust, too much cheese, not cut all the way through, and just very disappointing. Pizza 3: Fire Pit Sausage(?)- Burnt crust, barely any sauce, not cut all the way through, and again, very disappointing. We came in at 6:45ish and we left at 8:30. It was somewhat busy when we came in, nothing too crazy for a Saturday night, just some bigger parties. We barely saw our server the entire time. They were more focused on the larger parties that they had, I get it those take more time, but it almost felt like we were purposely being skipped. Overall, as I stated before, underwhelming and overpriced. Will not return, nor recommend.

I didn't expect there'd be some table service - a pleasant surprise. He was nice too, pointing out the various sauces available by the utensils. The brisket was a bit uneven. The point was tender, but the flat was a bit tough. The smoked chicken seemed juicy throughout with a taut skin. The 12-pc smoked chicken had that and also a slight heat to its rub. The sides were satisfactory. The cucumber salad was light and not over-acidified, and the garlic corn tasted like corn tossed in oil with seasoning (aka delicious). Portion sizes seemed generous.
